"Now close your eyes, and focus on the weapon in your hands, swing it once or twice to get a good feel of how you sense it as you touch it."
Warren stepped away from Raki for a moment, "Keep those eyes shut!"
The six foot man watched the younger swordsman swing in the air with a few half-hearted swipes.
"You're not feeling it. You do not trust the blade for what it is. Envision that you are not swinging the sword harmlessly in the air but actually targeting something, a Yoma coming towards you...," Warren grinned and then a thought crossed his mind,"Or someone you truly care about."

Aiya rolled her eyes as the two boys started. She went to work on making a fire, keeping an eye on Raki to make sure Warren didn't go psycho. She started to hum a soft tune, her mother used to sing it around the house.

The cool water was soothing, though the reflection was not. She had grown used to her disfigurement, but was weary of frightening the others. Spending little time in the water, Clare stepped out and dressed slowly.

"Alright, now-- Keep those eyes closed! Feel the air around you as you make your swings."
Warren stood less than five feet away from Raki, within direct contact range of his blade.
"Now, Attack!"
Before the words had even finished escaping his lips, Warren had unsheathed "Roseblood" and lashed out at Raki, only to discover his blade had found another exactly where he had hoped it would be. The sound of metal against metal rang out through the serene area for a moment and then all returned to silence.
"You can open your eyes now, kid. Look at what you've managed to do without even the use of sight. You blocked me, just by feeling the energy in your blade and the power in the nature around you."
Warren smiled and sheathed his sword, then gave a congratulatory pat on Raki's shoulder as the large man began to walk away back to his resting place.

Aiya watch. She was glad for Raki, but thought it a bit dangerous. She had the fire going and sat in its shadow.

Clare let her mind wander, 'listening' for any unwelcome intruders in the area, finding none, she made her way to the fire. Aiya was hidden, but the fire didn't look like it had made itself.
"Thank you. I will make the food"

Thorn sat down by the fire not even bothering to sheath his sword "i dont know why but something didnt seem right when i was fighting that yoma......i should of been able to take it out before it pushed me back here but....." His voice trails off as he gets lost in his thoughts. suddenly his sword starts to flash colors rapidly "whoa what in the heck is happening to my sword???" he goes to pick it up but it suddenly flies up into the air the colors flashing more rapidly. after a while the sword falls down to the ground no longer glowing. "why......is it not glowing anymore?!?!" He picks it up but no matter what he does the glow does not return. "i cant use the swords powers for some reason!!!"

Aiya shifts her focus to Thorn. He wasn't to far from her and the sword plummeting to the ground had got her attention. "Abusing it will do that. You really shouldn't use it until you know more about it anyway. You should talk to the sword smith I recommended, its not to far from Kir."

"yah meybe i should talk to that smith....." he sheaths his sword "hopefully i dont run into any yoma while my sword is like this..." he gets up and walks over to where raki and warren are training. "hey mind if i join you guys?"

Warren had just sat down and shut his eyes as Thorn approached him. One lazy eye opened up as he regarded the human.
"What could I possibly have to teach the 'legendary Yoma hunter', surely I would pale in comparison to such skills," the male Claymore yawned with outright disrespect and utmost biting sarcasm.
He grinned as he saw the scowl apparent on the human's face.
"Thorn," he said returning to a more serious tone, "What would you have me do? I cannot help those who cannot communicate with their blade. In that brief little moment that you attacked me earlier and the encounter with the Yoma a short while ago, I've seen you are hardly in tune with the weapon you wield. Even Raki here has shown more potential when it comes to the fusion between sword and swordsman. You want to learn from me? Learn from your blade and yourself first."
Warren shut his eyes again and leaned back against the tree he was sitting against, releasing a heavy sigh.

"hardly in tune with my weapon you say.....i challange you to a sword fight" he takes out his sword. "for some odd reason at the moment i can not use the abilities of my sword but even so i shall defeat you"

Warren's closed lids and carefree expression soon gained a smirk in addition to its mocking appearance.
"My blade is not magical in any shape or form. I do not need to prove myself to you or anyone the connection that 'Roseblood' and I share. But, if you feel so insignificant that you must validate yourself by challenging me," Warren's eyes opened and he stood up slowly, meeting Thorn eye to eye, "Then let's go."

Aiya sat very still as Warren rose. She did like what was happening, and had a bad feeling about this duel.

"i didnt used to rely on magical abilities.......but ever since ive gotten the sword for some reason i discarded my teachings and relied purely on the abilities of this sword......but now that i can't use its abilities i will once again use the skills that i have learn" thinking to himself i have a fealing my swords powers stoped working for this very reason......to remind me and i shouldnt just rely on special powers all the time
