Tsukiko did what she was told, but gave Palian a light hit on the arm. She knew that look well enough. "I knew better then to explain that to you." She scolded him playfully before giving him a quick kiss. Laying her head down on his shoulder while she wrapped her arms around his neck. She was tried and knew he was right when he told her to hush. She wasn't going to sleep, but her eye lids felt heavy. Closing them she tried her best to keep her own weight up so they didn't topple over. That would be hard to explain to the boy behind the door. Well if your going to claim someone is doing something might as well give them a proper reason. She smiled wondering when she started becoming a trouble maker.
After a while Tsukiko was in a light sleep. She knew everything that was going on around her. She was still worried about her future. Yet at the same time she felt like she really didn't have to worry. To just really take one day at a time it made her nervous, but she felt like she could do it if she tried. "I promised to get Fyte, would you like to come with me. I'll go by my dorm after that. Or go play in the snow." She snuggled closer to him, a smile on her face. "I really need some sleep, but I don't want to miss anything."
She still wasn't to so how the whole dream thing worked. If she went to sleep would it drag him into. It made her head spin, so she tried not to think about it. She was to tired and if she didn't talk she was scared she fall asleep. So she still laid there and enjoyed being held. "Its been so long since someone's held me, its nice." She relaxed a little more and went back to her light sleep. She would take a nap after Fyte was healed, but for a little bit longer she wanted to enjoy this.

Ace had walked around the campus seeing if anything was different, a little sad that nothing really was. He then headed back to where Ace had told him their dorm room was and got to the door thinking what he should do. Noticing the room next to his he yawns and knocks on it knowing Ace from this universe had to know him and decided to interact on behalf of Ace.

The demon sat in silence during Tsukiko's musings, knowing that she didn't really require a response. She just needed someone to hear it, and to hold her. Both he could supply easily enough. While Tsukiko was in one of her bouts of light sleep, he heard a heavy footfall. Turning his head, Palian looked at Ace as he appeared on their floor. He stomped heavily as he went, knocking the remaining snow off as he went to his door. A wicked smile lit the demon's face. "Hey, time keeper." (Short, but I blame my muse. Her sugar high finally crashed.)

(This is going to be between Palian and the other dimension Ace. I figured that since the real Ace wants to be friends and isn't really afraid enough to back away from Palian, this one was going to be deathly afraid of him. XD)
"Hey, time keeper."
A trickle of sweat ran down the side of Ace's face, a twinge of fear lacing his nerves as he heard the deep voice. He should have known that he was in this dimension. It only made sense. Ace wondered why God granted him the luck of crossing paths with the one person he would rather avoid.
Poised before the door, the time carrier looked hesitantly out of the corner of his eye. Fear made his eyes widen as the demon got to his feet and walked purposefully over to him.
Propping Tsukiko against the wall, he patted her arm gently to reassure her that he would return. Palian wanted to know how the investigation was going on why his master and Ace had been kidnapped. He thought it would make sense to ask since Ace was on the student council and knew a certain member of the student guard squads.
But as he drew nearer, a most familiar and tantalizing scent invaded his lungs. The distinct pungent scent of fear. This was odd, because he didn't smell things with the air, but with his ability to connect to others and their dreams. A dark smile crept across his face, a dangerous split that twisted his normal appearance to a closer semblance of his namesake. The dream demon let go the question he was going to ask, wanting to further explore this most interesting development.
""Have you been having nightmares about me?" he purred as he drew closer.
"Oh s**t," Ace yelled as the demon posed his question. Before Palian could get within touching distance, the boy bolted back down the hallway and into the stairwell where he would go three or four steps before diving down the rest on each flight.
Palian stood there dumbfounded for half a second before following. An interesting development indeed, he thought. A chase he had been waiting for, and maybe a fight that would be most enjoyable. He laughed darkly as he began the first and thought on the many ways the second might occur. Oh joy.

