>>An eyebrow twitched further before she gave up on the action, letting her curiosity go with the feel of zells fingers in her hair. A soft blush was the only sign she was listening as he continued to talk, mentally noting to talk to him about that later. Brushing her hair was one thing, giving her a full massage...She softly kissed his cheek with his lips so close to her ear, faintly smiling through the blush. Later. Later. As she felt a hand go to her back, gently easing her down, the female wrapped her arms around his neck. Brilliant blue eyes opened to look straight up at him. Her blush deepened<< oddly...this reminds me of when we went swimming in the ocean. I refused to let go even as you swam under.

Trust me, we'd prefer to be interfered then to freak out. >>She spoke dryly, looking up at the blushing male. He definatly was the scholarly type<< That'll do. Really its for your benefit. Sol is quite protective of her daughter. >>She tried not to think about how the other knew which direction they were going in. As it was, she arched her head back slightly to look up at the clear blue sky. Beautiful...She blinked at the question<< I never wear 'footwear'. >>Her eyes flicked back to the male, then to her pale feet sticking out of the robes<< I like the feel of the elements. Whether the wisp of green grass, the crunch of dead leaves, or the bitter cold of frost. Makes me feel...I don't know...more intuned with whats around me? >>Anon chuckled lightly, shaking her head<< Then again, I'm weird.

Talk. Do. Either or both later. A smile at the feel of her lips on his cheek. Moving so he could smile into Maryline's eyes. Weakly Zell chuckled, continuing to rinse her hair. "I remember." In fact it seemed he was thinking about it right now, gaze softening even more. "I think I r'member every little thing 'bout that day." Zell laughed softly, almost embarrassed. "Didn't get why you holding on like that should make me feel any different than wrestlin' with Rikku audio or one o' the Relms in the pool." His heart was racing all over again and slowly & reluctantly Zell sat them both upright again, grabbing the conditioner bottle. Another laugh. His warm boyish smile glowing with 'I love you's. "Least I get it now."

Dark eyes flicked thoughtfully at that. They could always wear invisibility cloaks... like those from the Ministry usually did when taking care of things near or involving muggles. What Dad did getting miss-used muggle artifacts back... Well that was a right pretty turn of thought. Anyway, the reason he had not asked if acquiring one was possible was because wings beneath a cloak tended to be pretty bulky. "Smashing. She's a good mum." Even Percy's praise had an almost flat sound to it.

Percy was not paying any attention to the splendor of the day any more than something to be duly noted. Brows furrowed at her answer. "So you can be in-tune with the cold as your toes freeze & fall off?" There was a condescending tone to Percy's voice that was completely unintentional but nevertheless there. And no... he really did not get it. Shoulders only shrugged. "Inevitably it's your decision, I hope it's the hight one."

Well thinking upon it, the sense of doing something wrong always heightens sensations. >>She shook her head slightly, moving her hair away from her face before he lifted her back up. On the way though, a hand left him to grab that old bar of soap. Deja vu<< However I must admit, I like your idea better. >>The female ducked her head slightly, purposly hiding behind a curtain of hair now as she rolled the soap in her hands, feeling as shy and giddy as an adolescent recieving their first love letter<<

Smashing? >>An eyebrow rose up at the male. Good mum? Two things she'd never picture coming with his sort of voice<< But yes. Yes I can. I like to keep in touch with my surroundings, not just live in them. And its gotten to the point where it doesn't bother me at all! >>Her stubborn streak was showing, never a good sign. She wiggled her shoulders out of the robe before reaching up to place a hand on his shoulder. Pressing down on it, she hopped out of his arms to the ground, feet slipping into the snow as she left the robe in his grip. Her eyes closed as her jaw tightened from saying anything. Cold<<

He was already shaking her head though at her notion. "Wrong or not had nothing to do with it. Surprise that you'd done it sure boosted the feeling I'm sure..." Zell poured a dollop of conditioner into his hand. "Don't hide, Line." Parting the wet golden falls Zell grinned and kissed her cheek. "Where was I? Oh-right. Not that it felt wrong, but that it felt right. And somethin' like that wasn't ever anything I'd thought about. Didn't care. Was you, 'Line."

