"Much better,"Nick rasped out, his voice hoarse from coughing. 'Relax Liz. I'm weak,'Nick thought as he glanced over at her.
Jasper let out a sigh of relief as he sent Lizzie a wave of calm as well.

Lizzie felt extremely calm and went over to Nick. I'm sorry I was just so worried. she thought to him squuezing his hand.
Alice smiled and walked over to Jasper so Lizzie could be next to Nick.
Edward smiled and went back downstairs to Bella he hugged her tightly and gave her a kiss.

'It's okay, I understand,'Nick thought as he squeezed her hand back. He took another deep breath and coughed a little when it caught in his throat.
"Everytime this happens to him, I wonder if it's gonna be the last breath he takes,"Jasper said, choking on his words.

Lizzie was horrified at Jaspers words although she didn't show it on the outside.
Alice hugged her husband. "It's ok now he's ok" she soothed him.

"I know. But every little cough worries me now,"Jasper said as he hugged Alice back.
'I'm fine, they're worrying. They're parents, it's what they do best,'Nick thought to her with a smile and pulled her into a tight hug.

Lizzie smiled and hugged Nick back, she was afraid of falling on top of him. I worry about you too, she thought to him.
Alice kissed Jasper. "It's ok hunny, he's fine now" she said happily.

Lizzie glared at Nick and Flicked his ear gently. "You're no burden. Nicholai!" she scoleded trying to figure out why he was being so depressive.
Alice glared at him. "What did you say?" she asked with a scoldidng look.

"I told her that I thought I was a burden because I can't take care of myself at the moment,"Nick said before starting to wheeze again.
"You're not a burden, what gave you that idea?"Jasper asked as he sent more waves of calm to him.

Lizzie stared at him shaking with quiet sobs through her. She waited for an answer she also wanted to know why he thought he was a burden.
Alice looked at him also wanting an answer she felt the calm Jasper was sending to nich she was worried about Lizzie though.

"I just hate the fact that I can't kiss you yet without going into an attack, I just want to have just one moment where you're not worrying about my breathing,"Nick said, anger radiating through him. "I want to be alone for a little bit,he said and stood up. He walked over to the window and jumped out of it, heading towards the woods.
"Nick, get back here!!,"Jasper yelled. He followed him to the window and scowled as he dissappeared into the trees.

Alice held Jasper back. "Let him go.. Lizzie will you go I think he'd be more willing to talk to you/" she said softly.
Lizzie nodded and went after Nick. "Nicholai!" she called she foolowed his scent and was right beside him. "Don't worry about your breathing. We can fix that." she said softly. She stopped him and looked into his eyes. "Please don't leave" she said quietly her voice ing.

'Babe, I wasn't gonna leave, I just needed time out of there to think and to breathe some fresh air,'Nick thought before leaning heavily against a tree. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, wincing as his sensitive airways tightened.
Jasper nodded and pulled Alice into a hug, mostly to keep himself calm.

Lizzie held herself. "If you want me to leave... I 'll go" she said making her way in another direction away from nick.
Alice looked at Jasper after having a vision. "Jasper Lizzie's leaving she's going to leave because Nick wants her too" she said urgently.

'I just need time away from my parents. I didn't mean it like that, don't go...please,'Nick thought before sliding to the ground sobbing, rain pouring down from the sky at that moment. 'Why do I always mess things up,'he thought as his wheezes suddenly came back full force.
"Let's go,"Jasper said and jumped out the window, racing into the woods to where Nick and Lizzie were. "He wanted to be away from us, we're too protective,"Jasper explained to her before kneeling down next to Nick and sending him a wave of calm to open his airways.
