The symbol appeared to be quite complicated, and this alone would take up much time to complete. Makura took note of the symbol and visualized it within his head. He had to have the symbol memorized in order to use the jutsu.
The Hokage would then hand Makura the pen, in hopes that the child would be able to perform the technique.

Makura then took the large sheet of parchment and began to try and write the symbol. He made slow and gradual strokes with his hands trying to make the symbol perfect. This was Makura's first steps in order to create the Jutsu formula or Jutsu-shiki. This would allow Makura to mark a location with this and transport his body to any location.

As Makura thought he had finished the technique he would look at the Hokage. The Fourth would only shake his head, before pointing at the several mistakes Makura had created trying to make the seal.
"You must make this exact...if not, the effects of the technique would change drastically and perhaps kill you..."

Makura would only nod as he saw the mistakes. With this, he then attempted to create a second seal. His eyes remained focused on the original, taking note to carefull detail to the symbol. He moved rather slowly, making sure to make the seal as accurate as possible, for he wanted to learn this jutsu in a hurry.

Makura would sigh as he made a mistake. Seeing as though the symbol was drawn in ink, it would be impossible to correct it. Makura would then grow rather frustrated with his second failed attempt, but this did not stop him. He continued to write several more seals, trying to make it the exact replica. Now, more than ever, Makura wanted to have the Sharingan's power.

Soon, the entire paper was covered in various seals, though they were all incorrect. By this time, the Hokage has fallen asleep and was drooling onto the ground. Makura would turn to face the Hokage as he smirked. Using his right hand he would shake the Hokage until he awokened. As the Hokage turned to face, Makura's completed work he would smile. For Makura had now completed the seal.

Makura would also smile.
"Now I will teach you the technique...but first just show me how you created the seal on last time, this way you will have it memorized.."
Makura would only nod as he took the pen and began to write it perfectly onto the piece of parchment. After a few moments, the seal was completed perfectly. The Hokage would nod as he stood upright.

The Hokage would then take the seal from the paper and place it onto a kunai which he pulled from his pocket. He wrapped the paper around it and then threw it several feet to the left, letting it land a few meters away on a tree. At this the hokage would turn to face makura.
"Now watch carefully..."
With this, the Fourth would perform one hand seal before dissappearing completely from sight. Makura's eyes would turn around everywhere in order to locate the man but to no avail. The Fourth Hokage had vanished from existance.

Makura then turned in the direction of the thrown kunai to find the kage standing there. Without a moments hesitation, the hokage would then appear in front of Makura.
"This is the most easiest part of the technique..."
Making a slight motion with his hand, Makura would nod towards the Hokage as he pulled a kunai from his pouch.

Makura would then place the scroll onto the kunai and then toss it anywhere in the nearby area. Makura had no idea where the kunai landed, but without hesitation, the child placed his hands together forming the hand seal. Without a sound, the child would vanish without a trace. It would be as if the child ceased to exist, for there was no wind, no sound, nor visual of where the child had gone. He was just completely gone.

Suddenly, Makura would reform in front of a large tree standing beside his kunai. Makura smirked as he had finished the technique. His eyes would begin to wander off as he tried to learn of where the Fourth Hokage was. Though he was no where to be found. Makura took little interest in this, for he had learned many jutsu at his stay in the Afterlife.

With this, Makura would swiflty perform the tiger seal to shushin out of existance yet again. He then took form behind another older man, the Second Hokage. As Makura faced this man he identified him quickly. With this he then spoke calmly.
"Can you please show me your techniques..."
The Hokage would turn around to face Makura before replying monotonously.
"Sure...now just meet me at that river over there..."
With this, the Hokage suddenly vanished from existance.

Makura would simply throw a kunai in that direction before letting his body completely vanish from sight. With this, the child would reappear at the river with his kunai in his hand. Placing it in his pocket he faced the Kage who managed to just make it here.
"Now just watch carefully..."
With this, the man would perform a few hand seals. Suddenly the waves in the water would increase in power, swaying back and forth with great power.

Suddenly water would appear around the Hokage and suddenly encase him within a large dome of water. The water continued to spiral and had an ominous air about it. This technique can block away any offensive attack, no matter how powerful. This was the true power of this technique. Makura would do nothing but watch as the water formed from thin air. This technique can be quite usefull in certain situations.

Makura would nod towards the hokage as he too performed the needed hand seals. Hand seals were not a problem with Makura for he had great memory to movements. As he completed the hand seals, Makura would focus his chakra once again. Makura knew how to manipulate iron, wood, sound, and this would be his fourth element, water. Makura needed to know how to perform this techniqu, since water is not required.
