The ******** do I need a shovel for? Why are these blades on them? I grew up in the middle of the woods. We literally dug holes for fun sometimes. A shovel has a blade on it to dig with. Hale.. You've seen a shovel before, haven't you..? It's the part attached to the handle. Metal, either flat or rounded at the front. They call it a blade, but it's not knife sharp or anything. It just got thrown pretty hard, and I was like ten. So. The fingers of a ten year old girl, versus a metal implement. Not hard to see how that'd go.
