I like the goggles, though. Keep those. And wear the V-pin under the necklace.
No shorts, I'm pretty sure Captain Atom is underpantsless.
Is he even able to look civilian, or does he always look silver and shiny? The only comic I've read with him in it is 'formerly known as the Justice League"
