She laughed. "So, it seems I'm not the only one!" Rosette's sweet laughter dying down, she then closed her eyes, fighting off sleep herself. A flashback began to surface, but she quickly suppressed it.

"The same applies for me as well..." She tightened her embrace slightly, and then fought back a stiffed yawn. "Perhaps... we should both be getting some sleep."

Rosette looked up at the couch, but instead laid down and placed her head on his chest and cuddled closely to him. She took his hand in hers and gave it a gentle squeeze, not planning on letting go. Closing her eyes, she whispered. "Good day, dearest... Sweet dreams."

(( And now, for the cuddly Villain.. Should she come tease Edward and Rosette while she is here? ninja ))
The creature lett them be for hours, appearing randomly around the building and vanishing just as quickly.. scaring those that saw it, convincing them that a evil spirit was near by. How right they were..
Sykee transformed into her wolf form, falling into the persona that had been named Riley. It was a true part of her nature, but.. only a part. She had been many women over the course of history, all coming to have bloody reputations.. but Riley, this was the first time she was being 'herself'. Shaking away her silly thoughts the wolf trotted down the hall and into the study.. unready for the cry of delight that came from Yuri as the girl tackled her. She barely managed to turn human and catch her, the two tumbling to the floor as she chuckled. Yuri.. she was truely attached to the child. With mock-dismay she hugged the girl, rocking from side to side as she teased. " Help! a Dwarf has attacked, the wolf is down!"
Giggling the girl hugged her aunt harder, growling playfully as she demanded loudly.. unaware of the sleeping pair in the room above them. " Give up aunt Ri! I gots ya, in da name of the RCS!" She had, of course, become convinced.. she would become the best agent of the RCS, so she mimiced Edward and the others when she could. Though she was still too shy to do so when they were in the room.

Rosette heard something and sat up. Even with Edward, the floor was uncomfortable... She shook her head when thoughts of when she was much younger and had to sleep on floors, or in the streets. Then, she felt the lace that adorned her outfit and her corset, breathing out a sigh of relief and thinking to herself, Never again. Silently getting up onto the couch, she crossed her legs and sat with good posture, taking out her cut-throat razor and flipping it open, and shut. Open, and shut... A small smile appeared across her face in the darkened room. Yes, indeed, my second comfort... Strange how I truly do not need these anymore to kill, yet I feel inclined to keep them.

Edward woke up a few minutes later, when he noticed Rose was not laying next to him. Looking up from the floor to the couch he could see her playing with her old razor. "Planning on giving me a shave in my sleep or something?" He asked jokingly.

She smiled. "Oh, I don't know... From what I see, you are not yet in need of one." Rosette said softly in a joking manner. "My apologies, I heard something outside the room... did I wake you?"

"Not long I believe. Maybe an hour or two. Why?" Edward leaned his head on top of hers, and gently wrapped his arm around her side.

Kirai pulled her legs up gracefully and silently onto the couch, leaning a bit more against him. She was tired, although she fought showing it. "I discovered the hard way... that I can not be in the sun. Sadly, it seems, cloudy days are the most my body can tolerate... Since it was always cloudy in Haven, there was never a chance for me to have known any different." She did not want to mention that when this happened, Avarice had saved her... or that she only accepted his gift of life, his blood, because he had reminded her that she had Edward to live for. At the time, it was not out of love, it was out of obligation... Kirai would never hurt or leave someone who had done so much for her; that went against the few morals she had outside of etiquette.

"Some more work..." Rosette paused. Leaning over in the dark, she kissed him gently on the lips before asking. "I'm terribly sorry, it's embarrassing to request... however, may I have some more sleep? By your side... there's much, much for me to do once the sun sets. Surly you understand such work."
