((Oh, Dream time!))
Lucididity walked into an allyway and began rummaging through a dumpster. He came back with a rope in his hand and began tying a noose. He looked down at her and gave a slight wave with a grin on his face.

J_e_z ((Oh, Dream time!)) Lucididity walked into an allyway and began rummaging through a dumpster. He came back with a rope in his hand and began tying a noose. He looked down at her and gave a slight wave with a grin on his face. Her eyes flicked to him, and to the noose, but he couldn't be sure if it registered to her or not what was going on, as she was fading quickly.

He finished the noose and looked at it. It looked professional to him, so he smiled. He pulled it and it stayed, so he nodded. He tossed one end over a nearby streetlight and hoisted her body up. He put her head through the noose and then tightened it. He grabbed the other end of the rope and pulled, hard, lifting her off the ground. He then tied the free end to a nearby parked Car.

Ruby's body hung limp from the post, oddly halo-ed by the glow of the lamplight. Her bare feet swung gently back and forth, like she'd fallen asleep to the rythmn of some gentle lullabye.

Lucidity smiled and walked over. He went back to the dumpster and began rummaging again. He knew he had seen a can of lighter fluid earlier. He found it and brought it over to Ruby. He opened it and splashed what was left onto her.

Lucidity turned to leave, but as he did he pulled out his lighter. The one with his initials on it. He opened it and then lit it. He cast one glance at her, then tossed the lighter at her body.

J_e_z Lucidity turned to leave, but as he did he pulled out his lighter. The one with his initials on it. He opened it and then lit it. He cast one glance at her, then tossed the lighter at her body. The body burst into flames, and for a while it glowed, the slightly sweet smell of burning meat filling the streets. After a while the flames burned down and sparked out, most of the body blackened and brittle, but the heartshaped pale face, the stormy grey eyes open and glassy, were left in perfect pristine condition.

J_e_z ((Good, I wanted people to be able to recognize the body)) ((of course....and you want people to come after you for it because of the lighter with your initials...heh heh heh....and I'm chuckling even more because emotional sensory doesn't work on dead peoples....buwahahahahah, I've finally found a way past that. ^-^))

The Magical NPCman Mckinnley, watched the computer monitor displaying the security tapes from earlier that night, when the oddest looking trio made there way through power module 14. "Bremwill, the small Soltari.....and..." He zoomed in on Talia's figure, but he couldn't recognize her. He shrugged, and turned off the computer, heading for a visit to the module himself. He knew what they were after, and it almost made him laugh, knowing they were walking over her the entire time. Minerva leaned against a building outside McKinnley's place. She watched him leaving and tilted her head, it was time for some questioning, but first she decided to follow him, see where he led her.

McKinnley moved his way casually down the street, he didn't bother with a vehicle, he preferred to mingle with the people, or just watch a few of them flinch as he walked by. He smiled to himself, and dialed a number on his phone, he quickly made some simple commands and hung up. He led Minerva to the power module, knowing full well she was behind him. Instead of the entrance through the greenhouse Mckinnley took the direct entrance through the power station, making sure to leave the door unlocked behind him for the straggler.

Minerva opened the door and slipped into the station. She held her gun, sensing she was being dragged along by a string. She walked forward cautiously.
She paused as she saw McKinnly through an open door, his back to her. He was kneeling on the floor, at first she almost thought he was praying, then she noticed him opening a compartment embedded in the ground. It was long and thin, and with closer observation Minerva saw that the whole floor was composed of these compartments.
Mckinnley reached in with both hands and pulled out a woman's body. She was dark haired, with soft features, Minerva recognized Erica Soltari on sight. She pointed her gun at McKinnley's back. "Put your hands where I can see them, McKinnley, I'm going to have to ask you a few questions. Beginning with what this facility is, and why you have supers stored in the floor."

McKinnley started chuckled, he set Erica down on the ground and slowly stood up, turning around to face Minerva. "This is the power station, as it obviously appears. Where did you think we got pure energy? magic? You're looking at our little batteries, our dangerous supers." He looked Minerva up and down and nodded, "Ms. Cross, I'm assuming, I suppose I can see the reasoning for assigning you to customs after all. You've gotten reckless," He reached into his pocket and pulled out a black glove, stretching it over his right hand. "And soft too, you should have killed me for that movement."
He snapped the end of the glove and then smiled. With a super speed that rivaled Blitz, he grabbed her gun, and held it in his gloved hand, level at her head. "Now please continue your questions, I find it amusing, and it's not often I get the chance to gloat."
