Well I could've been an actor, but I wound up here. I just have to look good, I don't have to be clear. Come and whisper in my ear, give me dirty laundry.

So. Can you imagine if Wayne had kept the Sinestro Corps Ring?

In an issue of Green Lantern . . . really recent one . . . a Sinestro Corps ring pops in front of Bats, telling him he has the ability to sopread greatb fear, and tried to make him its user. Bruce rejects the ring. But what if hadn't? twisted

The Sinestro Corp now has the ability to recruit via rings, and they tried to recuit Batman?

They wouldve had better luck trying to recruit Clark. I smell G.Johns at work.

Which of the two, Bruce and Clark, have the darker dark side? Lets compare how many each of them has killed. Anyway, trying to recruit any of the big three was an exercise in futility, and a waste of page space.

That's one way to look at it. I see it as . . . Bats is one of the most intimidating heroes to exist. Hell, he chose the bat motif because he thought it would inspire fear. Certainly, I'm not saying that he should have accepted the ring. But who else is as adept at inspiring fear?

Batman also knows how to use the ring, though. Hal taught him in a semi-recent issue of Green Lantern.
He probably rejected it on the basis of not wanting to work for Sinestro. Otherwise it probably would have gone in the vault "for safe keeping". Mostly because he wouldn't want to become dependent on it.

Your outdated vehicles with their fossil fuel drive will not be adapted to our use. We have surpassed them.
