...I would submit that such a concept is neither Naruto, nor a valid summon. Unless of course you've simply designed some other form of summoning and named the master summon Hyorinmaru...It is actually a personal summon, and it isn't a blade or anything, just purely the dragon. I'm actually thinking of scraping it all together because I really don't think it'll get passed.

...if it's just a SINGLE summon, then yeah, I'd deny it. You'd have to make an entire summoning line for it to be legitimate.

Well, Personal summons are only one thing. Which is why I was making it boss level.
But yeah, I'm just scraping it altogether, because it really just doesn't fit how Kenji is going to be at Sannin level, plus I'd have to literally wait 10 years, or until Gregar or someone would let Kenji Time skip to have the final stage of it, and five for the second stage.
Plus, I already felt bad because it is from bleach and is just a crappy knockoff, so it is going down the crapper.
now I have to think of something that hasn't been done before that ties into my Hyouton bloodline. confused
