Henry Dorsett Case jaden kendam If she gets Rosie's spot on the View, I will cry. Rosie is halfway intersting, but Roseanne comes off more irritating than Rosie and Elisabeth. sad She turned it down because she doesn't think that being an anti-Zionist Jew will sit well with the public at large. Then again, if you read her blog, she's not so much irritating as...batshit loco. I thought Elisabeth was batshit loco, until I noticed the on/off switch that said property of FOX NEWS.

Nuri "I may be naive, but why wouldn't every Witch follow the Wiccan Rede? If they are not willing, then they have no business calling themselves Witches!" ~Raymond Buckland in Issue 46 of Pan Gaia. Proving, that just because you are a Big Name Pagan, that you can still be dumb. 3nodding

Gawd of Love It's because of Reagun ban and Teadidikai that I call myself an ecclectic pagan, rather than a Wiccan. I just got tired of fighting them... stare Jayus.

Child: [babbles in gibberish] Parent: She's channeling Elvish! She may be a magic child!
Child: [describes meeting fairytale fairies] Parent: She's highly attuned to the Fey folk! We must ask her to speak to them and restore a lost magic word to us!
Child: [sings a nonsense song with a nonsense word] Parent: She has returned the lost magic word to us! Now we can communicate with the happy shiny playful fairies of Pennsylvania!
"Kubiando" wouldn't bother me half as much if it weren't tied to happy shiny fairies who love children and hugs and have pretty shiny wings with which they flit between flowers and tend to wounded birds....
And a candidate for the worst/best thing you can say, ever: Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo

I wanted to ask him to please keep the persecution complex at the door, but figured I would get more im's telling me how rude or mean I am.

ShadowSharrow Y'know what the scarey thing is, I was expecting you to say that dialoge was to do with indgo/crystal children. It's not too far off, though, it seems. The self-fulfilling prophecy of believing that your child is "in tune with things beyond our ken", thus raising them with greater exposure to newage-y ideas of "the Fey Folk" or "spirituality" or whatnot, unfortunately doesn't seem to be uncommon enough.

Ok I get the challenge of rearing kids that are 'sensative' and the dangerous tightrope of not oever exposing them but listening to them and there is sod all books out there about it but those mothers are the new age physic equalivant of stage mothers....grrrrrrr

The story of Kubiando itself rings of deliberate fiction, the work of an entertainer who wants to create a new fairy tale. The bothersome part is the subculture that goes with it, and the question of how much is honest fiction and how much is truly believed by its own author. Then again, as pagans go, I am rather doggish (spot the reference, win an iCookie) and constantly questioning of my own experiences with my own deities, and as such a little leery of those who simply accept whatever pretty story wafts into their brain.

My reaction: Anger followed by vomiting followed by angry vomiting.

"Okay, maybe Sylvia's a fake, but John Edward is absolutely real no questions asked! What? Doubts? Uh...has Ms. Cleo been debunked yet?" Seriously. Conceding one point does not make the remainder of your argument invincible.
