Mai and Hana quickly passed through the crowds with Cale chasing worriedly after them. "Get the hell back here!" This was a harder job than he was cut out for. Kidnapping, murdering, torturing, fine. But looking after a little kid? Hell no. This kid was supposed to be ill for gods sake. "Ah yes, the newly discovered little sibling." The man laughed. "Rumour has it that Kiera herself went back in time to make sure that girl was never born." Lauren rose an eyebrow. "Oh? So this girl might prove to be an annoyance in the future?" He shrugged. "Who knows." He leaned in a little closer. "By the by, have you noticed Kiera's scars?" Lauren looked around to see Kiera still on the stage with Shortstraw. "What scars?" The man shifted his walking stick. "I've only noticed them today because usually she wears so much clothing. But today it's plain for me. She has little tiny marks all over her skin. Some small, some wrapping all over her arms and legs. They show a lot in this sunny day. But only if you're looking for them." Lauren looked back to him. "So what? She's been in loads of fights." The man shrugged. "That's not the point. Her skin is regenerative. They would have healed by now. I heard another very dirty rumor about her mother and her." Lauren now peaked her interest. "Oh? Tell me more."
Mordekai seemed alarmed as he was handed the cup. "Pee in the.." He blinked a few times. "Uh.. one second.." He disappeared into another room of the apartment and came out a few minutes later with his tired looking wife. "She wants me to pee in a cup?" Mordekai shrugged as they both walked back over. "I've just learned to go along with these things." His wife looked to Veira curiously. "Might I ask why?" She said in a light tired voice.
Dante couldn't help but chuckle a little. "Cool, quite literally." He laughed and bounded ahead, now glad that they could move on. Although he bounded ahead also so that he wouldn't have to look at either of them. He didn't understand it because no one had ever talked to him about it before but there was something weird about the female body that just caused him to go all red faced; like the time he accidentally saw up Kiiro's dress.

Veria giggled, "for my records of course! It's not often i can study Phonix pee!" She walkeda round her aunt and peered over her shoulder, "Can i also have one of your magical fethers?! You see my dad was only a created phonix by two diffren things, SO i wanted to study a real phonix! Which must be much more uniqe." She giggled and appeared infront of her, "I'm forming a study you see. And I couldn't but think of you while i was doing so and decided... YEP I NEED PHONIX PEE!" She giggled and nodded, "oh and i wanted to thankyou for the information you gave me before. It helped alot."
Meanwhile shortstraw and keria would be just about over now with there second show, with only one left, and again a small break. Infact shortstraw even left keria for just a moment to find a bathroom. But when he came out he noticed the women behind him. Followin ghim through the crowd, and just as luck would have it, as shortstraw passed to the front of the crowd, the women bumped into Evelyn, "Scuse me..." she replied trying to keep up, but also keep her distance from shortstraw.
Meanwhile cresent shivered, "I feel so.... naked." Moon bopped her one, "dont' complain your not the one in just your underware!" She sobbed. Cresent rolled her eyes, "should have come more prepaired." Moon stared at her in disbelif, "coming form the one that never changes her clothing." Cresent changed the subject to donte ahead, "Remember, stay out of the light patches... quicksand of no return."

"The mother used to conduct experiments on her." Lauren scowled. "Seriously? Well there's no surprise." The man shrugged. "It was all to do with the legend, apparently. About Kiera being the child of the sun. Kiera knew about that legend from when she was able to speak. And her mother strapped her to this.. table... fired things at her... injected her with stuff.. sliced off limbs.. seeing how much her body could really tolerate. She came to the conclusion that Kiera's body could survive a nuclear fallout. And they came to be sure that Kiera was the child of the sun. Whether or not Kiera wanted to be." Lauren laughed. "What use is that? Kiera's not even going to cause anything bad." He sighed. "She told us she's only got good intentions. But that may not be the case. You know how these wackjob bipolar's are."
Mordekai's wife glanced to Mordekai unsurely but Mordekai only laughed. "Not very often that people come asking for your pee." She gave him a stern look and Mordekai quickly straightened up. "Oh uhh, she hasn't got her wings out in years. We've tried to hide that part of her, actually." His wife nodded. "However since it is me I suppose it wouldn't just fade away. Both my mother and father were pure bred Phoenix's." She nodded and walked out of the room. "One second." Mordekai looked back to Veira and scratched the back of his neck. "She's a bit touchy about the Phoenix thing. Bad memories n's**t. You know how it is."
Evelyn quickly spun around with a big grin and grabbed the back of the woman's neckline and dragged her back to face her. "NOT so fast!" She snickered and held the woman by the shoulders. "Who the ******** are you and why are you following Shortstraw around?" Her nails dug deep. She didn't mean to create a scene but s**t happens.
Dante nodded and quickly hopped ahead, being careful not to look back. "I know! I know!" He groaned, and carefully stepped between the squares. Nope. He wasn't looking back. Nope nope nope.

