Hagrid was the Keeper of Keys and Grounds and gamekeeper before he became the Care of Magical Creatures teacher.
And weather would be awesome, though I don't know when exactly it would change.

Maybe Sing could give somebody permission to try and keep the weather updated Dunno what you would go by or would you just make it up? I might be up for doing that...

How about once a week for weather changes? That's how it usually works in real life too. And every once in a while there could be a sudden flash flood or freeze or heat wave. Sing could make an announcement for those like a weatherman!

If we do it soon enough we could have a Polar Bear Swim. The person that manages to stay in the lake the longest will win... Something?

Pajama Day - Wear pjs of course. Opposite Sex Day - Cross Dressing! Underwear Day - Wear your under clothes biggrin theres four ;p
