"Oh yeah. He's the resident chakra user" he said as he scratched his head. "Interesting...I always assumed he just used Ki." He stated as he looked back up to Pale and said "What're they going to do with the house? Aes and Kas surely must be thinking of rebuilding..."

"For now they're just.....wow." she paused and held her head, then yawned "sorry about that, I'm going to go lay down. But I was saying, they're just at his office now." Pale moved out of the nursery and back to her room.

Jay nodded and said "You need rest" Jay would look back to Illiana and lift her up, putting her in the playpen "Tell me if you need anything. Okay?"

"About a million and one different things, but when I sleep I don't think about it." Pale called out, laughing slightly before pulling a bathrobe over her clothes.

Illiana clapped her hands excitedly. She hugged her mom tightly. "Love you Mama." As her dad placed her back in the pen, she stared up at them. She wriggled around and pulled a blanket over her head. She then peered up. "Puppy!" She was enjoying saying these new words. It was as though all the words she had overheard in the past were all catching up. "Puppy! Puppy!"

"Eh?" Jay said as he turned and found her stuffed animal dog. He picked it up and put it in the pen, saying "There's your puppy, do you have a name for him?" He asked as he looked at his daughter. The idea of the doppleganger came back to him. He arose and walked out of the room, closing the door and making the appopriate signs. Jay then created one clone: one to take care of Illiana and the other would take care of Pale. It was a fool proof Plan.
The one doppleganger went back in to the room and closed the door, saying "Daddy's back"
While the other doppleganger went into Pale and Jay's room and said "Need anything, love?"

"Ice cream?" she mumbled drowsily. Forget orange juice, orange juice could burn in a firey citric-acidy hell.... she thought they still had some cookie dough left, with the big rush to get to the muffins she hadn't seen...

"And would you like anything on that?" Jay asked with a grin as he looked at Pale in her drowsy state. He leaned against the door and watched her, waiting for her order.
The other Jay watched Illiana in the playpen, grinning widely and wondering what she'd do with the stuffed animal.

"I'm so sleepy love, just some ice cream?" he must have put Illiana down to sleep or something, she couldn't think of anyother reason why he'd be hovering over her so much.

"All right love. I'll be back" He said, giving a wave and then heading downstairs, whistling to himself. He opened the fridge and scooped out a few scoops of cookie dough. He then went back upstairs with a spoon and opened the door saying "back."
He handed her the bowl and sat on the edge of the bed, saying "maybe I should have let you sleep...."

By the time he had already said "let" she was on her fourth scooful with the spoon. She was clearing out the bowl quick, and grinning. How much had she eaten today? Nevermind, she really (really) didn't want to think about it.

"Oh...you're...almost done" sweatdrop Jay said as he scratched the back of his head and laughed "Wow....that was really fast" Jay grinned and layed down next to her, kissing her cheek and asking "This spot taken?"

Pale sat the bowl down by her bedside and smiled, shrugging "I guess so, it stopped me from falling asleep at least." still smiling, she followed Jay and laid next to him, then kissed him back.

Jay hugged his wife and nuzzled her, saying "It's been a long day. Have you had any other problems?" He asked, referring to the morning sickness that she had to suffer through. He didn't know if women had to go through any other torture like that, but he wanted to know.
