...provoking isnt grounds for assult in courts..he could still file charges, you can provoke all you want, but the second you make contact with them in a hostile way, your guilty... : [

That was what I thought too, but he still decided not to take it to court. I guess he was ashamed a 14 year old kicked his 30 odd arse.

heh, no...kinda....not really. i've a few credits in law...but in MP school we had to learn alot about laws, and civil rights etc....
and to sit on a 30 year old and make him stay, he must be really small...and you really fat.

Oh... wow... well... my mother is studying all that paralegal stuff, at the moment. As for me, I'm going to deal with Biology and Genetics.

I like Biology, and it's not that math is hard... I just don't like it. I'm smart enough, and I want to use that advantage.
