Glancing up to see Neko and Riyo there, Blade frowned and even gave the guy a bit of a glare. If he wasn't in his current condition, he may have actually done a little more than just glare.
"No thanks to you..." he managed to say between breaths, "And I hope whatever you got for doing that was worth it."
Trying to straighten up a little more, he pushed past the two demons, nearly stumbling into the inn like he did the first time he entered that place. He really didn't have the energy to go searching for a doctor right now. So he had to make do with an attempt to fix himself up and rest for awhile.
Once inside, he glanced over his shoulder at the two. Not only was he not happy with Neko for seemingly ratting him out, but at himself for letting his guard down back at the tower.

Riyo was going to try and fight her point, but nothing she could think of would get it across like she wanted. Sighing out in frustration, she followed Neko in and blinked as he didn't close it behind her. She looked up at his face, then followed his eyes to where he was looking.
It was Blade! But... He wasn't looking too good. "Nyu!" She cried out, and turned around, holding out her arms to help him if need be. When he just brushed past them, a large frown took the place of her surprised smile. Her ears fell back against her head. Neko may not have felt guilty, but she sure did.
Atticus, who had stayed at the inn this whole time, watched the trio return as he sat at the bar. Whatever they'd gotten into couldn't have been legal. He shook his head and continued drinking whatever beverage he might've picked up from the waiter. He would wait for awhile before doing anything.

"Aww, come on. Don't be that way," Neko chimed trying to sound optimistic as he let the door close behind him. He tried his best not to grin but it still came off as a smile. "I'm sure I can make it up to you somehow."
After all he had been paid pretty well, and though they weren't able to keep their prisoner he was still able to keep their money. Placing a hand idly on Riyo's shoulder he started to follow Blade into the Inn and past the patrons of the restaurant. A few looked at them oddly but mostly paid them little mind.

"If it's with the bounty money... forget it. It's not worth messing up my shoulder and nearly losing my freedom."
That may have sounded odd coming from a thief, but he didn't care. As he looked back and forth between the others, he noted that Riyo seemed to be unpleased with all of this. At least she seemed to have a bit of sympathy for him right now.
Stepping back, he winced as he tried to move his right arm. Just a slight movement seemed to stab knives into his shoulder. As he remembered that he needed to climb some stairs, he sighed and glanced over towards the stairway. Fatigue was catching up to him quickly, so as he made his way, he wasn't paying so much attention as to where he was walking.
As a result, he ended up stumbling over the leg of a chair and crashing down onto the ground. Crying out as the impact did not agree with his new injury, he hissed and cursed below his breath.
Ugh... why...?

Riyo turned as Blade passed and watched Neko follow. Is that what he'd done? Turned in Blade for money? Well, if Riyo wasn't pissed at him already, she sure as hell was now.
But Blade's cries made her forget that. She quickly ran over to where he was and crouched over him, unsure of what to do. "Nyuuuu..." She whined.
Atticus listened to the scream of pain and sat down his glass. "Mmm." He mumbled and sat a coin down on the table. He stood up in a graceful manner and made his way over to the stairs. "Humor me with this silly question, but would you happen to need medical assistance?" He asked, dull eyes looking down at Blade.
Riyo stared up at the man as if she'd seen a ghost. Something... Something about him didn't sit right with her. It was a horrifying and almost sickening feeling. "N-n-nyuu..." She very slowly stood up from her crouching position and moved up the stairs... And when she couldn't look at that face anymore, she turned and ran up to the room.
Atticus raised a brow as he watched her go. "Hmmmm..." Was his only words on the situation.

As Blade took a tumble that feeling of guilt began to pool again. At least Neko was pretty sure it was guilt. Stepping forward with Riyo he knelt down beside Blade cocking his head to the side as he looked down at him.
"I know you may be pissed at me but it kinda looks like you might need some help." Though that might have been an understatement. From the way Blade had been holding his arm and the way he cried out in pain he had obviously hurt himself pretty bad. It was then that the newcomer showed up and Neko turned his gaze up toward him curiously.
Sure he was no doctor, if anything he was more of a medic. Someone to ease the pain a little while you suffered...even if he was the cause of the suffering to begin with. As Neko was about to say something however Riyo had stood and bolted up the stairs. "Riyo!?" He wasn't sure what was wrong but she was at least heading toward the room. There she would be safe and he wouldn't have to worry about her.
Kneeling down again he held out his hand to Blade. He wasn't sure if he would accept his help, but he would offer it none the less. If anything he could at least help him to his feet. "Come on, I'll help you up."

