-Keisa gulped and slowly brought her eyes up to the new girl speaking softly to her. She felt scared, and began shaking slightly. Eyeing her carefully, she couldn't be much older than Keisa, so she felt comfortable-- but only slightly.
"... me? Become beautiful Geisha?" She thought out-loud.
Keisa Takamine... becoming a Geisha-- Not in this lifetime.
Mentally, she slapped herself for thinking that. She's not worthy!
Slowly coming to a stand, she swallowed again and looked away shyly.
"My-- my name is Keisa... Takamine. Uhm, how do you-- how do you do?" She bowed her head courteously, yet never made eye contact.
The light within the doorway created a luminescent glow about her eyes. Almost casting a peacock effect; dots of royal blue, outlined with silk green and tiny specks of a 'gold dust' hue.
Her features were smooth, and fine; her body petite, but properly balanced. Keisa wasn't malnourished in the least.
Finally mustering enough courage to look into the eyes of the girl, she smiled, then began eyeing the Miso and Tofu.
She felt her stomach grumble... then blushed.-
"I'll be making the miso now." she grabbed the things and hurried into the kitchen. Shortly afterwards, there was a pleasant aroma of miso and tofu. "Keisa-san, it's ready! Enjoy your meal. If your feeling hungry again, I'll be glad to make more. Also Akemi, a Japanese teaparty isn't complete without Japanese cusuine! There's a few more bowls of it."

-Keisa felt a nearly overwhelming feeling rush over her.
Having grown up around curel people all her life, she wasn't so used to kind creatures offering her things she's never been able to enjoy.
They were like gifts!
Swallowing, forcing words from her lips, she looked up to the kneeling girl.
"I am very hungry, yes. Miso would be-- would be wonderful!" She chuckled quietly, feeling her stomach ache of hunger.
Although, a nice bath would be in need before she ate.
At least, that's usually how it went for her.
The only difference is, she wouldn't have to sneak the water to do it.
Asking for a bath, Keisa glanced about curiously to all the women surrounding her.
Would they deny her all the things offered one day; saying this only to lure her in? A trap?
She shrugged it off, and just longed for a nice, warm bath.
Asking quietly, she nearly squeeked it out and blushed vividly.
"May I have a bath?"-

Tora sat back and smiled at all the excitment that was going on. She slowly ate her soup and drank her tea. Her glance moved from person to person- mostly Rose. Tora felt she'd made a good investment in her. She smiled as she watched Rose helping around the okiya.

Kyouko walked up to the Okiya, scared but excited. She knocked on the door three times, and then stood there waiting for osmeone to answer. As she waited, she thought about the wonderful things that might happen to her once she entered the okiya. She felt as though she'd find so much happiness in the okiya that she'd rarely be sad.

Don't worry about your cleanliness now, someother day. Please excuse me, there's someone at the door." Ayame walked to the door and answered it.
"Welcome to the Kazonotanpopo Okiya! Do come in. May I take your things for you or will you manage by yourself?" She bowed.
[Post 20. How many posts until I become a maiko?] [2] "I can manage by myself." Kyouko said quietly. She stepped into the okiya, looking straight at the floor. She suddenly stopped and then looked up to see everything around her. It didn't look exactly as she'd imagined but she knew that eventually she'd grow accustomed to her new home. She then took a deep breath and walked forward very slowly not knowing where she should go.

RosePetals91 She sits besdie tora nudgeing her gently watching everyone swarm around the new girl in excitement "you know, no one ever did this for me" she giggles "she'll be a great geisha" Tora placed a loving arm around Rose's shoulders and squeezed her. "You will be too!" she smiled.

Akemi turned when she heard a knock at the door, and watched Ayame walk forward to answer it.
At the door stood a pretty girl, her eyes downcast, looking at the wooden floor. "What is your name?" She asked the new arrival, bowing to her.

[3] Still looking at the floor, she said her name in a slightly louder voice. "My name is Kyouko." Then, she looked up to see who had asked her name. Feeling unsure, she bowed a quick and small bow, and then looked straight at the floor again.

(( woot! I'm a Maiko!! Umm... who is my geisha sister?))
Passing by the door in glee, she noticed Akemi talking to a rather sad girl. Miyoko looked at Kyouko with a sweet smile. " Don't be nervous." she said, lifting the girl head up gently with her finger. " there is no need to be. We are all very nice." Miyoko clapped her hands together, a new light in her eyes. Just moments before, she was told she was to become a maiko. She never dreamed that she would worthy of the honor. But the day had come, and she felt beautiful for the first time in a long while.
