That's only that one pokemon though. All meowth can't do that. That one fell in love so it wanted to impress the girl meowth because it was ugly so it learned to speak.

Shinya would be SO CUTE IN A VULPIX SUIT! Then again, when is Shinya -not- so cute? XD Anyway! Totchi as a Bellossom! XD Imagine him wearing that skirt and with those flowers in his hair. Kawaii ne!? ^^;
