Jamie had watched Jerrod plead with Noko, Pyro, and the girl Wanda to see if he could join the brotherhood, then try to impress them by acting stupid, they appeared to turn him down and he left, he he said something and turned and hurled one of his fireworks at the institute wall. Jamie could feel himself getting even more angry at the kid, he tried to calm himself down, but he couldn't do it. He walked over to Jerrod and tapped him on the shoulder. "Hey." He said, and when Jerrod looked he threw his fist as hard as he could at Jerrod's jaw, sending him sprawling on the ground. "What's your problem?! You come to this place and blow up the front door, then start yelling and pass out, then you get up and run out to go somewhere else. How is your life so bad? Do you think no one else has had problems? I have no reason to protect this institute, but come on! What do you have against them? I can't let you go blowing up just because your stupid! What about your brother? Did you forget him? Did you know he know's his power?!" Jamie finished yelling and waited.

Jerrod got to his feet and staired Jamie in the eyes, he looked him up and down. "You really awnt to know what my problem is...kid." Jerrod said as he lost all composure to holding back, he arms flaired.

"When your forced here to live amoungst all the other freaks... for a talent that you don't even want, you live here for three years and on a vacation to your homelands, you find out your father died, but nobody bothered to bring you home for his funeral, and when you lived life up to your dads thoughts of what he thought you should be... it means a lot when you don't get to say good bye, but a little punk a** kid like yourself wouldn't understand that now would you..." Jerrod said.

He dashed at Jamie, placing a grip from both hands around Jamies shirt collar, lifting him up off the floor, about a foot. "If you think about pulling a stupid a** move like this again... you better hope i can control myself." Jerrod said as the fire engulfed both Jerrod and Jamie, for a short hile Jerrod let the fire burn Jamie a bit, he then hurled him up against the wall, dashing at the floating body, Jerrod kicked Jamie in the stomach just as he hit the wall and then the floor.

Jerrod was pushed back a couple feet from this check he was recieving, he reached around Jamies waist and picked him up over his head, he thre him to the ground just under him. smahing his shoulders on the ground.

"To a father you honor with all your soul, to have them just go mising out of your life...it sends you a shock of insanity, to know that the one thing you cared about in life is gone missing." Jerrod said as he kicked at Jamie again, connecting with his chest. Jerrod coughed a bit, then whipped the blood from his mouth.

"With every explosion i deal with... brings me closer to my father, because every explosion kills me on the inside... and every time i know i'm going to explode... if im not trying to hold it back, i drive it to go harder, hoping it would kill me... so i can be with my father once again." Jerrod said as he kicked Jamie in the chest once more, sending him skidding along the ground.

"Although i may not see my fire around me, due to your ability, i can still feel the heat, and feel the fire burn within me, cause you see its the rage that feeds my fire,its the rage that fuels me to deal with little anoyances such as you." Jerrod blinked slowly. "Get lost kid... before i don't feel like showing mercy." Jerrod turned and began to walk aawy from the institute.

Jamie couldn't get up anymore, this was just too much. "Ya know what?! You're just a coward! You honor you're father by blowing up the place that may be your brothers only chance, and by saying that to get closer to him by dying? Is that what he's want? You to abandon the one who looks up to you, and kill yourself? You drama queen. . ." He added weakly and stood up, barely balancing.

Noko almost squealed as her nickname was used. She always liked that petname he called her. Her cheeks turned two shades of red and she was smiling all over herself. She felt like a school girl. " Thats easy. we just let him watch pietro and tell him." do the opposite of that" .

John gave a smile as he saw Noko squeal and turn red in the face. "Yeah I know it's been a while since I've called you that, but I'll be getting back into that habbit soon enough. Espically once you've become misses Allerdyce." He gave her a kiss. And waited for Jerrod to come up to them.
"And I thought you didn't want to be with the X-men. I can just as easily leave you ine the streets. It's all up to you. You can either talk or I can leave you in the streets it your choice."

Thought i wasn't in... thought you didn't like me... thought my chance was shot" Jerrod smirked and held back a flair from Jamies words, still echoing in his head To abandon the one who looks up to you... Jerrod shock his head, snapping himself out of the trance the words seemed to put him in.

Jerrod watched as Noko blushed, he just got there to hear the comment, misses Allerdyce. Jerrod didn't pay any attention to it though. Jerrod waited for an answer, he didn't want to pursuit the answer, he thought he screwed up last time so he would try a not so hot headed way to get in.

Noko thought for a moment. " We could do the arizona thing tonight. We need someone to watch our back. " She said looking at the new kid. " So whats your name anyways? If you told me forgive me, the pain in my tounge and belly are taking over my brain. "
