*Using his god speed to flash step away from the creature Azrael silently cursed. One of these things was bad enough but four?! He wiped away some blood from his mouth and nose, the wendigos roar had effected him slightly and the wear on his body from god speed was beginning to show as he deftly avoided incoming blows. Something big was required, and it was required now.
Flash stepping further away and luring the beasts from Iden and Ice, Azrael drew his white Zanpaktou. Holding it out in front of him, blade down, he released it.*
BANKAI!
*The blade disappeared into the floor with a rippling effect, as if dropped in a puddle of water. The one hundred blades, each the size of a telegraph pole, rise from the ground behind Azrael, in two rows of fifty, stretching further than the eye can see. Azrael smirked and muttered...*
Chire!
*The blades all exploded into petals at once, the true amount inconceivable. They spread out and targetted each of the wendigos equally, whipping around them aiming at their vitals and any chinks in their armour. Seeing the way the beast had used its arms to protect itself before Azrael commanded a large portion of the petals to swarm headlong into one of the beasts chests, at that moment he flash stepped behind it and thrusted hard with Isoda, hoping to cleave the beast in twain. The other petals swarming the other three in an attempt to keep them busy.*

*Ice didnt mind Iden blocking - it gave him the time he needed to assume his armoured form, a necessity considering the power of the blades arrayed against him.
Though not fully enpowered yet, the armour left him much better protected now he was force dinto fighting. For the most part, Ice didnt LIKE combat. He preferred avoiding it and mentally breaking his foes with his debauchery over time. That didnt mean he didnt have ANY aggressive maneauvers however.
Though.. for now... he let Iden approach. He knew the boy couldnt see him through the ice he embodied, his aura, self, everything hidden within the howling winds. He LET Iden approach, melding himself into the cold landscape, camoflage rippling over his surplice so he matched in with the snowy expanse, waiting... waiting... wanting Iden to touch him, be it with blade or hand*

Iden halted. Ice was outside of the perception of his base senses. That much was easily told...but that was fine. Ice may be in his element, but they were in Iden's space.
The crackling force that swirled about the young DeSeer's form continued to gather in power, until in a cataclysmic burst, it blasted outwards in all directions. Sparking tendrils of arcane fury ripped outwards, pulverizing the ice that had grown about the burning field, and blasting the storm back. The dark field was swept clean in the sudden wave of dark violence, and Iden stood at the heart of it, his weapon still a cloud of shrapnel promising pulverization for whomever came too near.
With the utmost in casual gestures, the blade's humming hornet's nest began to build up for another blast, now that Ice's veil had been blown away.

*Three of the beasts fell back together as Az directly attacked the fourth.
Again they took a defensive position, huddled in on themselves, backs out, arms coiling around each other as if hiding from a blizzard, heads tucked down.
Again, a howl came. If ONE Wendigo made the noise one would attribute to three rexes, THREE Wendigo was like MULTIPLYING those 3's, instead of adding them. It was like 27 massive beasts roaring in unison in the same place. It didnt matter WHAT was flying at them, the disturbance in the air around them as they bellowed was enough to turn deadly strikes into glancing blows, deep slices at best.
Meanwhile, the fourth Wendigo roared as it was pierced by a stream of petals that ripped into its inelegant chest, just above its thinner waist and lower body. When Isoda cut into it, it was indeed cleave din two, falling to the grond in a mess of blakc ichor which spurted into the air totally unlike blood - mostly cos it STUCK to what it touched. And rotted and ate away at whatever it was attached to. From the way the ichor flew, it was clear something more than natural forces were directing it. It was unlikely Az woudl escape unscathed*

*Blown away? Hardly. Ice... was nowhere to be seen. As soon as the blast had rippled out... potentially through Ice as well... he'd taken evasive action.
Quite what he had done was unclear, but Hebrew text begant o sporadically appear all around Iden, snakinh out to join each other, forming a 'cage' of living text that would hem Iden in, denying his mastery of the plane they were on.
All around him, Ice's quiet sniggering could be heard, darkness flickering across the flames as he continued his move. If Iden was foolish enough to touch the Hebrew, it woudl spread ot his body, burrowing down to his skin in seconds, flooding over it if it did - Ice;s blood ran in Iden;s veins after all*

*Azrael brought his left forearm up across his face as the cut was made, the nightshade gauntlet keeping him mostly free from harm. Some of the black ichor however spattered higher up his arm and onto his shoulder and he growled as it burnt him.
The speed at which he had attacked the lone wendigo had given him time to prepare for the other three, seeing them about to roar as the first one had done previously was all the encouragement Az needed to activate quietus on himself. Flash stepping away to put more ground in between them he allowed Kagu's flames to wash breifly over his body, erradicating the tar like acid before it could do any more damage. As the flames died down smoke rose from his left arm, it was damaged but not crippled, he could still use it at least.
The petals from Azraels Bankai were now focused on only three targets, and having them all huddled together like that seemed like a definate plus. With his right hand he Drew Isoda with lightning speed and, giving the revolver chamber a quick spin, Azrael fired six shots of daemonic energy at the beasts.*

A sigh. That was about the most response that came. Of course he couldn't just lay down and die. And of course, he couldn't give a good straight up fight. That meant this wasn't NEARLY as enjoyable as it could have been.
Regardless, Iden was in this fight, and knew the stakes. When the text began to flow about his form, he did the simplest thing that came to mind.
One moment he was standing there, the next moment he wasn't. It wasn't teleportation. It was a bending of the reality of the space they were in, folding it so that he only needed to step from where he was, to a place some several feet clear of the swirling entrapment.