*Veria nodded, "Even dad said he had problems with his phonix thing. So it's understandable. And since phonixes are so rare, and there feathers are worth so much, my dad said it was often that phonixes would hide what they were the best they could so they wern't hunted. Course i wont tell anyone. I just wanted one feather for... personal reasions. Lets just say for a spechal occation." She took a seat, "However uncle i didn't just come here to gain a small cup of pee. I wish to ask you of another question. More so, more about what you may here on the streets or whatever. What do people say of me, or my sister keria." She asked in question. "Normal everday people." She gave a serious look. Somthing was troubling her.
Meanwhile The women blinked to Evelyn but then smerked, "relax kitty i'm just observing from a distance. I mean no harm." She seemed not to bothered by evelyn. "Though it seems he has noticed. Perhaps i shall back up alittle further hmmm?" She then bent alittle closer though to evelyn, "you wont have a problem with me again."

Lauren laughed. "You can say that again." The man nodded and looked back to Comet who had her head lowered in thought. He looked back to Lauren. "But anyway, that doesn't make her a bad person. Only half." Lauren shrugged. "Thats if that half will abide by the rules." The man shrugged once more. "That half is the one that's making all the plans. The other is focused on family." Lauren sighed. "Figures. It's convenient having dual personalities when living a double life."
Mordekai yawned and scratched his head. "You and Kiera? Well I guess they don't know much about you guys other than all the war stuff. You less than Kiera. Being still in the human world, they worry more about their own leaders." He laughed. "Such as myself." Mordekai's wife shuffled back into the room and quickly to Mordekai's side, although carefully handing Veira the cup. "Sorry for the wait." Mordekai kissed her cheek then looked back to Veira. "I suppose the public have yet to see what you and Kiera are going to do." Mordekai's wife handed him a large glowing red feather which sparked a little. "Ah yeah, thanks." He tentatively held it out to Veira. "Be careful with that. A Phoenix's pride is in the wings down to the last feather."
Evelyn scoffed and held her out at arms length. "Sorry chick but I have a problem with anyone who seems to think it's okay to stalk my master. Whether or not it's at a distance." Her eyes thinned. "Why are you monitoring him?" She asked sternly.

*The women looked to Evelyn. "Not just just him. All of you Yokai family. And it's people. And this city expeshally, i must say yuji did find the best spot for his lolgaging ideas and what not." She shrugged, "But your 'master' is the vary one that seems to be holding the keys here it seems." She turned and looked to the stage, "without him everything would crumble in my eyes. So if your smart you will indeed protect him. However not from me, i am no threat." She looked back, "i'm just a old Yokai, the last of the big three Yokai's from back in the times of human rain." Basicly that was her hints to evelyn who she was. That is, if she would even know that. she knew evelyn was at least a corter of her age."
Meanwhile veria carfully took the feather with wide eyes and stared at it. She then took a plastic baggy and carfully sealed it inside, "I have a case for it at home." She also put a lid on the cup and placed it in her deamoness pocket. "Well the reasions i ask, and what i'm looking for reliys on a dream i had. A vison. The question however remains, who do the people all around belive to be the worst end. I know I appear evil to the eyes of the world, however under the curtain, my sisters is not as perfict either. Lets just say i have some things to prepair for. And i might need this fether if i get into trouble." SHe gave both of them a sudden big hug, "I love you guys. Thankyou."

"So what do we do about the pendants? What does it all even lead to? No ones even told me yet." The man snickered. "Ah, you'll see then. I'll leave that surprise. Lets just say by the end we'll be greeting an old friend. For now we play it out to Kiera's desires. We don't want to get on the wrong side of her, after all." Lauren nodded. "You're probably right. A girl like her with the ambitions she has is more lethal than the person herself. Memories are more powerful than people make them out to be."
Mordekai snickered. "Yeah, I love me too." His wife shot him an unamused look and he promptly shut up. She smiled to Veira sweetly. "It's all right, sweetie. We want to help the best we can. And your uncle is a secret softie for family." Mordekai coughed. "Com'on now we don't wanna cramp my style." She brushed a bit of hair from his face and chuckled. "I didn't know the hobo style was respected."
Evelyn pulled a face and crossed her arms over her chest grumpily. "Well so far hunny you haven't given me a whole lotta good reasons to trust you. You could'a come about this a different way if you didn't want us to suspect something bad of you. You're seriously giving Shortstraw the creeps with your stalking." She seemed to back off a little.

