Indeed Ez had said something unneeded which he had caught as he looked over to Faye with a small smile. Hopefully he would not have to worry about this small thing simply passing it off as the girl's lack of memory or something else if confronted about it. Reaching down tho Jacob grabbed some of the food and made it into a plate and began to eat. Looking at her as he did tho Jacob laughed a bit. "Feeling a bit less like one of royalty today" he questioned his smile soft as he stared. The way she was eating was easy to tell just how hungry she currently was.

Ignoring his comment, Faye just looked at a wall after she was done eating. This bit of information didn't sit well with her mind and the bad thoughts that occurred when she thought about how powerful Kale was made her stomach twist, not allowing her breakfast to sit well with her. She wondered if this was Kale in disguise. She stood, ignoring the queasiness she had and began to leave the kitchen, "Don't follow me," she said in her more, authoritative voice and left, running down the halls to find Esma. She needed to hurry and talk to Listelle before anything happened to her.

He pleaded, pouting at her innocently. He seemed to have utterly forgotten their conversation already - perhaps that was a good thing. {I apologize for not replying in so long.}
Esma had indeed found something to help communicate with people outside the tower. A crystal ball, in fact. The thing had been coated in dust, however, and would not work as it should unless it were in pristine condition. For once in her life, she had been hard at work, trying to clean the thing up for her friend.

Dema gave a broad grin and a small nod. "I don't see why not." she chuckled, kneeling down and waiting patiently for Lucian to get in place. She didn't mind carrying him around, even if he was an adult. She would only object if he ended up doing something inappropriate while she carried him.

"Uhm alright" Jacob said showing he was slightly taken back as he simply sat there finishing his food. Finishing the food with ease Jacob closed his eyes linking some with Kale's mind as he let him know what was going on. He was far to close to let a simpleton's slip of words ruin what he was made to do now.
Coming out of the bath Kale waved his hand an illusion appearing as if he was still within it. He knew that Ez would likely be peeking in on him and didn't care for it. A towel was all that covered him from the waist down as he walked. Hearing the footstep's Kale formed a spell of fire and ice in his hand expecting it to be Ez as he fired it. The blast hit just a bit infront of Faye freezing and shattering the wall a few step's infront of her. "Ez if you continue this-" he started but stopped as he stared at Faye with a small grin. "Well then if it isn't the little princess" Kale said holding his towel with his free hand as he stood there.
For someone of very weak physical prowess his body was very toned tho not very muscular. "Are you having a good time with your little playmate" he questioned with a smirk. "I wonder if I should go ahead and kill that one now. If I do tho how do you think I should do it" he questioned with a grin rubbing his chin slightly. "Maybe I will make Ez finish the little bugger off" he said laughing as he walked past her. The bathhouse sadly enough was nowhere close to his own room a poor choice of locations in his opinion but he had simply taken the castle not built it. "Oh well tata Princess" he called venom in the last word as he disappeared out of sight.

[-One Kale encountered in town? *Gasp* He's wants to melt Kyrell's skin off? Oh noez!! Run, little blondie! RUN! (Just had to comment about that~ XD Anyway, I'll be studying till Aug 12 so I won't be back till then. Just sayin'. Happy RPing~ -]

Faye's scream echoed in the halls as the sudden blast scared her to the point she couldn't stand. Breathing rather hard, she looked up in fear at the face that haunted her nightmares. She was so confused. If Kale was here and threatening Jacob then maybe Jacob was good. Or maybe they're playing with her, both of them. Faye's head spun at the possibilities and she suddenly wished Kale would just kill her. This mental torture was too much for the fragile girl as she just sat where she fell and stared at the floor.

Voit grinned at his friend's understanding, ruffling his hair too. Though when he asked about the other boy, and even called him cute. The reaper's eye twitched a moment, wondering if his friend had even noticed that he had been a little girl just the night before. "You do realize...that is Lucian. I hope. Let's just hope his twisted little mind doesn't suddenly mature and he does weird stuff like he did when older. Thankfully it seems safe to leave him with Dema at the moment, all the pervertedness he usually has seems to be gone for now." Voit sighed, before nudging Kyrell in the side. "That one. Over there. He whispered quietly. Soon the pair had successfully and cleanly gotten breakfast in their hands, walking back to where the others were.

