Near's eyes opened, wide with surprise. "You..." He jumped down from the rock and onto the sand. "So you really ARE from the Mist...but that doesn't explain why you want to learn Snow so much." His hand was already near his pipe. "So, you gonna explain that?"

LT from the office came running down the beach with an arm full of food, for the guest shinobi. He ran up to the snow shinobi and threw a blanket and set the food on it. "This is some food and refreshments while you want for the mizukage."

Tsukasa saw his Village leader, Near, sitting over by a couple other Shinobi. "I'll let them settle this on their own. I'll just interfere if I go over there." Tsukasa pulled out a popsicle from under his cloak. He'd been saving it for a time when he got bored and also needed a snack. He stuck it in his mouth and layed back, sucking on the frozen cylinder of flavored ice. "I relly need someone to train me."

'...Hmpf.' Near walked up to the blanket of food, and took a bite of a dish that looked similar to one at his village. It tasted a little different from his, but was still good. He looked over to the Sannin. STRANGE MAN, INDEED, Gobi said inside of him. Near ignored him, and looked over the ocean. He watched the sunset slowly over the ocean, and smiled. Things like this didn't happen in his village often. It made him feel...hope. 'Maybe...the puzzle is almost complete.'

LT opened a bowl of ramen and handed it to the kage, This is one of our villages favorites, If you like it im sure we can put a Ramen shop in your village.

'...' Near sighed, and took the ramen bowl. "We have one at our village, so it's not neccesary. And you really don't need to do all this. I'm fully able to do things myself." He took a slurp of the ramen, and stopped. "But it's okay if you could send some recepies of this to our shop."

LT pulled out a notebook and copied it that request down. Lt then pulled out a bowl of rice and started to munch away. "If you dont mind me asking, why did you come here sir?

Tsukasa smelled the delicious aroma of Ramen. He sucked down the entire popsicle and spit out the stick. He crawled over the boulder that the two were at. He peaked over the top and saw the Ramen. "Looks so good."

Near coughed and sputtered up the ramen juice in his mouth. He looked up, and motioned for a napkin. "The reason for me coming...ah, Teddy here came to my village asking for an alliance as well, also wanting to learn Snow jutsu. However, at the time, I thought he was an Akatsuki member. So things didn't really work out so well. He told me to come here, so yeah...And Teddy, joining my village...I'll think about it." Juice started to drip near his clothes. "Can I get a napkin now?"
