AAHH yes *ahem* I hear by nominate Hugo Weaving for the role of the Riddler in the upcoming Batman movie  on the basis of his looks, voice, and acting skills which are all to (say the least) genuinely creepy but in a awesome way

I'm backing him up on this one. This seems like a genuinely good idea.

I think his melodic whispering voice and thundering angry yells would suit the Riddler very well

Make him voice the Cluemaster. Have Adam West voice Batman in a senile, 60's way, kind of like Sean Connery on Celebrity Jeopardy, then rotate the other two with various villains and heroes.
