Luana wasn't so sure of that. Whatever was happening to Tavin, it didn't seem that anyone could control it. She tried to make more room, but didn't dare take her eyes away. Her angel needed to see this.

*Tavin's mind reeled in pain. Memories flooded in all at once, and he could feel himself being pulled under in the torrent. He had to find something to cling on to. ANYTHING. Something he knew. Something REAL. He could hear something faint. Something calling to him. He couldn't hear it, he couldn't see it, but he knew it was there. His mind scrambled about desperately. WHERE? He dropped to his knees, coughing and hacking, still clawing miserably at his head*

:::Cora's body sank down along with his, still grabbing at his wrists to try and stop him. This was getting uglier than she thought it was going to be. Calling to him didn't seem to be working either:::
:::She let go for a moment, and got off his back, moving to kneel facing him. His arms were in the way, clawing himself, so she forced them aside as they moved. Though quite difficult she was able to reach his chest, and she slid her arms through, so that she was pressed against him. She used one cheek to shield his face and took his relentless clawing on the other:::
:::She was next to his ear so she didn't think she had to yell anymore. If he was going to hear her at all, he'd hear her this way:::
Captain...please stop it ... nn! :::she hadn't felt pain like his clawing in a while, but she surpressed any further cries:::
Captain...everyone's safe. Everything is okay... Tavin.

*He could hear it. It WAS calling to him. A voice... A voice telling him that everything was alright. That everything was fine. He stopped clawing and just stared into nothingness, his mind providing what his eyes did not see. He muttered wordlessly. There was a light coming through the horrible visions. A small light calling him in*
Uhnnn..... Uh..... uhn...
*He couldn't form any words, they simply died on his tongue*

:::She held on. He had stopped clawing so she moved her cheek to his and spoke more softly into his ear:::

*He could hear her now.... he could see her standing in front of him. "Tavin... Tavin, it's alright. Sssshhh..." She reached a hand out to him and he fumbled to hold onto it. He sobbed as she smiled warmly at him. He had nearly forgotten her beautiful warm smile. He tried to speak to her. He tried to tell her how sorry he was, how much he still wanted to be with her. "Everyone is safe, we're all okay... It's alright, Tavin." The words rushed through him, and he let go. Of everything. He went completely limp. She had said to him... He had heard her tell him...... He tried to speak to her one last time. "I love..."*

Luana could now see the mask of blood that Tavin wore. Her vision blurred, her head spun, and her stomach became unsettled. Despite her best efforts to calm herself, she could only lean on a book case and try to keep herself from getting sick.
Silently she apologized to her angel and shut her eyes.

:::She glanced quickly over to Luana, who seemed to be very phaised by the current events, but didn't appear to need immediate medical attention:::
:::But that slight turn of her gaze made her flintch, and she realized that the side of her face away from Tavin's had been scratched nearly raw. She tried not to think about it:::
:::Cora closed her eyes and took one hand from around his chest, to put a palm on his on the side of Tavin's neck, away from his own scratches. If letting him think she was Robyn for just a few moments would help him calm down, she didn't mind:::

Luana didn't open her eyes, but it was obvious to her that things had suddenly calmed down.

It's alright... he's just passed out.
:::She had no idea he was so terribly tormented by everything... now that he was still, this same thought kept creeping back into ther mind:::
He... he's very... Actually. I didn't know he was so hurt by it all.
:::She put her arm back under his and hoisted him up, so she could stand. She steadied his weight with that one arm and used the other to scoop him under the knees, until he was cradled in her arms. ...he was heavier than he looked though:::

C'mon... :::She motioned with her head for Luana to follow:::