Tsukiko felt cold all of a sudden. Opening her eyes she noticed she was alone. Yawning, she went off to find Fyte. She had promised after all. Walking down the hall she looked around. Before opening the glass door that went outside, she saw Palian casing the Ace boy. "Boys will be boys no matter what I suppose." She said with a weak smile as she stepped outside. She headed back to her dorm to change into something warmer. Keeping her hair down so she wouldn't have to year a hat she locked the door behind her. Walking back into the snow, she began back on her way to the nurse's. She dodged every single snowball that came into her sight. She mental was able to make some and throw them back. Halfway there she hear someone call her name. Turning to look her face was meet with a snowball. "Sorry Princess, that wasn't suppose to hit you in the face." Tsukiko cursed herself, it was the boy from her Latin class again. "Its okay, no harm done." She said wiping her face off. She cursed her luck, this time she was alone."Is there something I can do for you Mark." "I was wondering if you made up your mind on if you wanted to go to the dance with me."She frowned, she didn't want to be rude to the boy. She really did want to go to the dance, but she didn't want to lead the boy on. "Mark your a really nice boy and all, but there is someone else I already like kinda. I want to go to the dance and all, but I don't think its right for me to go with you. I'm sorry. I really like you and all, but there is someone I like even more. It wouldn't be right." The two just stood there on the snowy sidewalk for a few minutes.

It had been a few days since all the drama occurred. After the kidnapping and the witching hour, the fighting and the sudden snow, it was nice for things to finally settle down. Who knew how long it would last, but it didn't matter. Everyone was safe for the time being and time was moving on as it often does.
Nothing had seemed to change much in Tsukiko's opinion. Hearing her alarm clock go off, she pressed the button to silence it's already irritating racket. The witch had been out of bed for a while now so at least the clock hadn't been thrown as was sometimes the case when she didn't want to get up. Tsukiko was working on stuff for her art class, even though she hadn't gone to them in a few days. It was just a sudden urge to draw that took over so early today. Not bothering to cover her work, she went to get ready for the day. Creeping out into the hallway she banged on Fyte's door. She didn't want the girl to oversleep. After all they had to get ready for tonight's performance. Going back to her own room to grab a towel, she went to the girl's humongous group bathroom to finish getting ready.
After a quick shower, Tsukiko slipped back into her room so she could dress in private. Donning a simple gray sweater and some blue jeans, the witch placed her hair loosely about her shoulders, favoring the casual look for the day. Gazing back at the picture she had been working on all night, it made her smile. Made her want to run her hand over it. Yet she didn't, knowing the colors had to set. A camera didn't work, but her paper and pens did.
Looking out her window, she wasn't surprised by the snow anymore. It wasn't surprising considering how much power she had to expel earlier. Or maybe that was part of how the region worked in mid autumn? Pulling on a pair of boots, she sat on her bed thinking about her current predicament. The boy from her Latin class never gave up on asking her to the dance. Wanting to be left alone, she caved. Not happy about the idea, she had yet to tell the dream demon. Worse then that, she had yet to speak to Ryo. Tsukiko knew her friend knew what was going on, yet she couldn't muster the courage to tell him and confirm what he already knew.
Sighing, she laid back and looked at the ceiling of her room. Everything was a jumbled mess since witching hour. The only person she hadn't avoided was Fyte whom she had convinced to sing with her at the dance. She hadn't even asked the girl if she had a date. After all the dance lasted all night since it was boarding school. Still the girl was happy some what. She was 18 now, and she didn't have to worry about her inner witch ever again. However, her connection with Ryo had also broken that fateful night. One set of problems was being turned in for a whole new set. Oh, the dramas of high school.

