UHHH!
I don't think my heart could take that. I know Harris is old, but some things shouldn't be tried.

And the sad truth is that I would still wait in line and pay too much for the ticket. Even though I know that I'd be sobbing throughout the film.

I must ask this opinion question. Do we Like Boba Fett's pistol from episode 5 or from... Oh my god. I've forgotten what other episode he's in!
*Runs off to go watch trilogy*

Oh! I have a thought about the Original trilogy.
It's about parts of the movies When they were re-released with new or enhanced scenes...
So, watching episode IV. One question that I have is the pilot briefing scene for the battle of Yavin IV. Out of all the scenes, why didn't they update that one? They were using the old 8 bit graphics to explain the trench run to the pilots.
There's a BIG difference between that briefing scene, and the briefing scene at the battle of Endor(which they didn't change on the enhanced,re-release).
Hope that made sense...

Because the Original is the s**t. re-released, re-mastered stuff is crap and not even worth recognizing. Screw remastered, give me the classic any day.

But that's the thing I didn't get. How come he didn't alter that scene? It carbon dates that movie. At least, in my opinion.
and you'd figure he would clean up some spoofs in the first movie. One big one is when, after the deathstar trench run. Luke lands and Leia runs to Luke to congratulate him. Luke replies, saying "Carrie! "
I enjoy seeing little things like that, its sort of another part of the movie itself.

Probably because it would take more editing time and power than it was necessarily worth. Plus it doesn't exactly hold the scene back in any way and does look kinda cool, so if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Just wish he took that approach to the original trilogy as a whole.

Hello I am New smile
I love the Original Trilogy, saw it first. It just has a classic feel to it.
As for talking about thoughts of the Remastering above, I like the Remastered I am just glad I have the Original Release as well.
As for Remastering the Yavin scene, yes that needs fixed for continuative purposes, but for the love of god fix the lightsabers.
If only in one scene at the most, when Luke is training on the Falcon his saber looks greenish blue..is it just me? xd