Blink. Heavy sigh. "Oh don't be such a stubborn git." Rolling his eyes Percy frowned. He huffed and kept his coat in hand, ready to give it back. "Too much cold and you can get hurt or die, even Trelweny who loves the cold takes care. You should at least have something near by!"

>>She warmly blushed again, the old reaction appearing again as when they first were more. She looked up at him, hands stilling when covered in bubbles<< For as long as I breathe, I shall never understand why I am so exclusive. >>It wasn't any one thing she did, it wasn't circumstance, it wasn't looks. Something with him just...clicked when it came to her. And Arigon did she bless her stars for that. She delicately set the bar of soap to the side and slowly slid her hands from the top of his neck and over his shoulders<<

I don't even know what a git is >>She grumbled in her cletched teeth before barralling forwards. Kicking snow up where she went. Another problem to arise because of this, though that was yet to be seen<< I spent the last five years out on my own, flip flopping from street to inn to forest with the occasional friendly family house. It isn't so bad. And the cottage is close by with a fireplace and hot coca. Believe me. >>She flashed a bit of a smile to him<< I'm a big girl. Can tie my own ribbons and everything.

Hyne... he loved when she blushed like that. With a goofy grin Zell leaned in and lightly kissed her cheek. Then he gave her a look that said more than any words he could chose to put together. How he wasn't the only one to not understand why she chose him, why she was even interested in him... much less choosing to show him. At the same time, expressing how very glad he was of all those things. How he might still not understand what had been growing in him for Maryline otherwise. How Zell was just so happy to have her in his life -to have her love and to love her. His grin turned sheepish and the fistfighter shrugged lightly as he rolled his shoulders into her fingers with a pleasurable sound in his throat. Zell could not say why either, but he was glad that's how it worked out and he wasn't likely to look too deeply into the matter. They were where they were, and where they were was pretty darn great from where Zell sat. He leaned his head back slightly, but not so much he could not see her face or what he was doing as he moved the conditioner through her hair. "Does it matter?" Zell murmured happily.

uh-oh. Growing up with Ginny & his mum tipped Percy off pretty well that he had upset her. The owl anthro sighed heavily. Of course he wasn't about to tell her what a git was but...

On her own? Five years? Now the stiffest Weasley child had been on his own the last few years before Voldemort's defeat 'before' but not traveling around. Nice steady job with the Ministry. No room sharing... Though he had missed Mum's cooking and the feeling of being loved he had come to take for granted in detesting his family's near poverty living.

"Look, I'm sorry about that and I can see you're a fine independent representative of the female persuasion but that's no reason not to be prepared. You could carry something warm at least in the winter so that should something happen and you can't get home to those lovely things like cocoa and warm fires then the elements won't cause you to lose limbs or life." His concern and a severe feeling of ineptitude had Percy frowning again. He was still walking, following her as if in habit of where his feet were taking him before she hopped down from his arms. Something else he still looked more than a trifle uncomfortable about. Really... one of the problems with Percy was when he stepped out of rules and regulations and policies and directives and things others had set for him as being what should and needed to be done... he had very little inkling of what to do on his own.