Kyrell and Voit teamed up beautifully to capture a great stag, carrying it back swiftly by the legs. He was still quite disappointed and amused at the same time that the dark-haired boy was Lucian. Even so, he ignored it and went on to comment, "You were worrying about my wounds earlier? Yeah, well... Bandaging isn't my strong suite. But sustaining a lot of injuries is!" He laughed aloud as they carried back their bounty. "I'll get them redone by someone a little more skilled when we reach the next town or so. For now, I'm worried about the little ones being hungry, no matter who they might be." He unconsciously referenced Lucian.
The great stag was pretty heavy. Hopefully, it is enough to feed everyone. Kyrell smiled at the thought. "Say, this stag sure is heavy! Almost as heavy as one of the king's deer. And if that indeed had been the king's forest, filled with deer you could be executed for hunting, then we'll need nothing less than a princess to save our heads!" He joked. Though, it would be funny if the heroes that set out to find the princess end up being saved by her.

Having heard the scream Jacob stood up as he ran towards where the scream had come from. "Listelle" he yelled running down the hall. He got into it just as Kale turned the corner from walking past Faye. "What did you do to her" Jacob yelled as he tucked his shoulder slamming into Kale and knocking him back as he fell ontop of the wizard. Scrambling as quickly as he could moving around the corner as he made his way to Faye. "Are you alright" he questioned her a horrified look on his face seeming to tell he was realizing somewhat of what he had done.
The plan was going so well currently it seemed after having to smooth away what ever problems Ez had caused. "Well then he should be hitting me in..." Kale started already tightening up before he was struck by Jacob. As he was tho the hit was much harder then he had expected knocking the wind out of him as the doll and him rolled several feet back sprawling out on the ground. Jacob unsurprisingly had gotten up quicker then the wizard who was taking a few moments to recover. Gasping for breath Kale finally did breath in as he sat up. The plan had been to sell it not nearly crush his sternum. He would have to work on that some next time.
Slowly standing up Kale turned towards the way Jacob had come as he walked towards him. The towel now being held by a rope of pure magic as he turned the corner to comfront the two. Before the doll could act tho Kale was upon him. Reaching out the wizard grabbed the doll a wind whipping around him as he was thrown back against the wall hard. "And with that you have sealed your own fate" Kale said standing up fully now the area on his chest where he had been hit was turning red by this time. Holding his hand to the side flames danced in the palm of his hand as darkness slowly seemed to creep in through it. From an outward appearance it showed that Kale was intent to end Jacob completely.
Having heard the footstep's Jacob had giving Faye a small shove back as he was gripped surrounded by wind and thrown against the wall. The hit rattled him a great deal his vision blurring for a few moments before refocusing. Laying against the wall Jacob slowly tried to get up making it look like he had been injured a good deal by the hit. In truth like every part of his body it was all simply to appear real enough the senses. Giving a look to Faye Jacob looked to the wizard. "Run" he yelled to Faye in a coughing voice.
(Gotta have a bit of being a hero tossed in to the mix with this little doll. God I am getting evil with Jacob I am very close to making a profile for him.)

Faye had simply just sat and stared as the two men fought. She was so confused, but her face only showed a blank expression. She was so tired of this all. But when the flames appeared in Kale's hand and Jacob told Faye to run, she didn't. Instead, she got up and moved between the two. She stood there, staring at Kale for a moment before finally speaking, "If you let him live... I'll act like a better to-be wife then I have thus far. I won't give you any problems... Just let him live, please." She wasn't sure if her offer was good enough. But she hoped it would be.
|lol, Faye is gonna end up being some sort emotionless zombie by the end of this mental torture. Poor girl|

Looking at Faye with a small smirk Kale moved forwards as he lifted his free hand under her chin to look at her. "My dear do you really believe that you are of any real use to me" he questioned his voice low so only she could hear. "I am only keeping you around to lure the princess and give her a reason to come to my keep" he told her chuckling a little bit. "Your little friend here tho if it means so much to you that his life is spared then I suppose..." he started looking over her for a moment before back to him. "Should I hear any disobedience out of you tho I will simply eliminate the boy and make you watch the spectacle" he told her stepping back from her as he stood there. He had the girl how ever he wanted. Powerless, defenseless, and soon to be broken mentally and physically.

Faye spoke just as quietly as he, her own words had an edge to them, "You forget, wizard. I am but a familiar. It's my duty to keep the princess safe and out of harms-way, what makes you believe she'll come find someone she easily leaves behind? And unless you miraculously find her. Right now, I'm the only hold you have over the kingdom and a seat of power." She stepped back and knelt next to Jacob. She wrapped her arms protectively around him and stared at the wizard. It was easy to see in her eyes, though, that she wished he would just kill her so that she wouldn't endure this torture anymore.
