"Eh." He shrugged taking a block of ice to surround the white roses. Each one was a perfect block, again, he made the ice in such a way that it almost like glass. Except for a few minor splotches around it that gave it the look of ice. Suddenly, he sneezed in rapid succession four times, causing his glasses to slide down a bit. "I think I overdid it earlier in class today." He chuckled, sliding the glasses up his nose, still producing more ice, and converting water into ice around the roses.

Shaking violently causing him to nearly fall off the bed, however, Jay did not come to. His heartbeat remained steady, still beating. He did not seem to be showing any signs of improvement. It appeared as if he was dead, yet the machine displaying his heartbeat showed differently. His eyelids fluttered every so often, but still he did not come to.

He was falling through darkness, eternal darkness. Searching, looking for something anything to grab hold of to stop his decent. Voices screamed at him telling him that it was his time, that he’d killed them and that now, now he would die because of it. He tried to scream but no voice came, he kept trying to grab hold, to stop his decent into the eternal darkness.

Above the voices telling him it was his time that he was dying because of all he had done two voices alone called out to him in the darkness. They told him it was not his time, to go back. That he still had good to do, that it was not in fact his time, that they would be waiting for him to be a family again. He knew it was his mother and father. Slowly his decent stopped, the darkness slowly disappeared, and leaving him in brightness as his eyes opened bathing him in the light of the infirmary.

“W-What... Happened? W-Why am I here?” He asked, his voice cracking and breaking. Looking around he saw Trey, the Queen of the Black Knights sitting as a mute sentinel, watching over his every move. “W-What happened to Aurelia? Is she ok? I didn’t... Did I do anything?” He asked closing his eyes his head still beating, it felt like his head was spinning, he couldn’t focus.

Slowly Mandy sat down beside Morrigan and ruffled the child’s hair. “Careful with pizza Morrigan, it can’t be quite hot. Don’t want to burn yourself do you?” She asked sweetly as she put the ice sculpture on the table.

As she placed it down her cell phone began to vibrate, it was the nurse, she texted her informing her that her cousin had an accident but he was apparently alive and awake. “Morrigan, hurry up and eat. We’re going to go see my cousin. He’s in the infirmary.”

Riku walked to the roof and stood simply looking up at the stars. The way his posture was could be seen as something like a child would do watching an airplane. However, unlike the child, with their eyes of excitment and wonder, his continually pinged between sorrow and sadness. Once he knew Aurelia was behind him. "Hey, Aurelia..." He trailed off for a second, and paused to think. Did he really want to tell her he was leaving for another school? What would happen if he did? Would she cry? Jump for joy?

They were better off unanswered... at least, in his mind they were. Wiping his eyes of all traces of sadness, he turned around, a small smile engraved onto his face. "You know what happened to Jay? Or did he just... black out?"

Riku nodded, and sat against a wall and looked up at the sky. Again, his eyes pinged again sorrow and sadness. "It's nothing, I'm fine." He lied. Quickly changing the subject, he continued, "So, the Winter Ball is right around the corner. I take it you've gotten yourself a date?" He asked. Again, his heart dropped. Yet another thing he was going to be forced to miss out on. That damn transfer... "Surely you got someone to go with you?"

Riku shook his head. That question hitting him harder than the prior. He couldn't tell her he wasn't attending. He couldn't tell her that this was probably going to be his last night here. And he surely didn't want to tell her he might never be back here. "Wish I did. But, for other reasons, I won't be going. You know, school related problems." He chuckled, but, it felt empty. Void of the emotion it was supposed to have. For his last night, this wasn't really going over very well. "Hey, you cold?" He asked.

Riku chuckled again, this one also void of the proper emotion it needed to be considered a laugh. "Maybe you should go inside, you've had a bit of a rough day. I can tell." He got up and patted her on the shoulder, "Even though this meeting was short, there's always..." He paused as he again felt his entire body let of a tick of sadness. "Tomorrow." Over come by a sudden urge, he gave Aurelia a small hug. Muttering just loud enough for his own ears to hear, "Goodbye.." Just as quickly as he hugged her, he removed himself from contact. "Uh... sorry." He let out a fake smile, "Dunno what happened..."

Riku backed away and felt his heart skip one beat, and came back for the second with a rather hard hit to his chest. "Y-yeah... I just..." He rubbed the back of his head as she turned and around and bid him goodnight before walking into the school. "Well, goodnight... I'll be seeing you..." He tried to get out the last word tomorrow but it just wouldn't emerge. His mind was finally pulling the plug on his lying. He waited for a bit and took one last look at the star, the one star Aurelia taught him. The Northern Star.

Leting out the longest sigh of his life, Riku walked inside and walked into his dorm. He checked his phone and noticed he had one message that was sent just twenty minutes ago. It said: 'on our way, be there in thiry.'

Riku sighed and turned to Ken, "Well bud, I'm leaving. Say bye to everyone for me, alright?" Ken didn't give him any reply back... but he knew Ken would tell everyone if they asked him. With that, he closed his door for the last time and made his way towards his ride to his new school...

As Misa floated in midair in the midst of the whirlwind, she was only mildly surprised that the boy chose to attack her from below instead of from behind. As he swung his arms back in forth sending out blades of wind, the fire user summoned up a shield at the bottom of her feet keeping the damage at a minimum, but not before a few sickles of air had mad contact. The Ace continued to hold her fire shield underneath her until Lunaru's wind attacks let up. And once his barrage of air sickles ceased and she was back on solid ground again, the shield of fire vanished.

" I'm glad you had fun, Lunaru-chan." The Ace said quietly, as she watched the boy smile and wave at her. " But now I think it's my turn to go on the offense."

And with that the tiny raven haired thrust out her arm and almost simultaneously a semi-circle of white flames tinged blue six feet high surrounded the boy from behind allowing for no room to escape. And the five fire birds that she had created flew full speed ahead, heading directly towards the boy from all directions and angles ready to crash and burn once they connected with his body.