>>Back up his neck, down his back, up, and then return to the bar of soap to re-foam. To his shoulders, down his strong arms...Her eyes flicked to his as he tilted his head back, catching the movement. Does it matter? Well, it upset her stomach to think there was another woman out there who could set off Zells reactions as well. She was so...happy...to be with him. To be in this house, surrounded by a hundred eyes like so long before in the day, but at night holding the fistfighter. Her treasured person. Dispite the attempt to assassinate her...this was a paradise vacation. Does it matter? Up his arms, down his chest and around his ribcage. A small smile, blue eyes bright above the kiss of pink below<< No...I suppose not >>As long as it was, that was all that mattered<<

Don't worry about it. >>She looked away to the trees ahead, turning her body to trample around their trunks. Really, really cold<< After a while, one can get used to anything. Adaptation and all that, for Survival of the Fittest. But...really... >>Her smile grew into a grin, the fallen angel shaking her head<< If you're that concerned...As much as I do love to feel the elements, I was going to put on my boots. In all honesty, I just couldn't find them so figured my feet weren't going to be touching the ground with flying. I'd either be in Lucifer's tent or back in the cottage. >>Ah...that was better...her legs went numb. Possibly not a good thing, but like hell was she going to jump back into his arms. Besides, the cottage wasn't too much further<< Feel better?

He rolled his head a little forward again, grinning at the words. "That's my girl." He murmured softly before leaning in and kissing her sweetly. His hands still going through her hair slowing, hovering at the base of her neck & head and lightly massaging there.

Lucifer? That did not sound good. But then, around here it was likely just a name and not implicating Satan himself. Probably a friend of hers. It wasn't any of Percy's business to inquire about him.

A nod, though the dark eyes behind his glasses still showed concern. "A bit. Though it would be better if your legs weren't starting to look like popsicles." Percy sighed heavily. "Then why don't you fly?" The same could be asked of him, though it was probably fairly apparent Percy had still forgotten his wings. He almost added 'since you won't let me carry you' but did not wish to draw attention back to that he even had. Despite the fact that his own sister would have likely shackle-bolted him for such a move, their mum had instilled such behavior in her boys very young. In some better than others. Those seeds only blossomed in their new home, where such things were prized & silently praised with hugs & appreciative looks.

>>Down his back, up, re-lather, then soothe over neck, shoulders, arms, chest, sides and back, making sure all was covered. Her eyelids fluttered slightly as his hands slowed, her own stopping at the small of his back. A deep breath, and the female closed her eyes, indulging for once in simply the general feel as she sweetly returned the kiss. The now room-temp water, the scent of soaps, the gentle massaging of her neck, and of course, the taste of the fistfighters lips. She never was much 'pampered' in the castle...Arigon, she now saw just how easily one could fall. Perhaps she had been a touch harsh towards other royalty for delving in carnal pleasures. The female shifted her head to break the kiss, but still hover by his lips. She didn't much feel up to moving. Who needed breakfast again?<<

Simple. >>She didn't miss a beat<< You're walking, and I fly faster then you walk. >>Not the slightest bit of hesitance or thought to it, the fallen angel at times truly that simplistic. Her legs were developing frostbite because she wanted to walk with him. Now her siblings would have likely thrown a fit at her single mindedness<< Besides, walking is supposedly healthy for you. >>A flash of a grin, and her emerald eyes focused on the break of trees and the small house on the far side of the clearing. At last!<<

"Love you" Murmured as their lips hovered near each other. Zell chuckled softly, just a happy content sound. Very like before he held Maryline in one arm while going through her hair to rinse out the conditioner in the water. His senses and heart nearly overflowing, flooding him with sensations that made this almost as much of a sensual overload as their lovemaking the night before. Almost, but in a completely different way. Zell could almost swear his body could feel every single touch as a separate thing. If he could think to do so. His thoughts instead hovering around her, their bath, noticing the water was cooling.

A light kiss to the corner of her lips. "Should we hurry... or reheat the water?" The fistfighter was leaning towards the later.

If Percy would have suspected Anon might actually want to walk with him -for whatever reason she had- he likely would have been stunned beyond words without any idea of what to do or say. As it was, the notion did not come to him. Crazy how she was smiling as she froze. Oddly sweet too, but batty. "Walking is good for you. But not if you freeze your limbs off doing so."

