In one instant, the semi-transparent image of Sephiroth appeared, dropping to the ground beside Yuffie. As he appeared, all time seemed to stand still. He deliberately rose to his feet, taking a moment to turn his narrowed eyes to each of the soldiers, one at a time. Darting forward, he whipped masamune from its spot at his side, slicing it cleanly through one soldier's torso. As he moved, there seemed to a blurred trail behind him, as if reality itself had not been able to keep up with him, and thought that he was not only where he had landed, but at every point between there and the first guard. Taking a quick step to the side, he spun around, swinging masamune right over Yuffie's head, before bringing it through a second guard. Darting toward Yuffie, he leaped over her and whirled about in the air, sliding his blade through two more guards. Backing up, he rolled with his back against Yuffie's, flipping over her, and brought masamune directly down the middle of another guard. Spinning around, he caught one last guard just below the chin. As of that moment, not one single drop of blood had been spilt, and the trailed image of him still had not yet begun to catch up with him, as time seemed to stand still. Clipping the still-clean blade to his side, he fully vanished. At once, the blurred trail followed the motions he had made, completing the course in a fraction of a second, and all the guards collapsed into mangled piles, leaving Yuffie exactly as she had been the moment she had made impact with the ground upon being thrown from the store.

Having transported himself to the roof of a nearby building, he was crouched in a shadow, his glowing eyes watching Yuffie. With a slow nod, he rose to his feet, then turned and walked away into the darkness, heading toward his first destination of many.

Yawns softly. Today, She had gone out looking for some action, and revenge against the ShinRa. She had gotten everything but the revenge against Hojo and Shinra, As Sephiroth had gotten to them first. Which was okay, It might annoy her in the long run that she wasn't the one that got to take out Hojo, But at least the creep wasn't around anymore. Yuffie had a frightening, yet wonderful day! Even if at the moment she might of been being searched for, that didn't matter. All the more fun for Yuffie to have, because anyone that showed now, She was going to take out no matter what.

"Such a good day! I'm friends with Sephiroth, Hojo is dead along with some ShinRa Soldiers, Nothing could ruen this moment.." Yuffie did a quick twirl, spinning the Conformer from side to side while she walked.She was now infront of the church doors,as she pushed them open and ran inside.

"Aerith! Hey! Aerith! Are you here? Its Yuffie!" There was no answer. Maybe she was in the back? Shrugging, Yuffie headed down the walk way and into the back to see...Nothing.

"Gah, Where else could she be.." Turning on her heel, the ninja walked back out of the back, and outside of the church. Whatever, She might as well go and do some more shopping, again. Hopefully this time with no bothersome people to call up on her.

While Aerith walked along the streets, she would take a moment to peer into the glass windows where there would be displays of outfits, depending on which she stopped near. Then there was the weapon shops, and Materia shops, She wasn't very interested in those however.But she did stop into the item shop to restock on important items she might need.


"Aerith!" A voice came from behind her, sounding to be a little ways away from her before she saw who it was. A girl in a green cloak,dark hair, holding a Conformer.

"Oh, Yuffie. I was wondering where you were. New look?" She smiled,turning to face the girl as she lowerd her voice.

"Is it true, Yuffie? Did you really ...do what they are saying at the ShinRa building? " Aerith couldn't beleive it, though she did seem a little hurt by this rumor.The women only hoped for it to just be a romor.

Aerith shook her head lightly. She still didn't want to beleive it. Yuffie was only 18, She didn't need to go get herself into this much trouble at such a young age, Did she? When you are wanted by ShinRa, you useally are found until things are cleared up or the person being hunted is dead.


"No. I didn't kill anyone. I was there at the time of it happening, but I didn't kill anyone." She paused. How in the world was she going to explane this.

"Sephiroth is alive..you see. And he went and killed the soldiers, along with Hojo! I dont know where he went off to now, but he is surely not a bad person anymore. Infact, he saved me two times already! " She looked at Terran and grinned. "You beleive me right? "


Aerith didn't say anything, In a slight form of shock. If Sephiroth was good, as Yuffie put it, Then why did he kill all those soldiers, along with Hojo? She couldn't help but feel someone fearfull.After all, he was the one that ended her life once before, It was only natrual to have some fear left.

"He's not gunna hurt you again, Aerith. Don't worry, okay? Maybe we'll all turn out to be friends!"

Yuffie shrugged. It was true that would be something that may be hard to beleive. Sephiroth saveing an old enemy, Did that make sense? Heck. Nothing made sense anymore. "He'll probably deny it anyway. Knowing Sephy-sama, He'll make up some reason so he doesn't look like he's soft!"

Yuffie watched Terran perform magic from his materia, something she still invyed but could do nothing about. Sure, She could try and steal it, but would that be the right thing to do? She wasn't 16 anymore, and she didn't steal from her friends anymore, So she wouldn't steal from him ether.

"That was cool! But where should we go? If you guys were looking for something, go on ahead. I'll be fine. No use turning back if you needed something from one of the stores after comeing all this way,right? After that little display of magic, Im sure things will be cool for a while. Meanwhile, Im going to go look for a certin spikey headed jerk. " Yuffie grinned with a playfull wink. Aerith knew who she was speaking of.

Yuffie laughed a little. Yuffie lived to annoy that special pilot of theres.With a quick wave, the ninja turned and walked away. "We should meet up later at the church. See ya! "


Smileing, The cetra waved back to Yuffie as the girl left. She returned her atention back to Terran, and the stores around them.

"Hehe! Which should we go into? I dont think a clothe store will have a thing like a flute! Why dont we check inside the weapons shop? Silly place to have something like that but..I have a strange feeling, they might."
