Julius leaned up against the helicopter door while sitting down. "Cassie.............I'm sorry......please forgive me..........." he said quietly to himself as he cried silently.

Cassie's father glanced over at his daughter. Cassie quickly wiped her tears away. "We'll be there soon." he said, turning back to the front. "You have seen them i assume."
"Seen what?" Cassie asked.
"The..... zombies..." his voice was full of hatred.
Cassie nodded. "Yes, sir."
"Good, you'll have plenty to do here in D.C. The capital is infested." he said seriously. Cassie nodded blankly. "Yes, sir." *Just please don't send me back to him...* she thought.

The pilot turned around and said "We're landing." *It doesn't matter, nothing matters anymore.* he thought as the helicopter door opened and he was dragged out of the helicopter by chinese soldiers. "Take him to the lab." one of the soldiers said. *They aren't drafting me for special forces, their going to experiment on me.....That evil b*****d.* he thought as he was dragged into a building and set down on a table. *It's just like being at that one lab.....only this one's in China.* he thought as he was wheeled down into a containment chamber. *If that b*****d who seperated me from Cassie thinks i can't do anything without my necklace, he's wrong...and as soon as no one is around i'll contact Cassie via thought transfer. And the--* Julius didn't finish his thought because he looked down and saw a needle in his arm. "Awwww, crap." he said as he fell asleep.

they arrived at the house and Cassie father led her by the arm. "You'll find your room as you left it. We've retrieved your things. your bags are in your room as well." his nose scrunched up. "Take a good shower and then we'll tell you what to do." he threw her towards the stairs. Cassie caught herself on the first couple of steps and climbed up them slowly.

Julius woke up and he was strapped to a table. *Damn, that s**t is powerful* he thought. "What did they do to me?" he asked himself. *I want to get out of these straps. I wish they would just undo themselves.* He thought. *I just want to get out, get out, get out!* The straps started to glow blue and they all snapped open. Julius sat up. He looked around. "Did I do that?"

Julius grabbed his head and screamed. "Ahhhh! My head! What the hell did they do to me! Ahhhhh!!" Just then a wave of psychic energy destroyed everything around Julius, even the alarm. The pain in his head went away and he looked around. "I wonder what else i can do...but before we find that out i need to contact Cassie." Julius closed his eyes and attempted to transmit his thoughts to Cassie. *Cassie if you can hear my thoughts respond back with a thought.*

Cassie stepped into the shower and embraced the hot water. suddenly Julius's voice echoed throughout her head. she let out a yelp and stumbled back in the walk in shower. *Julius....?* she thought. she slumped to the floor and started crying.