*The women nodded, "i wanted... to be noticed." She looked back, "however i did not want to culse too much either. In all honistly, i should be living this familiy alone." She looked back to evelyn, "but i had questions to find answers too for myself before i can just leave. Still, i am no threat. I havn't spred my tails in... centerys." Meanwhile shortstraw was thinking, 'whats going on out there! Did you get her! Who is she! is she a spy? Is she's a assain?'
Meanwhile Veria nodded, "It works for cale." She pointed to the kitchen, "by the way i brought him too, he's sitting in there." She giggled and put a hand to the side of her mouth and whispered, "he just got upgraded from a pet to a real boyfreind, so be slow with him." She giggled again, "is there anything i can do for you guys?" She offered.

Mordekai turned his head and grinned. "Ahhh, so that's what I could smell." Mordekai quickly disappeared into the kitchen and his wife sighed to herself with a smile. "We're fine, so long as we don't get too involved in anything. Although I suppose even if my husband were to get in trouble again it would be fine. Although it sure did give me a heart attack the last time.. he died." She shook her head then looked towards the kitchen at the sound of a crash. "I JUST WASHED THOSE YOU BLOODY MONGREL!" There was a deep laughter from Cale. "Mord-senpai, you're a dog too!" Then a small growl from Hana. "HEY DON'T HURT MAI!" Mordekai's wife looked still as serene as possible as she looked back to Veira calmly. "I swear I married a five year old.."
Evelyn rose an eyebrow. "You know there's such a thing as talking." She coughed and snickered. "Conversation? Exchanging words with someone? You could have just asked about things you wanted to know. We're not unfriendly people." She made a face. "Well Shortstraw isn't, anyway." She sighed. 'She says she's not a threat at all. I don't really know. From what I've gathered she's associated with Yuji in some way, probably an old friend of his. She refers to herself as the last of the big three. Whatever the ******** that is. If she's the last then the big three aren't as great as they're sounding to be.'

*The women smerked, "I'm afrade it's me that isn't freindly. I dont do well with talking to people." She shrugged, "that and wish not to get involved with things. A talk would do so. No matter who it was." She looked to the stage, "And what i'm looking for... isn't somthing you can word." She turned the head way, "you shaln't see me much more." She replied leaving the area. Surly, she was unsure of things. She was a odd women as shortstraw came up to Evelyn slowly, "oh she left..." He looked to Evelyn, "did thing go okay? I mean if she's not out to get anyone, does she need somthing from me or somthing?" He was confuesd and now feeling guilty.
Meanwhile Veria giggled, "Indeed. But somtimes it's the ones you would never suspect to end up..." she looked to the floor with a smile, "falling in love with." She spoke in a quieter tone, "Aunty i want to share a small thing with you. Tell no one. In the futcher, i have plans of many things happening. To most, they are bad things. I ask no matter how bad that seems, you do not hold anything aginst me." She looked to her, "i'm going to do some vary bad things. I ask you do not shun me out... okay?" She asked. It seemed even though it was a warning, it was also her asking for mercy for somthing she will do that she hadn't yet done. She already lost so many of her familiy, these two were not important, she hoped they would never turn aginst her. And that they woudl care for her the same she did for them. But before her aunt would have time to answer, Veria turned and headed into the kitchen without anything regaurding she ever said anything, leaning on the doorway, "and i persume you met my new little sister Hana."