The straight laced Weasley frowned, spreading and settling his wings again in his agitation. "Oh poppycock & bother! Not only will the others never forgive me if you lost toes over something so stupid, but I wouldn't either." Wings flapped automatically in anger and a it of wind caught in them, startling the wizard. Then he rolled his eyes and made a sound as if to say how disappointed he was in himself for being so stupid. Shaking his head he furled his wings and took her hand -like a kid sister, not like anything loverly. "This is stupid. We'll both fly then." Dark eyes looked from behind his spectacles expectantly, waiting for a signal from her to fly the rest of the way there.

>>She easily let herself be lowered back down so her head was in the water, gently holding onto the fistfighter for added support. She smiled up at him, warm and loving<< Well...all that is left is to wash you off...then wash our legs. >>She softly brushed her nose against his, the male ontop of her, the water beneathe<< unless you have something else in mind here... >>perhaps she shouldn't have said that. She couldn't imagine what, but the fistfighter always had something up his sleeve<<

ah, who needs legs anyway? >>A soft chuckle, and then the female blinked up at him. Why would anyone care if she froze off her toes? They were her digits and was her own cursed fault...<< No sweat, my toes are fine. Trust me. >>Another chuckle, this one with a half smile as she moved to a stop. She lightly blushed at their hands before looking up at him<< Flying is so overrated though. >>With a deep breath, her midnight wings unfolded, smoothly stretching out to the sides before lightly beating once<< But since you're so worried about my limbs, on the count of three we lift. One...two... >>Her wings made an upward stroke<< Three! >>She gave a little bounce and strongly pulled down her wings, bringing her up into the air<<

Zell chuckled softly, hazel-blue eyes twinkling as they rubbed noses. The way she looked at him made Zell feel so good all over. He'd never get tired of it. "Naw... nuthing in mind though there easily could be." A loving & impish look alighted his eyes. "Time just has a way of getting away from me with you, sweet distraction." Again he winked, this time lightly touching his lips to hers.

As Maryline said: he still needed to wash her legs... Zell instigated a new kiss, lightly shifting Maryline until her head rested lightly on the edge of the tub. He left her there with a soft lingering kiss as he sat up, lifting one of her legs out of the water beside him. With his usual boyish smile Zell picked back up the soap, starting at her toes and working his way up he leg (though it was down considering the angle at which he held it). Then the other leg, same process. Both legs set back beneath the water Zell lifted her hips above the water and carefully cleaned the last spot of Maryline's body remaining. How he continued to be good... Miraculously.

For starters one needed legs to enjoy a walk. Percy did not say anything about that though, biting down on that comment in deference to the other. But trust a girl walking barefoot in the snow that her toes were fine? With the way she had said it was cold and reacted to it earlier? Not a chance. Bad enough he had permitted Anon to go about the stupid action this long. He made a sound at flying being overrated though, not really agreeing or disagreeing. If it brought her freezing feet out of the snow it was worth it. He wasn't like his siblings, going on about broomsticks and quiddich. His take off was not quite as smooth as hers, his 'bounce' certainly stiff. The owl's wings however were strong if lacking a certain practice and confidence. His body seemed to know how to use them though his mind had not yet fully grown accommodated to their existence. Still he was on time with her rise for the most part. "But yes, I am worried. Shouldn't I be? It does little good to see to protection from attacks if you are not to be protected by something as mundane as the weather."

That, is entirely your doing. >>She whispered before innocently kissing him back, smiling into the contact. Her stomach could eat itself, they could turn into giant prunes and let them think they died in the outside world. Time was very easy to lose if you didn't care about spending it. Feeling him begin to shift her as her body still was parallel to the water, she sharply let go of him and put her hands to the tub beneath her. So she wouldn't sink, or drown. The female slowly inched her hands back with her as her head touched the tub rim, arms completely extended to keep her propped up and to take the weight off her head. Another soft kiss, feeling her leg smoothly lift from the water. Yet again, Anon had taken it upon herself when explaining shampoo and conditioner, to talk about the wonders of a razor...which she had only begun to apply after buying the black bathingsuit. She wiggled her toes slightly at him as soon as he got to her ankles, flashing another smile. She just couldn't stop smiling this morning. Up-down, the leg was lowered back into the water at the other one picked up. When he reached the thigh however, realization dawned<< I can wash- >>Her teeth clicked shut with her eyes, the female swallowing down her words. Or not. A deep breath and her eyes flicked back open, the female pushing down on the tub to bring her to an upright position to once again strattle him. She cupped her hands under the water then brought them up, only to part them again overtop his head, sending the small cascade down. Back into the water, up, part over his shoulder and lightly wipe. And repeat, to his chest, cleaning off the soap<< I wonder...if I could use the same method on you. Situating you on my lap my be a touch...difficult

