As he suspected. He had no choice, really, but to accept if he ever wanted to have any chance whatsoever with Evermore. Lips pursing for a moment, he let out a short huff of air. "...Yes, we do, Aphrodite. We have an agreement." He did not know what this meant, but he prayed to whatever powers were even higher than they, the gods, that it would all end well.

Aphrodite visibly relaxed as he accepted. "Good. Wise choice," she said, and hugged him. It was a friendly gesture, and non-romantic. "So tell me," she said, smiling sadly, "who is this girl that's made you so head over heels that you'd beg for me to leave her be? I'm interested."

Ares did not reciprocate her hug, for the simple fact that he was shocked. He didn't know how to respond. Such a violent whiplash change in mood often would leave him confused. Blinking out of the stupor, he finally managed to speak. "Evermore." He expected that he would not need to say her last name. Aphrodite would surely have recognized the presence or a Fury, correct?

Evermore gasped audibly and her eyes shot open as she felt a surge of power fill the school. Not everyone would have noticed it, especially since most students were still asleep. Since she had been meditating, she was quite open to these large changes in the atmosphere.
It was as if different, very strong powers had converged to form one massive power unit. She didn't know if this was good magic or bad, but the quick and sudden change unnerved her. Her heartbeat was still racing and her breaths were coming out in short, shallow gasps.

"Ah," she said, "I am the councilor to an Evermore. She is a Fury, is she not?" she asked, seeking confirmation. She smiled as she rifled through her papers. "I was going to call her in later today anyway. I'm introducing myself to the girls. It's my first year here, the old councilor retired last year. I thought I'd get to know them..." she sighed. "Anything you want me to do for you? Any questions you want answered?"

He just blinked, still in shock. Dumbly, stupefied, he shook his head. "Ah... No, that's fine. I'll ask her myself if there's--" Well. He did want to know if she trusted him. He didn't think she did; not yet. She was too smart to trust him already, depite... well, despite anything they may have done.

Aurora had also felt the surge of power, but it had only felt to her like a brief moment of static electricity. She thought nothing of it. Looking over at Evermore, she tilted her head. "Is something the matter?" Her voice sounded concerned, even if her face still seemed to betray no emotion.
Altan, however, had felt a grand surge, and his head had lifted. He was blinking around, wondering where it had come from.

Evermore blinked rapidly and looked at Aurora with wide eyes. After a few more moments of trying to get her breathing under control, she finally shook her head.
"Uh... No, no, I don't think there's anything wrong. I'm really sorry if I disturbed you."
She then closed her eyes, tried to relax her muscles, and tried to quiet her mind again.

Musica smiled weakly, almost appearing fake. "Wenn es zu meiner Gesundheit Ihr ungefähr so gefährliches wie ein flaumiges Kätzchen kommt. Sure können Sie lebensbedrohenden nichts verursachen die." spoke as he looked around. He could sense that there were Gods of a kind in this building. He could tell they weren't Norse, because if they were they would come after a Demigod that is the son of Baldr, who was also Odin's son. He thought it odd they hadn't noticed him, perhaps they were too busy to care. His Godly powers could easily been sensed when he lost control like when he had kissing Ari. He half expected them to come find him, wondering what he was. He laughed a little, thinking it humorous."You ever get the feeling your missing something important? Like something is going on and your the only one not there?"

"All the time," she muttered. "I can't see faces, so I miss out on expressions. It makes conversing hard. That's why I touch people's faces: so I know what's going on," she explained. "Ich bin viel gefährlicher als ein Kätzchen! Ich bin eine Löwin!" she said indignantly. She smiled impishly at him.

"Don't look so shocked, baby," she said, smiling at him, "When I said I'd lay this to rest if you agreed to my terms, I meant it. What happened is over and done with." She shifted her hair in its ponytail, and adjusted her knee-length dress. "Let me know if you need anything, ok?" she said. "My office is over there," she said, pointing to a building on the other side of the cafeteria.
"I guess I'll talk to you later, hmm?" she said, her smile fading. "In all seriousness, Ares... try to stay out of the Dorms, ok?" she said, knowing very well that he would must likely 'try' and then fail. With another hug, she began to walk towards her office. As she did so, her figure rippled. She was no longer Aphrodite but a medium-height, (albeit being good looking), and average 'mortal' woman. With another wave of her hand, she disappeared.

Ares shook his head. Geez, what was it that made women so weird? One moment you're scared for your life as you know it and the next they're all buddy-buddy. Isn't there some sort of manual on how to understand this stuff somewhere? He's been dealing with it since the earliest times and he still gets mood whiplash.
Trying to keep up and not get lost in all this weird woman-ness, he waved a hand vaguely. "Yeah, yeah," he mumbled, sort of hugging her back. He watched her head to her office, still pretty much confused. He should probably try talking to Evermore about all this.

Cuwen Evermore blinked rapidly and looked at Aurora with wide eyes. After a few more moments of trying to get her breathing under control, she finally shook her head. "Uh... No, no, I don't think there's anything wrong. I'm really sorry if I disturbed you." She then closed her eyes, tried to relax her muscles, and tried to quiet her mind again. Aurora shook her head. "It is fine." As Evermore returned to meditation, so did she. Though... she had a feeling that the purpose of meditating was not so that Altan could start telling her riddles or just talk in general.

Disappearing and then reappearing on Mt Olympus, so as to not be disturbed, Ares searched for Evermore's mind. He wanted to talk to her, and he knew he could do so in dreams... so why not while she was awake?
He soon found her, and it seemed she was meditating--or trying to. Oopsies. Oh well. Evermore.

In her mind, Ever gasped as Ares' voice filled her mind. It had taken all of her willpower not to gasp out loud and startle Aurora. She knew it wasn't her mind playing tricks on her. The only other time she had heard a voice as clearly as Ares' right now inside of her mind was last night when she had been talking with Altan. And she knew that gods could enter someone's dreams, so why not their minds during meditation as well?
In her mind, just as she had done with Altan last night, she thought of everything she wanted to say and hoped that would get back to Ares. It wasn't like she was an expert at telepathy.
She growled lowly and 'spoke' with anger lacing her words. "Ares... what the HELL are you doing?! I'm meditating, and with friends at that! I don't have time for another booty call! I'm getting ready for classes to start!"
