Erian glanced at his siblings in puzzlement. "That wasn't the kind of reaction I expected..."
Synne frowned and jumped off her seat running after him "Daddy.... are you mad?"

Azaroth paused and turned shaking his head, "No, I'm not angry. I'm just...worried about your mother."
"What were you expecting?" Saber asked between bites.

Erian shrugged "Not that.. he seemed upset. Mom goes out all the time... he should get used to it."
Synne frowned "Why? Is she in trouble?"
Ro walked into the house, having just come back, and headed for th kitchen to get some tea.
Erian blinked "Mom! Your back already?"

Ro blinked at everyone "Uhh hi?" She glanced at Erian "Yeah I told Synne I wouldn't be gone long..."
Synne blinked "Oh yeah... oops... forgot that part. Hey! But you left HOURS ago!"
Ro blinked again and looked at the clock "Synne... its been about 20 minutes."
Synne gaped "No way... Mommy.. that work is messing with my sense of time! Its soooooooooooooo hard!"
Erian looked between his mom and sister and snickered "Oh you've GOT to be kidding me..."

Ro shook her head "That work isn't THAT hard no stop overdramaticising... did you eat?"

"Then get back upstairs and go to work"
"Awww... sorry Daddy.." She hugged him and ran back upstairs to finish her work.
Ro shook her head and eyed Az "Were you getting all worried?"

She shrugged and looked away "Well... I was meeting with an old romp of mine, Komori. We keep in touch... I thought it would be kinda awkward if you came along..." She frowned "If you want to come next time I guess you can..."

"No," Azaroth said almost too quickly. "I mean, I understand your need for personal space in such situations..." He edged back, "I'm sorry, you're a guest, not a prisoner. Of course you should be able to come and go as you please. I just continue to worry for your safety..."

She smiled "I know I'm not a prisoner... and I know you worry. Its ok Az.. you know if you get to overbearing I'll tell you." She gave him an odd glance "Are you okay? You seem... disturbed. You know if we ever get back to the romp point I wouldn't bring Komori here right?"

Azaroth forced a smile, "This is your home as well, Rowena. You may certainly do as you wish here and treat it as such." He would just lock himself in his library in the meantime...Still, despite his discomfort, if assuring her that she could carry on as she would in her own home would keep her there longer...

She shook her head "Well.. I'm no where near that point anyway.. but I would never bring it to where the kids are." She sighed.. wondering if this whole thing was worth it. Komori was being really nice about it but still...
