"Likewise," Savage replied, extending his hand out."

Penguin nodded and took his hand to shake it. "Well then...I hope the information proves useful to you. Please, help yourself to anything else you wish. The meal fee will be waved."

"Thank you, Mr. Cobblepot. Tell me, though..." With another glance at the waitress, he asked in a quiet, almost conspiratorial voice, "...Does that also apply to the hired help?"

Oswald grinned. "It does. Please keep in mind though that I try to maintain a safe environment for both my guests and workers. I would appreciate it if they are left unharmed and in the mental health needed to continue coming to work." he replied quietly.

"Of course," Savage said, grinning as well. "It wouldn't do to hurt your business after you were so accomodating."

Penguin smiled. "In that case...help yourself." he said as he glanced over towards the waitress much more subtly. "I believe she is due to be relieved from work in a few minutes. There are also private enclosed rooms towards the back." Penguin said, then gathered his files and prepared to return to his office. "I hope to see you again, Mister Savage."

"And you, Mister Cobblepot." With that, Savage waived the waitress back over. If she was about to be off the clock, then he was VERY interested in her.

The waitress smiled and made her way back towards the table, keeping her eyes on the customer.
Oswald grinned a bit and made his way up the stairs and back to his private office. He needed to put these files away, check up on his entire Lounge, and make sure the money was re-transferred over to his actual bank account.

Penguin could've jumped off a bridge, for all the attention Savage had on him. He was completely focused on charming the young woman.

It was also fair to say that the woman had all but forgotten about watching her tables. Minutes passed, and no one had come up to any of the tables. Finally another woman in a corset costume came up the stairs and started to walk up to the table. She paused a moment to glance at the table, then shook her head a bit and proceeded towards the table. She tapped the woman on the shoulder and reminded her that she was done with work now. The waitress grinned and looked back at Savage.

"How about you go clock out," Savage suggested, smiling, "and I meet you at the front door?"

"Alright..." the woman said with a smile. "I'll meet you downstairs." With that, the woman stood from the table and made her way towards the stairs. She glanced back and gave Savage one more flirty grin before disappearing down the stairs.
The other waitress...didn't seem to be very interested in her co-workers new friend. Or her evident activities for this evening. She had moved to take her position to watch over the other tables.

Savage watched the woman go down the stairs, then turned around, gave the new waitress a quick once-over, and said to her, "It's a shame you weren't here an hour ago." With that, he walked down the stairs to meet up with the young woman he'd been speaking to.

The other waitresses mouth dropped open a bit, and she turned around to say something to the man. But, he was already gone. She frowned and moved to look over the balcony of the second level. She watched the man move towards the entrance, then the other woman hurry towards the door as well. Out of her costume and back into her coat and black dress. The woman sighed and turned her attention back towards the tables.

"There you are," Savage said, acting like his parting comment to the other woman hadn't ever happened.