♥♡ Alessa Kelull ♡♥
♡♥ Broken up, deep inside, but you won't get to see the tears I cry ♥♡ The snow made a nice crunching sound underneath her boots, calming her mind as she patrolled the grounds so early in the morning. Not that she really minded the cold or the new watch schedule. Ever since the kidnapping incidents (and a few other incidents), it had been decided that the security should be increased around the campus. However, Alessa (and the Alpha squad) had reasons to distrust any outside help, so the disciplinary squad had just increased their working hours. Hence why she was out of her warm cozy bed, her breath coming out in white puffs of smoke as she breathed in and out.
The snow itself was a bit odd for her, since it was still Autumn and yet there was a good amount of it around. As she'd grown up on campus, she hadn't seen anything like this before. Maybe a cyrokenetic had lost control and this was the result. Alessa would forgive the person in this case, since seeing snow was always pretty and… she had to admit, fun. Blowing out another cloud of steam, she contemplated what was going on around here. Sure, there was the dance coming up, and Ace hadn't stopped asking her about it. She had turned him down every single time, since she still felt like it would tell people that they were going out. Her heart was just not ready for that. After all, what would people think? Not to mention she felt like he was avoiding her at times… What the hell?! He's the one who wanted to go out! Or at least tell the world about it. Jeez, it's like he's a completely different person… she thought to herself, quite frustrated at her sweetheart's recent actions. Then there was that kid… Paul? He had asked her maybe once or twice, but she'd turned him down too. He seemed nice and all, but she already had Ace… and he just seemed too immature for her. Oh, the dramas of high school indeed.
Kicking a little clump of snow, Alessa turned her attention back to her patrol. She was not going to have any more kidnappings or whatever on her watch. Her hand unconsciously fluttered to her abdomen. Though Ace had completely healed her wounds so that they wouldn't scar, there was still a slight color differentiation where they had been. Nothing would be able to remove them, but it wasn't like Alessa really cared. It was her reminder and motivation to become stronger, so that she would be able to protect those around her. Her other hand rested on her new sword, as the last fight had broken them. With practice and martial arts class, she was able to get used to using a single sword. It would still take time for her to master it, but she was decent enough for now. To her, the sword was a symbol of her resolution to keep control over the safety of others. Let's just hope that I don't have to use this sword in actual combat soon.♥♡ I'm torn into pieces, but I don't cry on the outside anymore…♡♥

♪ Looking up into the sky, looking for the reason Why I'm here and why you can't be here ♪ A moan could be heard from inside the room, which sounded vaguely like "Five more minutes…". Within the said bedroom, a bundle of blankets moved on the bed, revealing a very sleepy girl as she sat up. Yawning wide, she tumbled out of bed on her way to get her toothbrush. In a sleepy daze, she left her dorm for the bathroom, washing up for the morning. Afterwards, she headed back to get dressed and ready for the day.
Yawning, she flopped back onto her comfy bed, fully dressed and ready for the day to begin. The past couple of days had been quite hectic. She'd been upset that she'd missed the snow day due to getting a concussion, but she had her chance to go out and play in the snow after she'd been released. She was a bit upset that she had yet to have a snowball fight with her friends, but it didn't look like the snow was going anywhere. They'd have plenty of time for that later, right? Fyte certainly hoped so. It seemed like while everything had gone back to normal, there was a rift between her and her small band of friends. She was giving them their space, but it still upset her on how things changed so fast. Curling up, she hugged a random plush she had just grabbed.
Speaking of changing really fast, Fyte never really expected her to be… well, not that popular, but she hadn't expected the amount of guys asking her out to the dance. Naturally, she awkwardly turned them down, the alter Ace included. Why is he insisting that he go out with me? Doesn't he have the other me to return to? While he was… sweet, Fyte thought he was getting a tad overbearing. Besides, the one she really wanted to go to the dance with, she hadn't seen in what seemed like ages. It wasn't like she had the courage to go and ask him out, even to the dance. Which reminded her, she had to practice one last time. She'd let Tsukiko talk her into singing with the brunette, not that she had really minded. Singing was one of her passions; anyone would be able to tell that about her.
Sighing, Fyte rolled off her bed, grabbing her bag as she left her room. Might as well grab some breakfast before class started. Maybe Tsukiko would want to go with her. Knocking on her friend's door, she called out. "Hey, Tsuki-chan. Tsukiko was broken out of her thoughts as she heard from the knock on her door. Listening to the voice she called back, "Sure I'll be out in a minute Fyte." Hopping off her bed she slung her bag over her shoulder and grabbed the passes off of her desk. Taking a moment to smile at the picture before she ran out the door. Locking the door behind her she smiled at her friend. "Not only did I get us out of class all day, but we have access to the choir stage this morning to practice, then this after noon when they have the gym decorated we can go do a run through on that stage." As Tsukiko spoke she held up the keys to the choir room and the passes out of class. She was absolutely amazed that she had managed to talk not only the choir directer, but the event directer into all of this. "I know its not that big of a deal, but still." She hadn't been this excited for something in a long time.
As they started to walk Tsukiko chatted aimlessly about this and that. "Thanks again for doing this with me, I know the dance is all night and stuff. I just hope your date doesn't mind, if you have one because that's okay to. Mine is just going to end up ditching me." She said quickly with a nervous laugh. She hadn't told Fyte who she had been going with yet. The subject hadn't been approached and Tsukiko hadn't though to ask. She still dreaded the thought of going to the dance with Mark, he really was a sweet boy, but he wasn't who she wanted to go with. She knew who she wanted to go to the dance with, but she didn't dare to bother either of the boys. Truthfully at the point she didn't know which one she would rather bother. So she just sucked it up and left them both alone. It wouldn't be so bad after all. She would be escorted into the dance, then Mark would see something shinier and newer and leave her. She was more sad that there wasn't going to be any flowers. She had never received a corsage before, let alone one flower. She wanted one dearly, but it just wasn't to be.
As they stepped outside into the snow, Tsukiko looked over the grounds at her work. Smirking slightly she love the feeling that made her more powerful. Snow for her was like a battery charger, the moon was the same. "I manage to finish the designs for our dresses last night, I'll show them to you after breakfast." She said with a smile as they trailed on to the dinning hall. "I made yours more modest, and if you don't like it alterations can be made. I just didn't want to embarrass you to badly , more then I might have already with this performance." It was possible the witch loved nothing more then preforming. Most of the time she like the quite, but when she started preforming there was nothing else like it. Tsukiko had maybe done 5 other concerts like this one, but still she loved it. She wouldn't like doing it everyday, and it had nothing to do with talent. She was just a great performer, there were better singers with her. This though was her thing.

