- Hana Lylatt - Everything happened what seemed like a blink of an eye, one moment she was in the grasp of an angry teen, the next, on the ground against the pillar she was slammed into a moment ago, dazed and confused. At least for a few moments until she realized exactly what it was. Undead creatures scaring off the crowed, while the one who grabbed her a second ago was pulled into the abyss. Blue eyes suddenly began to look around frantically, from ether side of her, even above in the rafters. But she saw nothing. "Yugi..?? " She called out, she could very well sense his presence there, before...it was suddenly gone. He had left without a word...again...Her hopefully eyes would shift to sadness as she looked away, down to the ground.."..Why...why do you keep avoiding me...It's..Me...." She said in her mind...
At that time, Aerith and Mist came up to her, the look of concern on both ladies features."Can you two just go? Everyone's going to that garden...Balamb...So..you should too...I'll leave when i'm ready.."
After a long argument with Aerith, eventually, she managed to talk the Cetra and Mist to go without her. So, they did, while they still had the chance. Hana however, just remained there, sitting in utter silence with nothing but the sound of her sniffling to be heard. Damn, and she was doing so well at trying to be happy.

Drako Constantine"Don't ask me why I meddle so much. I don't have an answer, guess I just like helping people." Drako, in his normal Dragoon armor, wandered into the Midgar Church. He had sorta just been walking around, unsure of what to do. The people in the city were already hostile towards obvious Avalanche members and off-worlders, and the fact that he had wolf ears and a wolf tail didn't help matters. Plus his hair was midnight blue and his skin was gray. Not exactly common occurrences in this world. So he had kept out of sight as much as possible while he inspected the situation around Midgar. Spirits were at an all-time low among the populace. Big surprise. Inspecting the church now, the Miqo'te noticed a group of kids were here, however, they didn't seem to be having much fun. It was a little sad; it looked as though they were playing to try to shut out the idea that the world was ending. To try to escape that reality... Then, a sudden, small orb of white fell from the sky. "...?" Drako looked up through the hole in the roof to see... it was snowing? That was... odd. Never mind the season, didn't often snow in Midgar to begin with. Maybe the Beast's presence was having some sort of affect on the weather patterns? ...If that was the case, the longer it lived, the more dangerous it would be to the world. "S-snooow?" One of the children exclaimed, happily. Then, she stopped, seeming to lose her enthusiasm. "Oh... but, if the Bast blows up the world, we won't get no presents on Christmas..." She said sadly, clutching her doll close to her chest. Drako paused. That was... one of the saddest things he had ever heard. "Damn that Beast, ruining Christmas on top of everything else!" He said to himself. Then, he felt one of the children tug at his arm. "Mister? Are we gonna get dead?" The child asked, looking up at him with big, round eyes. "...What?" Drako blinked. "Of course not! Avalanche is here, kids--we'll protect you from the scary Beast!" "But, but my dad said Avalanche is a bunch of lying bastuds..." The child sniffed. "I won't get to see Santa this year..." The children's spirits seemed to be lowering considerably at this thought. It was hard for Drako to sympathize with at first; Christmas wasn't something he was able to celebrate through his childhood. It hadn't exactly been a happy one. But damn it, he wasn't going to let these children's spirits get crushed! "Uh, hold on kids, I gotta go... uh, do stuff." With that, he used the Dragoon's signature Jump ability to navigate quickly to the Market District. He didn't care about being spotted anymore; these children's hope was at stake. Minutes later, the Miqo'te returned, though this time he sported a... much different garb than his Dragoon armor. Now, he was dressed as the idol of children everywhere, Santa Claus. This was odd, considering Halloween hadn't even passed, but this was