*As Quietus washed over them, the Beasts broke their pattern. First one raised it head, then the next.. then the last.
Speed. Ungodly speed. They actually BIT some of the petals out of the air as they rose slightly... then SPRINTED.
Off in different directions, up the walls, acros sthe floor, over the cieling, they raced like streaks of white lightning, their fur streaming behind them as they moved, snapping and striking petals from the air where they could, managing the damage when they could not. There was no way every petal would ever bite in, many left to bite into the walls in the wake of the speedy beasts, but equally THEY couldnt attack at this kind of speed, only dodge.
That said... all three were willing to put their lives on the line betting that they could run fro longer than Az coudl maintain his intensive attack.*

*Ice, wherever he was, shrugged and let the encaging tet fall... and spread across the ground. Iden's ralm woudl meet his willpower if it tried to stop the spread and Ice was no pushover. He may not be able to control the world directly, but he COULD force his will INTO it. And would.*
Oh Iden Iden Iden... come ON. You arent even TRYING. Are you going to rely on that abominable blade ONLY? Ithought you were CAINITE. A DeSeer no less! Have you forgotten what it is to fight as one of us? Buold your blood pool! Go beyond human strength! Tear your boundaries! Aim for the heart! Strie with everything you havem regenerate and do ti again! Pound you enemy into the ground with your OWN power, not some TOY you made hoping to hit me.
*Darkness solidified. Ice shofted back from his ichor form, Sordid Visitation, so similar to Idens blood mist, and folded his arms, disgust on his face*
You crave my death, build yourself to that end and THIS is it? THIS is your best?! Go ahead and shoot me, see how pointles sit is, then FIGHT me, childe. Lest I lose my patience.

*Azrael studdied their hurrying movements, his own unnatural speed allowing him to keep some form of tabs on their movement. He needed a plan. His Visored mask was his trump card, but he could only use it for a short time so it was still too early, he'd have to try and get rid of one more on his own. He watched their patterns and formulated a strategy, by repeating a certain pattern of attack with his blossoms he felt he could accurately guess the path they would take. Leaping high into the air the petals swirled at the wendigos again, in the same way they had continued to do. Pinpointing a spot on the floor Azrael thrust out his hand.*
Bakudou number 9 - Geki!
*A red square would flash unseen by all on the floor for a split second, directly in the anticipated path of one of the wendigos. Upon touching the square it would be trapped within a red box of light, completelty unable to move. If Azraels calculations were correct and the creature triggered the seal, he would then cast Hadou #90 - Kurohitsugi, the Black coffin. The red square would become black and crush anything inside under the weight of a million sword blows, it was a Kidou that means instant death as long as it hit.*

*The Wendigo did indeed trigger the box, but... it was going at such speed the immediate result was a resounding THUD that shuddered through it as it smashed into the wall ahead of it. True, thetre was no sound due to Quietus, but it definitely FELT the blow, falling back dazed.
As the Kidou activated, Ice's gaze snapped to the creature, but the darkness that consumed the spot the Wendigo was in tok away any sight of what was happening... save that when it cleared, there would be a splash of ichor and not much more. No Wendigo. Only an Ice who was clealry growling before looking back to Iden*

Once again, no comment was uttered as Iden began his advance. He seemed hardly bothered. While he was dissappointed that the fight wasn't as entertaining as it could be...he was just getting started. He didn't want to ruin the fun so quickly. While Ice was clearly unamused and unimpressed, Iden bore a deranged grin on face, unseen behind the mask as it was.
And, of course, Ice asked for it. So Iden delivered, if only because it just seemed fitting.
The Gungnir thundered, the 15mm magnum rounds ripping forth. Guided by Valeran, they were more than enough to pulverize Ice's torso into a paste, should even ONE hit. More importantly, they seemed to originate from seven different directions, despite that Iden had not appeared to move. With the spread of Ice's will held in check (though not pushed back), the young DeSeer seemed in the utmost of confidence.

*Ice folded his arms and stood still. SPines down his back rattled as they pulled free and intercepted EVERY shot, Ice sighing and rolling his eyes*
You really have NO idea how old I am, do you? Did you HONESTLY think I wouldnt have picked Valeran up myself after Corbin developed the AM rounds and employed Engel? Please. Going ot try somethig more inventive yet?

Iden shrugged. With a casual flick of his wrist, the cylinder flipped out, and the spent casings fell away. In a manner so nonchalant as to be insulting, he withdrew the spare ammunition and flicked fresh rounds into the cylinder, only to snap it back into place, ready to fire once more.
With a flourishing twirl, the weapon flicked around the young DeSeer's finger, and was returned to his side.

*Azrael allowed himself a mental pat on the back for his plan having been a success and as the remaining petals from his Bankai swirled after two opponents now he wondered if he could do it again. Watching the movements of the two wendigo he cast Geki once more, though he held off on Black coffin straight away. As a captain level Kidou it was strenuous to perform and he didn't want to use it if it would be wasted, he expected that if the creatures were indeed as intelligent as he thought that they would not fall for the same trick again. In his preparation he kept on his toes, ready to flash step at a moments notice*