(Yay, catchup posts!) Nemo yawned as he was apt to doing as he opened his window to left the brusque morning air in. The snow still blanketed the campus, though well worn tracks wormed through as the students packed it down, or shoveled it to the side. Eyes straining from the sudden light change, he blink blinked a few times to clear them of sleep.
"Another day. Let's hope nothing terrible happens to dampen it," he murmured as he pulled back to dress. Pulling an ash gray hoodie on, he then buckled on his jeans and stuffed his feet into his sneakers.
The last few days had been such a mixture of emotion for the boy that he truly felt spent. Too much to handle, he had slept for almost a full day. Now, with a clear head he managed to strike a deal, one that would make things somewhat easier for them both. As long as he kept the other dream demon away and as long as he didn't kill anyone, Nemo would sleep normally and let the demon out to do as he would. But if either should occur, he would bind him so tight it would kill them both if Palian tried to get out. His demon had played it cool enough, holding his eagerness inside til after the boy agreed. Nemo hoped to god that he wouldn't regret it. For now though, it was his time. Palian could come out later.
He had been recluse for the last few days, trying to get used to sleeping again. His cycles still weren't normal and he couldn't sleep for more than an hour or so at a time, but it was better than before. The boy would rather never see that angelic figure again. Keeping to his dorm had left a few problems, one being the awkward meeting with the headmaster. The old man had suddenly appeared one morning and had a little chat with him. But all was well and the headmaster encouraged him to take his time. Everyone goes through changes, so he had said with a chuckle.
Another was the guilt that built inside him with all the time that passed and he hadn't talked to the others. Fyte, he surely missed. A twinge of guilt laced with jealousy made him want to talk to her, but stop just short of doing so.
"She probably thinks your a quack anyway," he murmured sourly. "Not that she'd be far from the mark." His attitude as of late hadn't improved much, but with no one around his venomous words were spent harmlessly at the walls. Nemo knew he had to work on that.
His dorm floor was bustling with activity as boys readied for some big event, though he refused to show enough interest to investigate. Big crowds weren't his thing, and being kidnapped hadn't really helped him feel safe around others understandably.
After he dressed, Nemo went back to his open window. Sitting in his small chair, he rested his chin on his arms as they folded over the edge of the sill. Stormy eyes gazed out at the icicles that swayed on the bare branches of the trees nearby.

