((Limbo Round 3))
RoChan had paused for just a moment to move her hand to block the light of the lowering sun. It had been enough of an action to make her realize how much time had passed. It was as if she had blinked and everything had rushed to this moment and everything had merely been a dream of sorts. Looking around at her surroundings, she almost tried to capture everything with the small scan of the crowd in their various places. She was having so much fun that the day had slipped past her.
Watching the limbo contestants get smaller and smaller she placed herself in line to go next. It had been a while since she had so much fun that she forgot the hours that passed. Still amused by the thought she eyed the lowered bar and gave it all she got.

(( Limbo -- Round 5 ))
Lucia was getting tired. With all of the action of the paintball game, the leaning back with this, and everything else associated with the day, she was exhausted.
She was very happy that she had been able to help Zave, but she was starting to get lazy. As she leaned back for her fifth round, she was thinking that this might be it. She didn't know if she could do another round after all everything.
---
As Lucia leaned back and floated under the bar, she was too tired to float as low as possible. Instead, she turned her head to the side and floated just low enough to make it under.

[[Beach bar---AWAY~]]
Dorian sighed. As much as he wanted to join in the storytelling, he had to work the next morning. He looked back out to the limbo player..along with the spectators. "See you all later." he spoke to himself softly, making his way off the beach.
((Yeah, not going to be able to stay active. I leave the 8th, and with no idea how long the summer event lasts.. @A@' I won't take the chance. Good luck with limbo guys@ 8D ))

((Sand n Stuff))
Sand flew up from her heels as she chased the man down the beach, stumbling here and there as her foot caught a few times due to the sinking surface. Running wasn’t a problem for her, she could run all day and not tire, but when faced with an arsenal of water grenades, Ebony skidded to a complete stop. The woman’s eyes grew wide and looked like two huge silver dollars. They were only like that for a brief moment before they became small slits. “You wouldn’t dare.” she hissed.

Caressing the sleek undefined shape with a thoughtful, curious thumb, David stared at it momentarily before raising his mischievous stormy eyes back up at Ebony's cautious ones. He gripped the water balloon carefully but firmly and ripped his top back off with his other half, preparing himself for battle. Throwing the black second skin carelessly on the sand, slipping the arm holding the balloon out last, he flashed the lilac-haired woman a devilishly handsome smile, "You've only known me for a few hours, but I think you already know, my dear Ebony, that there are few things I wouldn't dare."
With that said, he took one of his athletic stances and tossed the balloon playfully at the woman, wondering if she could dodge balloons as well as she had a limbo bar.

The move was second nature, like breathing. Her conditioning forced her to instinctively dive out of the way when a projectile was thrown. It was also the answer to why she didn’t stay put long enough to see whether the man had any more balloons at his disposal. Ebony quickly dashed for a sand dune.
Silver pools slowly peered out from behind, tracking the other’s movements. “You sure have a funny way of showing a girl a good time David. Or do you treat us all like skeet targets?” She couldn’t keep the taunt from her voice. The prospect of another challenge, specifically one with a more skilled opponent, had her adrenaline pumping.

Pasha watched, wide eyed, as people kept squeezing under the bar. How much lower would it get? How many more times were they supposed to try?! Feeling a little woozy, she twisted...looking to Aki for support.
Aki rested still beneath the shade of the beach bar, a wet wash cloth over her forehead and a glass of water in her hand. Melisande smiled, a bit uncertainly, and gathered her resolve.
She could do this on her own!

(( Limbo -- Last Time Under --> Sand 'n' Stuff / Limbo))
Lucia yawned and decided to go ahead and go under for the last time so she could go off and take a nap before the next event. She was excited about sitting with Rivener and hearing everyone make up a story, but she didn't want to fall asleep right in the middle of it.
As she leaned back she waved to Melisande, who had gone ahead of her. Leaning back almost to the ground she took a breath and made her last attempt.
---
As Lucia went under the bar she couldn't stifle a yawn and her chest rose up, her breast bumping into the bar. As it fell onto her, she was too tired to hold it up and it landed on her and she landed on the ground. She didn't really care that she had lost, but, rolling out from under the limbo bar, she lifted it back up for the next person. Waving good luck to Melisande and Zave, Lucia floated off on her own towards the area where Rivener went. Stopping half way there, she lay down and curled up, falling asleep quickly.
(( 37 + 46 + 73 + 39 + 58 + 58 = 311 ))
Yuurei watched as Lucia bumped the bar, but decided that she should let the raevan go off by herself, rather than being snipped at again. "Great job," she called to the pretty blonde raevan who had gone under before Lucia.

((Limbo Round 4))
There was only a hand few of limbo contestants now, two of which where the half bodies and seemed tired. The pretty blond was doing pretty good as was the cat like one, but on her last trip both her and the bar fell. RoChan made a face as she saw the people in charge pick up the bar and arrange it properly and she gave it a face. She wasn’t exactly the most limber of people and seeing that bar slide further down was making her sweat just a bit.
A bit too worried RoChan bent back farther than she hand intended to but still slipped under the bar without a problem. Once she was able to straighten up a bit more she gave a sigh of relief. “Well that wasn’t so bad.”