Evelyn shrugged and sighed. "Maybe we won't have to worry about her. Apparently she's watching all of us and not just you. And you hold the key to something. Could all be just bullshit for all we know. But anyway she said she was going to back up a little more." She scratched the back of her neck. "Creepy as ******** if you ask me. But I like her." Evelyn's face suddenly turned paler from usual as she pointed to the stage. "I didn't think she'd actually do it.." She was pointing at Kiera and a lot of other young women who were wearing some kind of pin-up outfit and had just started a finishing performance of 'Lady Marmalade'. ((If you don't know the song then here it is xD Although I'd be surprised if you didn't. It was a really famous song a while ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQa7SvVCdZk )) Mordekai blinked a few times as he held a chair ready to hit Mai with, but when Veira was there he chuckled awkwardly and put the chair down carefully. "Heheheh... yeah..." Hana giggled and sat on Mai's back. "Uncle's funny!" Cale snickered in the background, leaning against the counter. "Yeah, you can tell he's really having a ball." Mordekai shot him a look then looked back to Hana and Mai. "About as troublesome as the rest of your family." Cale grinned and folded his arms across his chest. "That's far from a compliment." Mordekai pointed to him. "You're in for a broken jaw if you don't shut up." Hana frowned. "Hey don't threaten Stinky! Stinky's great!" Cale laughed. "You hear that Mord-senpai? I'm great." Mordekai grumbled and turned forward again. "Great at being an arse that's for sure." Mordekai's wife was soon in the room standing behind Mordekai and massaging his shoulders. "Now now there's no need to get in a mood. You were never great with children." She giggled. ((Oh and here's the final design for Hana ouo :  ))

*Shortstraw's jaw about dropped, "i didnt... know she was going to do that..." He scratched the back of his head, "i guess everyone got tired of me up there." He chukkled and nodded to evelyn, "thanks. Maybe next time... i'll confront her or somthing. Whatever she wants from me, maybe i can actully give youknow." He smiled, however was watching keria in disbelif. "wow."

Meanwhile Veria giggled, "funny you do well with me uncle." She giggled, "and they say im the hard, weird child." She put her head to the side and then looked to Hana and put her hands together, "anyways!" She walked over and squatted, "how do you feel. Everything A-Okay? So far you see fine, and everything. To be hoinst i thought it would be harder. Still i'm going to keep a close watch on you for a while, just in case it's not a just for the time being thing." She winked and looked to Modiki, "This is uncale Modiki, pernounced, More - d**k- EE" She giggled, "he's vary nice." She nodded.

Evelyn cursed to herself and sobbed. She grumbled. "I should have guessed Kiera was confident enough to do it. With the outfit and everything though..." She sighed and went a little red as she covered her nose to hide her nosebleed. "She is going to get a smack when the goddamn song is over. Lets hope to god no one films this." Although in the corner of her mind she wished that someone was. For... Personal reasons. She shook her head and looked away. "Jesus Christ."
Hana pulled a face. "But he's too stupid to be my uncle." Mai barked in agreement. However a little vein on the side of Mordekai's head started pulsing as Cale laughed. "I didn't know his name was pronounced like that. Did you, Mord-senpai?" Mordekai groaned. "God's testing me, isn't he." Cale snickered. "God already hates you." Mordekai sighed. "Ah yeah, forgot about that." Mai barked again as Hana grinned. "I feel fine! And its so cool that everyone can see me again!" Mordekai groaned again. "What a shame it must have been for people not being able to see you." "Or hear her." Mordekai moaned as if struck by lightning. "Oh the humanity!"

*Shortstraw watched, "wow." he then cought Evelyn, "See i knew you were into that sorta thing! I knew it." He chukkled and looked away, "and yet you kept denying it." He chukkled, "still... i hope no one is filming this." he then thought about it and chukkled evily as he dissapeared for a minet and then returned with a camra to take some pictures, "I can use this as levrige later." He replied with a smerk.
Meanwhile Veria giggled and patted Hanas head as she turned, "we better go now before people miss us." She winked, "thanks again." And poof they were suddenly all int he livingroom of the castle, as veria gave cale a hug, "you did well today too. For a stinky." She let go and pointed to Hana, "NOW! That you actully exsist in this world, we need to set up where your room will be. I would like to help." She clapped.

Evelyn squinted. "Yes but you don't understand Shortstraw.." She sighed and coughed awkwardly. "Actually no I shouldn't be saying that about your wife. Or even thinking it." She shook her head and looked back to the stage. The song still wasn't over. "Of course she had to be the centre of attention in it as well." She quickly looked away again. "I doubt taking pictures will do much for bribery of she was willing to do this kind of thing in public.."
Hana blinked a few times and hugged Mai close. "My own room?" Cale chuckled. "Well you're not gonna sleep on the floor. Especially not a little princess." Hana looked to Mai then back to Veira. "Well I've been sleeping outside for the past few months. So it'll be weird sleeping in my own bed again."