Fyte eyed the passes incredulously. "They actually gave you passes to get out of class? Wow… And no worries!! You know I love to sing! It's gonna be my first time singing in front of a crowd though… kinda nervous." Fyte grinned at her friend. Though she wondered how she had done it, it didn't bother her much. School could be a drag, after all. Exhaling a big puff of smoke, her smile widened at the childish act. It made her happy that there was snow. In her opinion, it wasn't worth it to have cold weather without snow.
When Tsukiko mentioned her date, Fyte blushed. "A-a-actually… truth is… I-I… I don't have a date…" she replied, her voice getting smaller and smaller as her embarrassment grew. The one she wanted to go with… well, it seemed like he wasn't there around the school at all. She heaved a sigh, thinking of her crush. Thinking about it now's not gonna help, y'know. her conscious told her, which she had to agree with. Still… going to the dance alone wouldn't be too bad, right? This was also her first school dance, so she was looking forward to it. Wearing a nice dress wasn't something she did often, and since the orphanage didn't have that much spare money, most of her clothes had been pretty casual. Speaking of which… did Tsuki just say she designed a dress for me?! Whipping her head towards her friend, she gave her another shocked stare.
"Y-you designed a dress for me?? Tsuki, you really didn't need to do that!" Fyte said, a bit embarrassed but still happy that her friend had done that for her. No one had ever done something like that for her before. Still, her girly-girl side was wondering what the dress looked like… Oh, I hope it's really pretty! Oh, who am I kidding, Tsuki would never make something that would look bad on me! she thought to herself, feeling giddy about the day already.

"You're better off then I am. My date's going to ditch me, and I can't even go with who I want to. Doesn't matter though, I just want to preform." She sighed letting out a puff of smoke. It was true it didn't matter, she would get over it eventually. She would be happy when her heart and her mind finally agreed on something. "Anyway there isn't a need to be nervous. Just do everything like we've practiced and you'll be just fine. I doubt you'll even mess up, and if you do we'll just act like it was suppose to happen." Tsukiko put on her best smile as they walked her hands in the pockets of her pants. Not knowing she even had a ring like it, she simply put it on so she wouldn't lose it. It should bug her for the fact she didn't own any rings.
"Yeah, our choir director was really helpful when I asked. Everything wouldn't have worked out the way it has with out his help." Tsukiko laughed as she kept walking. Her pace was slow as she tried to remember to keep walking. She wanted to get distracted, and just stare off into the distance. Truth be told since her birthday she had been doing it a lot lately. Snapping out of her thoughts she laughed. For the first time in front of Fyte since before the witching hour she let her hand glow. "I'm a witch Fyte, it wasn't that big of a deal. Some drawings then a wave of my hand. You just have to tell me if you want to add the extra frills and sparkles."
Passing by one of the dorm halls Tsukiko spaced out again. She wanted to check on Nemo, but knew better then to visit on her own. She wanted to offer him the next volume of her spell books. If anything she wanted to be friends, but she wasn't sure how to go about it. "Hey Fyte," she began slowly. "You want to ask if Nemo would like to join us for breakfast." Yes she had just flipped a coin. If it hit heads or tails really didn't bother her. If the other girl didn't want to then they could just keep going. "You're friends with him. I would ask, but I don't think he cares much for me." Tsukiko let out a nervous laugh, she already had a bad feeling about this. She could tell the other girl was looking forward to the day, but Tsukiko wasn't. Even if she wanted to preform, she still felt some dread. Remembering the daggers that had been spoken to her last time.
Even if her scars didn't show anymore, the abuse she had received form herself and others made her rub her arms as if she had gotten a chill. She shouldn't have shown him, but she wanted the younger boy to understand her. Crossing her arms she put on her smile once more. "I just thought I would put the idea out there, what ever you think is for the best is fine with me."
