"By the way wha-" Hikari didn't have time to stop as ran turned around to face her. So she ended up bumping into him. She pouted like a 5 year old. "hey if you were using just now as an example that isn't fair...I didn't have enough time to react...and who says I'm gonna end up in the hospital again? I learned my lesson no need for me to re-learn it."

*Ran felt Hikari bumped into him and then felt the feeling of weightlessness. Hikari had her hand on the handrail but Ran was free walking. He freefell about four steps before hitting the wall at a turn in the staircase and sliding down the wall. He winced as he rubbed his head and looked up at Hikari with one eye open* Y-Yeah... *He shook his head and started to get back to his feet* I may actually be the one who'll wind up in the hospital. stare

Hikari watched Ran fall down and was trying to contain her laughter inside her. She still using the hand rail quickly goes down to where Ran had fallen. "You ok?" she asked, checking to see if Ran was alright. After making sure he seemed alright she gave a sigh of relief. "See this is what you get.....Karama...*shakes her head then smiles at Ran while giving her hand* need help getting up? And take note I didn't fall down the stairs.." she says with an innocent smile on her face and her voice sweet and kind.

...don't even start. *Ran got up on his own and brushed himself off* And it's Karma...not Karama... *Ran looked at her for a moment. Her bright smiling face and cheery voice had a since of sarcasm behind it. Ran just kind of gave her a "You think you're so smart..." look then started back down the stairs* Baka! Come on... stressed

BlueSeaDragoon She blinked and stood up tugging Cain onto his feet, "Well what are we waiting for lets go find that portal!" She giggles slightly her wings still out. "I'm going to help you however I can alright? So don't go tell me to go back home." She pouts slightly. (Whoops! Sorry about that Ran sweatdrop )
He smiled and shook his head. "I have to find November first. I promised her I wouldn't do it alone and that she would be there with me, holding my hand to make sure I didn't get stuck." He just didn't know HOW to find her.

Hikari blinked. "Sorry....I was only trying to be nice...would you perfer if I left you alone? Considering that I don't want to be a burden onto you." she spoke as she crossed her arms. Her tone was angery but not too angery at Ran.

Hikari was only joking when she said about her being a burden. She was grabbed by her hand by Ran but took it back. "Excuse me? Am I really a burden? I was only joking when I said that, but is that how you think?" she was kindda well offended.

Hikari looked at Ran with a serious expression. She walked up to him and raised her head to look him straight in the eye. Well he was taller than her so she had to raise her head a bit. "Are you just using that as an excuse?"

An excuse? An excuse for what?! *Ran sneared at the question and looked away from her* Ha! Trust me, if I think something of you then you'll know about it! *He looked back* I don't have to hide anything from anyone! *Ran was fortified in his words, but they did seem slightly concealing*

Look...! *Ran stepped forward and slamed a hand on the wall on each side of Hikari, kind of boxing her between him and the wall* I just...I...I just... *Ran stumbled in his words. What was this? Why were these feeling arising now? Didn't he just fortify his love for Ranpha? He didn't know. His mind was in a whirlwind and his stomach felt nauseous. His logic told him to hold back and stay strong, but he gave into instinct. He felt himself lean forward and plant a second kiss on Hikari, yet this one was not a test, but something more*