important. "Uh, who, who, whoooo! You kids are looking down!!" He shouted, deepening his voice to go along with the character, placing his hands on his hips as he looked at the children. They all gasped, shouting Santa and rushing over to him. Though, after a moment, they seemed to become suspicious. He wasn't exactly a convincing Santa; he didn't have a wig or a fake beard, and this experience more than any other made him realize just how skinny he was. Then again, Miqo'te never seemed to have any sort of measurable body fat, which made them very attractive to other races, but in this situation it didn't help his cause. "Waaait. Are you really Santa Claus?" One of the children asked. "Oh, why of course I am, little Gerald!" "My name is Thomas." "Er, right, but you have a brother named Gerald!" "No, I'm an only child..." "Aha! Must be a distant relative, then! Someone you've never met! Who who whoo!" Drako shouted, already realizing how terrible of a job he was doing. "Doesn't Santa say, "ho ho ho"?" Another child asked. "..." s**t. That IS what he said. "Oh, ho ho! Of course! I was simply trying a few new phrases is all..." He cleared his throat nervously. "Where's your big belly, Santa? Mommy said Santa has a big round belly." "That's... only during Christmas, my dear! Mrs' Claus has to get me all fattened up for Christmas time, so she bakes lots of cookies!" "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh. I like cookies!" Phew... Drako sighed in relief. It seemed the kids were buying it. "You look an awful lot like that Avalanche guy who just left. You have a tail like him, too!" "..." Oh yeah. Drako forgot that they might make that connection. "...That's... my evil twin brother, of course!" "That guy was evil?" "It doesn't matter!" Drako said, trying to finally dismiss their suspicions. "I could tell you kids were losing some of your spirit, so I thought I might come and help! Ho, ho, ho! Yes, each of you come and sit on my lap, and ask anything you want for Christmas--I'll get it for you!" He said, sitting on a bench. "Oh! Oh! Me first!" A young boy shouted, sitting on "Santa's" lap excitedly. "Ho! You sure seem happy! What would you like for Christmas, Gerald?" "Thomas." "Whatever." "Uh, uh, can I get the new Playbox game system?? It has all the cool new graphics and, and, sixty fames a second! I, I don't know what that means, but it sounds really cool!!" "Sure thing! Of course! Just..." He paused. "Just, wait here!" Drako, not knowing that Santas were only supposed to listen to the kid's wishes, stood from the bench, Jumping once again to the Market District. Upon his return, he handed a brand new, boxed Playbox to the child. "Here you go, and Merry Christmas, Gerald!" "Wow! Thanks, Santa! But my name is-" "Next!" Drako offered, looking to the group of children there and realizing that... it was suddenly... much larger. There were at least thirty children now, and there were more coming in groups. He let out a slight sigh to himself. What had he gotten himself into? "Santa! Can I have a new Magatsa Isanagie toy??" The next child asked impatiently. So there were toys of the new President Adachi's Persona, Magatsu-Izanagi now? That... seemed about right, actually. "Wait right here!" Drako said, trying to keep his voice jolly, as he jumped back to the Market District. Upon returning, a child asked, "Santa, how do you go from here to your workshop so fast? By jumping?" "Uhhhhhhhhhh..." He paused. "........Magic!" He said, waving his hands around mystically. "Woooooooooooooooooooooooow!" A bunch of the children seemed really impressed by that.
Finally, after literally hours, the final child thanked Santa, waving him goodbye. Drako waved back happily, before flopping down onto the bench, breathing heavily. That was... exhausting. Pulling out his pouch of Gil, he opened it, only to see he had about... four gil to his name. "...Haha... four gil... that... can at least buy-" Then, a passing bird grabbed the pouch in its beak as it flew, and continued on its way. "....Ah.... He just sort of... sat there, honestly dumbfounded at how this all happened. "....Haha.... I... honestly have no idea how to react to this..." Something about this whole experience just seemed so surreal to him... (( OOC: ))