"What kind of dessert do you both want?" Hitsu asked, looking to them both curiously. She didn't mind either way. Sweets were sweets, as far as she was concerned.
Not long after Yuki had lost sight of the tavern, and hopefully those in the tavern had lost sight of him, he'd slowed to catch his breath. He didn't have the spare energy to be expending so carelessly, his little outburst of anger had taken a toll. "Goddammit. I hate that dragon." He muttered to himself, pausing to get a look around. He'd left the girls not far from here, he could only hope he'd find them quickly. He wanted to get back to the inn as soon as possible, eat, and collapse. If it didn't happen soon none of the three would be happening in the order he intended.
Lucky for him, he caught glimpse of them several yards away, where they had paused in front of one of the food stands. He approached as casually as possible, offering a smile of acknowledgment to his sister when she noticed him. "You ready to go yet?"
"Almost." She replied, "I've got food, but we were going to get something sweet before we went back." Then, there was a brief pause. She frowned, "Why are you sweating?"
"It's nothing!" He said hastily, trying to swiftly wipe any moisture from his forehead.
This received a suspicious glance, "You sure?"
"Yes. I jogged to catch up with you, okay?" He said, stepping on ahead to try and prevent further questioning. "So, uh, how about those sweets?"

For awhile, Blade didn't bother trying to get up. He didn't really feel like moving and felt like laying there on the ground for a little bit. He heard Riyo by his side, but he couldn't see her or anyone else around him. When he heard a new voice, he blinked a bit, wondering who it could have been.
"You could say that..." he mumbled to the newcomer, trailing off as he heard someone running off.
Though, it apparently was Riyo, since the other had called out for her soon after. Why she did, he didn't know. For now he just responded to Neko, finally lifting his head up a bit to look at the people around him.
"If you genuinely want to help... I'll accept it."
Gingerly, he accepted Neko's offer to help him to his feet by going ahead and taking the offered hand. Without help, he'd probably be on the ground for at least 10 or more minutes before even attempting to get up. As much as he resented the guy right now for doing what he did, he knew he was going to need what help he could get right now.

Sighing, Atticus leaned on the staircase rail and watched the short-haired man help the injured guy up. He ignored Riyo's ascent of the stairs and paid more attention to these two. He wanted to know why they were traveling with her, and to do that, he'd have to spark up a conversation somehow. "I don't mean to intrude on the touching moment, but since your friend looks a bit worse for wear, I wanted to offer my assistance. I am a certified doctor, after all."
It was a bit hard to tell exactly when Atticus was being sarcastic since his face never changed, nor did his voice. But he didn't give off the impression that he was up to no good. Simply that he was around when someone needed assistance.
Riyo practically charged into the room and slammed the door. Her feet shuffled over to the bed she had occupied hours before and she just about collapsed on it. "Ugh.." She let out as she hit the mattress.
"That man is bad news, Riyo. You need to stay away from him." A voice came from the bottom of the bed. It was that man again. Her eyes watched him quietly. She didn't question why he was bad news, or what she had to worry about. She didn't doubt it. Something in here quivered every time she looked into those empty eyes. "Nyuuu..." She whispered and pushed her face into the covers. Everything was hurting... She just wanted to fall asleep and be done with it.

Having finished her first meal and now asked the question of what she wanted for desert, poke's mind played with a few possibilities. There was always cheesecake, or pudding, or chocolate, or ice cream, or..
"What kinds of sweets can we get around here?" she decided to ask. Sometimes it could be hard to find the kind of thing you wanted in a forein town. Her attention then swayed to the sound of running footsteps, and she saw yuki had finaly caught up to them. She was immdetiately suspisious of his excuse to cover up the sweating, but let it slide. "So, where's neko and riyo?" she asked instead

Mitsu listened intently to Hitsu and Poke trying to determine what a dessert was. Before she could ask what their options were, however, Yuki trotted up to them. "Yuki!" She exclaimed like a happy child. She hadn't seen him for most of the day now.
That's when she noticed that he was sweaty too, but his excuse sounded reasonable enough, except for the tone. "Why are you being...umm.." Mitsu had to think for a moment to pick the right word. "Defensive?" Yes, that sounded like the right word. Maybe Yuki was having trouble with something and was embarrassed to tell? Mitsu wasn't sure why, they were all friends right? She would help if she could.
----
"Whether I mean it or not I'm sure you could use the help," Neko grinned a bit as he helped Blade to his feet. Once Blade was on his feet Neko turned back to the newcomer. "So...up to, your room?" Neko turned back to Blade questioningly. He wasn't sure where they were going to head to do this whole thing and it didn't look like this guy had any medical supplies on him.

Now on his feet once again, the thief glanced at the stranger before nodding slightly. He was a little unsteady standing there, but he wasn't about to fall over or anything like that.
"Then you're welcome to help doctor..." he said to him before glancing more towards Neko, "That'll work, I guess."
With a sigh, he grimaced while clinging to his shoulder. An injury like this would keep him from thieving efficiently for awhile, so he supposed it was a good thing he currently had a decent amount of funding for the time being.

"I have supplies in my room, if you'd like to take him there. It's the second one to the left." Atticus explained. Though, he could always just grab them if need be. It wasn't like they were heavy or anything.
