Nym drew her tool hoping that the fighting men would think it was a real weapon. She flashed her mechanic's badge real quickly. "Government. I have to ask you to take your fight of the streets gentlemen...right now."

Rallyhn smiled "I never said I was going to kill you, your bounty is worth more alive for now." his eyes turned blue and the p[istol flew out of Matt's hand. "and she isnt 5, she jsut looks like that at times.." he took off his jacket and let it fall to the gorund "now Im sure you have seen my bounty sheet, mass murder of an entire populus, If I can kill an entire city mostly all of them armed, what do you think you'll do to me with a little gun like that?"

"I think this is a little out of your league." Matt said to Nym."Just leave, you'd just get yourself killed."He said.He never took his yes off Rallyhn. He put his fists up."Sorry don't do check government hits."He said. He had his fists up. He didn't have any weapons other than water and speed now.He brought his knee to meet Rallyhns stomach, but during the impact, he put his foot behind Rallyhn and sent an elbow to his chest. At least that was the idea.

Nym pulled out her cellphone. "Omni. I need back up. There are two Gifted fighting in the street. I'm sending pictures." She snapped pictures of the two men and forwarded them to the robot.

Rallyhn laughed at the girl "a gifted? dont insult me, I was born centuried before the gifted were brought into this world" he said while the elbow hit his chest, but didnt throw him off balance "taking me to the ground eh? you'll need more strength if your gonna do that?

Omni nodded as if she would see him.'Be there in a moment.' He thought/spoke over the phone. He had been calibrating his new upgrades. He Started at a dead run for her location.
'Lets do this the fun way then.' He thought. Water began coming up from the sewers. He jumped back again.He wasn't willing to let him get in aother hit, but he was worried about his powers as well.

Rallyhn smiled some "hm... looks like you have hydrokenesis" Rallyhn jumped up into a car and smiled some before a ball of energy formed in his hand.

"How observant."He said making an ice spike launch towards Rallyhn from the hood on the car. Meanwhile water from the sewers was flooding the street.

Nymeria shrieked as the sewage came up. She jumped onto a near by car just so she wouldn't ruin her clothes. "This is your finally waring. Desist right now."

Rallyhn laughed at the girl and the energy ball in his hand formed into a sheild to deflect the ice spike "heh, congrats, you almost got yourself a at least $10,000 reward, but almsot isnt good" he said smiling. He looked back over at Nymeria and grinned when he noticed the car she was on. "have a nice swim!" he sent an energy pulse into the car and it started to bounce on its tires "I love lowriders"

waves of water flew towards Rallyhn from both sides. He then ran to his gun which he picked up quickly

Rallyhn smiled before he jumped up onto the top of a lightpost "its useless, your gun got flodded, it wont fire a single shot" he laughed before he telekentically picked up a car and threw it in Matt's direction.

"s**t!" Matt yelled sending a wall of ice to hopefully stop the car or at least slow it down.Just to make sure, he also made an attempt to dodge it.

Rallyhn laughed some "nice defense" he picked up another car and threw it over the wall, hoping to get matt on the other side with this blind shot.

The human was in obvious danger...it pissed him off. A black and gold blur swooped in, picked up Nymeria, and carried her to a roof top. The Draconian then resumed his human form. "I'm back up from HQ...well...I work there and a saw trouble on my walk around." Nymeria, for once, was speechless, so Imerius turned down to the others. "Hey, you two, could you please be considerate of pedestrians...that is if a certain demon wants to see a certain bike again."