Nanako Dojima While all of the children had left, only one remained. That one was a young girl with small twin tails and brown hair, decorated with pink bows holding them up. Nanako had watched from the back of the church's doorway, peeking in from there and watching the crowed of happy children ask things of the poor, kind man. She wasn't sure if he knew kids didn't tend to get the gifts they asked for, or if he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart. Which by the looks of it, was one very big heart! She herself, wasn't so easily fooled. Nanako knew this was the very same man in dark blue armor from moments ago.
It wasn't until all those kids left, that she calmly began to walk out from the back of the church, to where he sat a few feet in front of him. He looked so gloomy! So much she couldn't help but giggle. He did so much, yet it cost him everything! "You are to nice.." She began to say. "You made a lot of kids happy, but, at the cost of your own. We can't have that! " She was suddenly...so full of determination! Taking his hands, Nanako attempted to pull him up off the pew he was so set on staying at to sulk. "Go get your armor back on, Mr. Then! Nanako will come to your rescue! I will help you get your money back! --And! We can track down the bird that got your money too..So, hurry and change. I will wait outside the church for you!"
So, in time after losing Rise and really not having anyone she knew around but Adachi, a person she couldn't get to, she made her residence the church. It wasn't so bad, there were young children close to her age, some older, some younger even, that also came to live in the church come night time. The only thing was, she seemed to be getting mistaken for another girl named Marlene! In a way, she kind of did look like her.

Drako Constantine"Don't ask me why I meddle so much. I don't have an answer, guess I just like helping people." "Ah..." Drako let out a sigh, glancing at the girl who came along. He could tell just from looking into her eyes that she was intellectually far above her age group. She wouldn't be so easily fooled. He smiled, reaching up and taking the Santa hat off his head. "My secret has been discovered, huh?" He said tiredly. "I was kinda hoping a girl would show up, but uh, I thought she might be a bit older..." That would have been a nice Christmas present to him! As she grabbed his hands and tried to pull, he just put all his weight into the seat, so he wouldn't budge. It wasn't much weight, but it was more than enough to keep a little girl from moving him. "Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh..." He said. "Gil is easy enough to come by. I'm an Adventurer, I help people and they sort of pay me for it. I don't ask for it, but hey, it helps me get by. ...And I had some to spare anyway." A lot to spare, it seemed. But now it was gone. "I'll make that money back up in no time. It's not like I need a lot of money. "Besides..." She might hear a tiny bark from beside them, and should she look, she would see a tiny wolf pup looking up at her. It trotted over to her, circling around her, sniffing her as if to make sure she wasn't a threat. Then, it let out a happy bark and rushed over to Drako, putting its paws on his leg and standing on its hind legs, as if it was telling him it wanted up. "You can get up here yourself." He said tiredly. The dog barked. "Ugh, fine..." He leaned over, picking up the wolf and sitting it on his lap. "Just sit still, boy." After releasing it, it immediately turned toward him and began to lick his face. "That's... not... STILL!" He said, and the wolf let out a happy bark. "You must think you're so funny." And it let out another bark. Clearly, it didn't think it was. It KNEW it was. "As I was saying, before I was RUDELY interrupted," the wolf barked. "I have this thing with me anyway. I found it alone back on my home world, and it started following me, and I haven't been able to get rid of the little jerk ever since." The way he acted toward it showed how much he loved it. "I call him Aether. Aether, meet Nanako." The wolf barked. "Nanako, Aether." (( OOC: ))

