"When my grandmother died, I went crazy. I killed a lot of people and most of them didn't need to die, and I did nothing like that when my father was killed." She sighed and turned to her side, curling up slightly. "He was my father and I couldn't mourn over him for everything he put me through."

Lloyd instinctively reached out and hugged her. "I'm sorry to hear that." He said in a quiet, consoled tone.

She smiled softly and couldn't help but rest her head on his chest. "Thank you for lettin me come with you." She sighed tiredly and closed her eyes.

"I do as well. Will you be ready to get to the center tomorrow?" She looked up at him softly and a bit of concern in her eyes.

"Yeah I think so. I just hope to find the utopia instead of a monster." Lloyd let his head fall to her shoulder. "I really hope its an utopia." Lloyd looked tired, more tired than he'd ever had before.

She smiled softly and placed her head back where it was on his chest. "Go to sleep, we will find out in the morning."

He pulled her to the bed, and laid down with her. "Only if you stay here will I sleep." In truth he never slept, but over the years he learned how to at least fall into his meditiatve state in a position that very much mimics sleep.

She nodded tiredly and yawned a little with a smile. "I'll stay if that means you'll get some rest." She chuckled softly and relaxed against him, closing her eyes.

He curled up right against her. "Alrighty then." He started to meditate.

She smiled and soon drifted to sleep, sleeping soundly all through the night until the sun came up the next day, waking up when the sunlight started to pour into the room. She moved slowly out of Lloyd's arms, going to the main room and starting to pace, deep in thought.

Lloyd felt her get up and he was following her soon after. He gave her a few minutes peace before interrupting her. "Good morning."

It took her a few moments to hear the good morning in her head, but when she did she turned around and gave him a small smile. "Good morning." She leaned on the old couch that looked like if she sat on it would break. "Are you ready to find out whats in the middle today?"

"Only if you tell me what is bothering you. I am not about to let you go into a fight without a clear head." Lloyd sat down on that couch.

She sighed and stood there a few moments before starting to pace again. "I honestly don't really know how to put it. Last night was the first time since my grandmother died that I let anyone get as close as you did. I felt safe a and normal in your arms and I don't know how to react to that anymore." She continued her pacing, unsure what to do.
