"No epic quests of the sort?" Aleksi said sarcastically. "Well, don't worry about finding the right town. If your traveling with us we'll find you one that you can stay in.

Allen shrugged. he didnt really care so long as he kept living. the thought gave him a sort of haunted look, the sort of look no child his age should ever be able to have.

Aleksi grasped the saddle provided to him. He leaped upon the horse's back gracefully, then grasped the reins.

Ciara mounted her horse as well. "Ready?" she asked him.

"Yes." Aleksi said with a nod. He looked out at the road they were to travel. His eyes seemed tired. He wheeled the horse in the direction of the road, then set him off at a trot.

Makira entered the town. She sat against a wall and panted. She figured it would be a while until he caught up with her.

LArs walked into town, hoping to get to an inn after he found Makira.

Makira woke up, and upon waking up, her shoulder bumped into a trash can and the lid fell off, causing a loud *clank* which was easily audible in the barren town.