Nanako Dojima Nanako frowned a bit at his words, though it was only a second before she began thinking on it. "Hmmm..." She really seemed to think SO hard on that! "....Maybe ....I can pretend to be an older girl!" She didn't realize just how creepy that might of sounded. She really just meant she could act like an older lady! "I'm a lot more mature then the rest of girls my age, you know! Back in my world, I could help with errands and go shopping by myself. So, see! I can be. " No matter how intelligent she might of been, she still would always have that eternal cute innocence in her. "So, what do you want me to do? " She wasn't sure if there was anything important he wanted to do, so she thought it was better to ask.
Then, she attempted to pull him up off his seat, with all her might. It wasn't working out so well! Eventually, Nanako ended up losing the tug battle as her hands slipped off his, causing her to fall back.........into the flowers! Hey, at least it was a soft landing! She was lucky, or rather, the flowers were. Not a single one had gotten crushed in the particular area she fell, which was mostly just grass. The flowers were scattered around her so she had completely missed them!
"Do you still have your armor on under there?!" She thought maybe he did, with not even so much as budging. "Or are you just secretly really strong? " Dusting herself off, Nanako stepped carefully off the flower bed, and took another step to Drako's comfortable spot on the pew. "Come on, it could be a fun adventure! ...You aren't doing anything really fun sitting here! " At least it didn't look like it, not anymore! Then she heard the soft bark, this caught her attention as she turned her head a little in it's direction, there she would see the cutest little wolf pup in the world. Was it really a wolf? Sometimes it was almost impossible to tell! "...!" Lowering herself a little, she didn't reach out to it, just wanted to be more at level with it, allowing it to sniff and see her as someone it could trust before it went on back to Drako. The next few things it did with the tired dark blue haired man was just to cute, and funny! Giggling as she watched the two interact in the most entertaining way. He acted cold to it, but she could see just how much he loved the cute little affectionate pup. "Hi there,Aether....Your to cute! " Nanako slowly reached her hand up, as to gently give him a little pet on the top of his head while it sat in Drako's lap. "And what is your name?" She asked as she pet Aether, smiling..

After someone at Balamb had put into her head the idea of some not-so-kind-hearts wrecking havoc on her beloved flower garden and the church, she had to see for herself that it was all safe. With the help of a chocobo she had successfully gained the trust of, she made it to Midgar with no trouble, and the wild chocobo was set free. While she would prefer not to fight, Aerith was well armed with her Princess Guard and the materia Yuffie tried to take again back at the garden. So, should she need to defend herself, she would have little trouble doing so.
Several moments after arriving in Midgar, the church doors were gently pulled open, the light from the outside pouring into the church down the isle and even reaching the garden of flowers. She would see they hadn't been touched, and were still growing vibrantly, the petals as pure white as an angel's wings. "What a relief..They're all okay!" She said, kneeling down in front of them. It was strange, being away from here so long..There were times it just didn't feel right, and she even felt somewhat lonely when she wasn't here. Anywhere else it would become quiet, and while sometimes the voices could be to much, it was also good to hear, she didn't just hear stranger's voices, she heard her mothers. Something would never want to lose.

Flint Flint made his way to the church and silently entered the building and ignoring everything and sat down in a pew and mutter a prayer. As he did this he silently wished he could see her again which caused a tear to fall from his eye.

Vasher walked into the church with a strange fox child clinging to his side, "Anyone here?!" he called out not wanting to startle someone if he wasn't alone. He started to lead the child to the front row of pews. Fate, the fox child, sniffed around before leaving Vasher's side and running up to look at the flowers sniffing around with curiosity. He even started looking around under the pews thinking he might find something to play with. Vasher took a seat at the front row looking back at fate. "Try not to get into any trouble." he called back to Fate before gazing into the flower bed a moment then finally leaning back spreading his arms out over the side of the pew he sat on tilting his head to see the hole in the roof. he took a deep breath and exhaled slowly unleashing his restraint to his awakening and the room suddenly seemed to brighten, the colors of the walls floor and even the roof began to shine more true, even the flowers looked more alive, greens became a brighter shade of green, blues turned azure, and the reds changed to scarlet, though white, white would seem to have a tiedie rainbow flow across them as if it had a life of it's own. Fate jumped a little at first from the change of color, but soon started to chase after his rainbow tail laughing

Name: Rykuō Utagawa Rykuō walked into the church tossing and catching his yoyo and looked around and noticed other were in the church as well. He walks all the way to where the patch of flowers are and gave them some water. "These flowers are certainly pretty to look at don't you two think" he asked addressing the man and kid with the rainbow fox tail as he put the watering can off to the side.