Well...to tell the truth... >>She smoothly beat her wings to lift her up higher, patiently moving with him to go over the treetops<< most of the anthro's I've met, could care less if I died. Heck, I live with one. Freezing off my toes definatly would be beneath their interests. >>It didn't bother her though. She liked to think that Solstice did care on some sort of level...maybe. Ah well, you win some you lose some<< Perhaps sometime I should get a winter coat...I haven't had one of those since I was a kid!
PostPosted: Sat Jan 19, 2008 6:28 pm

His doing? Maybe. She was just so tempting though...

Hazel-blue eyes twinkled at what Maryline started to say. Wash herself? Of course she could. She was a grown girl. But this was fun. And a test too. Could he... without... well you know. Zell certainly was not intending to do anything other than tenderly wash -though he could be easily persuaded. Very easily.

Closing his eyes Zell chuckled as the water poured from Maryline's hands to rinse the soap from his upper body. He ran his hands down the sides of her body, resting on her hips beneath the water. Hyne but it was actually giving him ideas! Later. Later. Cutely he tilted his head at her, twinkling eyes crinkling with his smile even as he tried to blow the wet strands of his bangs from his face. "If that's what ya really want... I'm game. S'long as you don't think I'll squish ya." He was teasing, not really expecting her to go that route and fully ready to wash himself. Him washing her was one thing -he knew he wanted too. If Maryline was for any reason uncomfortable with the return, well Zell certainly wasn't going to hold her to it! Not like they made a pledge of trading washing duties or anything.

Percy frowned. They did not care? What could he really say about that after he himself had turned on his own family for the Ministry for those years. There was a hard, self debasing look in his eyes. For a while he remained quiet, concentrating on his flying though there seemed to be some instinctual knowledge of how to do it -maybe from the wings themselves? He stayed quiet until it seemed Anon was finished speaking. "I concur you should." Pause. Then quietly adding, "They should. Care that is."

>>She gently reached up to brush his wet bangs from his forehead, lightly blushing as she tenderly looked into his hazel blue eyes. He spoke before of her brilliant blue gaze...however his eyes were much more fascinating. The color changing ever so subtly day to day, she doubted anyone else could see that one day it was more blue then the day before, or more green-brown. Then again, she also doubted anyone looked into them as much as she. Today they were a hairs breath bluer then last night<< I have a better idea... >>She leaned down to softly kiss his newly-cleaned chest before dipping her hands under the water again<< to avoid crushing me, I shall get towels from the closet. So we both do not run about dripping every which way.

>>Anon in contrast didn't think about flying at all. She was born with wings, her mother being an angelic and her father being a fallen. She always did love flying more then walking. The female abruptly laughed<< Cute. You're cute. Thats how I like to look at things, however...I also know that its unfair of me. They have their reasons for being distant. >>Another flick of a smile turned to Percy as she dipped slightly as they came to the cottage clearing<< Who would I be to expect them to change, to suddenly become emotionally healed, just because they should? Nah...personally, I like them to be completely and utterly themselves, to act no different with me then with anyone else. Makes it all the more rewarding when you finally wormed into their comfort level. Like you've really accomplished something, you know? >>Then again, the fallen angel could truly be so complex. The female stopped moving her wings to sort of coast back down to the ground below<<
