A cloak rustled in the wind as a lone being gazed down at Jump City from one of the tallest buildings. The cfigure removed the hood on the cloak, revealing a kind face, blue hair, and sapphire eyes. Enter Nicholas Alexander Jameson, Codename: Frostbite. He silently watched the city for any signs of criminal activity, ready to Jump in if necessary.

Nick turned to Silver, a soft smile on his face. "Hey, how ya been?" He moved down a bit from his perch, resting in the center of the roof than rather on the edge. He sat down on what appeared to be a chair left up there and stared at the sky.

"Nowhere and everywhere, ya know?" Frostbite smiled as the air around him froze, allowing him to manipulate the ice and cause it to float around his head. "I thought I found a good scientist lead on who could help my parents, but the government got their first... His lab is gone. Literally." Frostbite sighed sadly. "How 'bout you?"

"Oh...I'm sorry to hear that." Silver's eyes dimmed. She changed the subject.
"Me? I've been everywhere. Literally. Jump, Gotham, Dakota, I've scaled this cities and the cities around it. Not much else to do."
Silver's fists were suddenly engulfed in the soft white flame, and she blew on it, letting small bits of it join the ice. "I found out how to reverse the effects of my power. I can make the flame burn, or I can make it do other things...magical things. I can transform some of it if I want to, but only with intense concentration. Like now, the flame isn't melting the ice because the reverse effect."

Silver grinned. "Glad you asked. Watch and learn."
She ran to the edge of the building and jumped off, diving toward the sidewalk below. At the last moment, she released a huge orb of white flame that transformed into a dragon. The white dragon flew under Silver and began ascending quickly after she landed on it.
The dragon hovered beside Frostbite.
"It's a spell I learned a while ago. Quite effective too, if for some reason I become incapable of levitation."

Silver raised an eyebrow as the dragon disappeared beneath her. She levitated beside the falcon, studying Frostbite's face.
(Her thoughts)He certainly seems happier than before...but I can't help thinking that there's still something troubling him....
