A path, Carmus wasn't sure which path to take. It all seemed simple but really, it wasn't. Still, he had to try.. didn't he? He walked and the path was stable enough, (he hoped). Fog swirled, catching him was a memory invaded-

He kept walking, seeing the faces in the fog and feeling something that wasn't his own. It wasn't hard to understand that the fog was making him feeling it but it was hard fighting off the urge to be cruel to the next thing that crossed his path. Then a figure stepped out, face full of cruelty. Andie jumped at it and kicked out at it but missed.

Regaining her senses, Ruse got to her feet, taking deep breaths to calm her mind, then continued along the next set of platforms. She only got through two of them before the rest were swathed in a sea of....arms? legs?
What the hell was going on!?
Gritting her teeth, she made sure her sword was on her back before moving onwards. Jumping to the next, she felt something grasp her leg, unbalancing the shadow. She tried to hold her arms out, but before she knew the platform underneath had given way, and she fell.

Lyzzi had made it to the next platform, but she knew what was coming next; a figure had materialized in front of her, bearing a grin. It struck with his weapon, and she countered with her own.

This time Andie swung his fan like weapon, the cruel smirk braking free when it hit the figure. He had the urge to toy with it even though he knew he should try to finish the fight as fast as he could.

However, Lyzzi knew the answer to that. She felt the same way he did - he had long moved past guilt, and now looked forward to seeing what he had helped to cause. It was... A terrible feeling to have.