((Lil-Beach Bar))
As the events wore on throughout the day, Lillian certainly hadn’t focused her attention on anything or anyone in particular since her arrival to the summer beach bash. As soon as she had fallen into a chair at the bar her mind was off into another land created for those who neared the edge of exhaustion. By the time the pie contest and paintball had ended, the teen’s eyes had fallen into focusing on a wooden pole set at an angle from her. Over and over again her hazel eyes followed the markings, never straying until a figure just a few chairs away caught her eye.
Wasn’t that….?
Curious, Lillian directed her eyes to fully examining whom it was, to clarify if her guess was right or not. His hair was messy, with tufts of brown and grey strands encompassing his facial features. An array of freckles dappled his cheeks like cupcake sprinkles. To top it off, a recognizable scowl seemed to be permanently stuck on his lips. Immediately Lil knew who it was.
Isi Delaran. The boy she was constantly bickering with. Beautiful.
Determined to not pay too much attention to him, Lillian cast her gaze back to the pole, only to have it stolen again when she heard a chime of sweet giggles by where the sour patch youth sat. To her amazement, a young girl whom she just barely recognized as the giggler who had visited her booth from last year’s festival was covering the boy’s eyes and playing a guessing game with him! Where had she come from? And how on earth had this girl achieved Isi letting guard down long enough to get so close?
Before she really grasped exactly what she was doing, Lillian was out of her chair and making her way over to the two. With arms crossed and a brow raised, Lil tried to make herself look as intimidating as possible. Afterall, she had to get to the bottom of this! No way had Isi gotten himself a girlfriend! He was too much of a grump!
“Ahem….” Lillian quickly coughed to draw their attention to her before she continued. “Isi?” She voiced as a rather fake smile tugged at the corner of her mouth to join her sweet sounding voice. “I had no idea you’d be here. Whose your friend?” Her eyes moved from Namini to Isi as she spoke. Of course Lillian wasn't aiming anything at the girl, her attention was mainly focused on Isi...Namini was just caught in the crossfire.
---------------------- ((Tyson-Limbo!))
At last Tyson had come across the limbo game. After a good amount of time wasted on zig-zagging his way over to the game there was very little time left for the boy to take his time in participating. How many times did he have to go under? Six?
After a few more people left with the grievance of loss hanging over their heads, the lad decided it was his time to try! Perhaps he could win another trophy of some sort? He’d done well at paintball…maybe limbo would be similar?
With the decision to do good and perhaps even win in mind, Tyson waited his turn at a chance to brave it all and go under the bar. When it came, the lad took a deep breath, stretched his back, and worked his legs forward in the direction of success.

[[ Limbo R4 ]]
As Altair's next turn approached, he shuffled quickly ahead, kicking up tufts of sand as he did so. Ceremoniously, he limbered himself up for a few quick seconds before approaching the shaman pole/limbo bar, and then silently wished himself luck, hoping those around him were doing the same. Scooting forward and slightly wiggling to the beat of the music, Altair limbo'd to the best of his ability.
--------------------------[x]-----------------------------
Overestimating his limbo-ing ability, Altair limbo'd at an incredibly leisurely pace. As he slowly leaned backwards, he lost his balance as he was almost sitting in one spot. Instantly, he flailed his arms and legs all around him, kicking up sand in all directions. After the cloud of sand settled, he laid flat on his belly with a disgruntled look on his face. "Bollocks..." he muttered disdainfully.

Damien watched nervously as the bar was lowered low; hopefully he would be able to make it this time around. waiting in line, he bit his lip, watching as participants were bumped off, one by one.
As his turn came up, he took a deep breath and bent backwards, starting his journey towards the ominous pole that threatened to fall or bump against him if he went under.
The nervousness must have shown; in an effort to get his turn done and over with, he straightened up too fast, and bumped his head against the pole, the pole flying upwards before clanking back into its proper position for limbo.

Zayne nodded to the man's toast, very slightly raising his glass as well. "That is very true. Even if one were to accept a belief, it wouldn't be considered universal. Are you a psychologist or biologist, Tsu?" Zayne inquired, sipping his drink like a bird consuming water.

((Limbo Round 5 --> Beach Bar))
With two more rounds to go RoChan awaited her turn. The prior round had knocked out another contestant and as the bar was lowered even further, yet another was taken out of the game. Now it was her turn again and RoChan eyed the bar nervously. They had to be kidding right? No one had managed to go past their fifth round so far! The bar just sat there on its stand mocking anyone who dared to crawl under it.
Slowly the dragon inched her way over to the bar before squatting to look at the space between the ground and the bar. “This isn’t humanly possible.” The blue haired woman muttered, rubbing her earlobe.
Standing, RoChan glared at the bar. With her nose pointed in the air, shoulders squared back, and a look of defiance scrawled on her face, she stepped over the bar kicking it on her way. Even if she had indulged the ridiculous notion to actually go “under” the bar she only would have looked like a fool trying to actually even reach that level. Nodding at the rest of the participants she held onto her aching pride and walked over to the bar.
“Excuse me, but could I have some ice please?”

David pouted as he watched Ebony perform a few tricks of her own, finally darting like a cheetah behind a nearby sand dune. Though he was upset that he had missed (or was it that she was able to dodge?) his grey eyes expressed his hidden excitement. Letting out a low, impressed whistle, David bent down and picked up a few more balloons, juggling them between his hands.
"Nope, just you. I mean, you said it yourself, we're having a good time, no? -he winked- Usually the girls I'm with don't make throwing stuff at them this much of a challenge," he teased. "And god knows how much I like a challenge."

Limbo
Despite how full she was, Pasha was having a great time. She loved watching the other people bend and scoot under the bar, it was almost like a dance! She was so excited that she accidentally skipped ahead a few places in line, drifting closer to watch.
"How low, can you go?" She sang along, mostly to herself, and clapped for the blue haired woman anyway. It was low, but Melisande would try it!
