Reith, still dressed in black left the area around the Jedi Temple and headed into the city. Though she still "needed" a jedi she thought it best to learn more about them first. As Reith enter deeper into the city she lifted the cloak abover he head to cover her face.

Reith entered a bar, it was darker then many bars she had been into. She sat at a table alone and waited for a moment. Soon a skinny man came up to her, he looked like his body was eating himself alive just for him to stay alive. The man looked over his shoulder before he spoke.

You want to buy some of the state-of-the-art new posions darts?

Reith did not lok up at the man who now seemed nures that he had asked her this question.

No, but I would like to place a bounty on someone.

The man looked over his shoulder again and leaned over to her. I'm sorry I'm not a bount hunter

Reith razed her hand and wave it slightly as she spoke. Then you will find me a bount hunter.

The man replyed, I will find you a bounty hunter. and he quickly left the bar.

"Alright kids, play nice, look, but don't touch, and Mummy might buy you treats later...meet back here in an hour, free time isn't forever you know!"

Vorzana Falcion, a tall, red-headed woman, dismissed her five-man ship crew, a Bothan, a Twi'lek, and two more humans, while the fifth jumped up on her shoulder and squeaked at her.

"Coming with me, Ricket? Alright...just don't cause any trouble..." she said to the Kushiban perched on her.

'Hey cap'n, what if trouble finds US?" her Bothan crewmate, Ji'Weth, said pointedly.

"You know what to do, Ji'Weth. Just no explosions this time. We can't afford to have to lay low away from Coruscant, y'know." With a wink, she sent the bothan on his way, and left the hangar bay to go hunt down a decent cantina.

Making her way into one that seemed passable, good and shady, she passed by many other hooded and shaded figures taking refuge in the apparent solitude in the bar.

Taking a seat to herself, she set the Kushiban beside her, and his ears perked immediately.

Squeaking into Vorzana's ear, the bounty huntress's green eyes sparkled. "Looking for a what...now? Hmm...just keep listening, Ricket...just keep listening."

Getting a drink, she kicked back to casually hear any "reports" from her amazingly observant furry little friend.

The man never did return, however Reith did not care wether he did or not. Her only concern was that some small word got around, she had to learn more before she could move to stage 2 of her plan. Every few minutes the another person would come over and ask if she wanted a drink, and everytime Reith would wave her hand slightly and the person would walk off unsure of what they were doing.

The feeling of being back in the city again was strange to her. After so many years training this seemed so different, however she wasn't going to risk being found out before she got more info on the Jedi Temple, from the inside. Reith could sense the weak minded people mention her and look over for a moment. This was more proof that even if the man had not gotten a bounty hunter for her, he had gotten word around. Reith remained sitting in the small table in the back, waiting for someone to step forward

Smirking lightly and resting her chin on her steeple-folded hands, she glanced over at the small furry companion of hers.
"So...what do you think, Ricket?" she asked quietly.

"Methinks it be funfun, leddie look darkdark," the Kushiban chittered in her ears.

"Yes...lady look dark dark indeed, little friend. I find that those are the most interesting to work for...."

Opening her datapad, Vorzana sent small text messages to her crewmates, and was met with replies in less than a minute.

"Already!? I was hitting the gambling tables and making a killing, Vorz!" came the swift text from Dimir Vanguard, the human co-pilot of her ship.

"Sounds intriguing, although I thought we were taking a short break...no matter, collect if you wish." The stoic reply from Saara, the Twi'lek woman in charge of navigation, didn't fool Vorzana. This was something she'd want to do.

"Go for it, I think Dimir's gambling away all our money as we speak," replied Ji'Weth.

"Honestly woman, can't you keep your hands out of business for a moment? I'll be back at the hanger bay shortly, I hope this isn't a waste of our time..." came the ever-cheery reply from their "medic" and most times cook, Greg, the human replacement droid.

Seeing these swift text replies brought a dark grin to Vorzana's face. Looks like they were picking up a new bounty today.

Standing, she motioned for Ricket to take up a spot on her shoulder.
"You know what to do, little guy..."

As they moved to leave the bar, Ricket seemed to lose control of his senses. Jumping onto the woman in the corner needing the bounty, he immediately began scrambling over her head.

"Ricket! Oh, ma'am, I'm so sorry, I don't know what's gotten into him...RICKET!"

Yet, as this small bit of chaos was going on, it was actually a coverup for a very useful ruse. As Ricket scrambled about over the woman, he'd go over her ears and hiss instructions.

"You needsa bounty, yesyes? We do jobjob..."

"Ricket! Goodness, I don't understand...."

"Come outside in five minutes yesyes...cover in crowds, yesyes? We be down right side of streetstreet."

"Ricket, if you don't behave this instant, no dinner for a week!"

With that sharp command, the Kushiban hopped off the woman, information imparted in a "discreet" manner. Trading bounty business was always best done in the most secret manner possible, and this was a favorite of Vorzana and Ricket's.

Apologizing profusely to the woman, Vorzana made to scold the Kushiban as they left the cantina, and made to stand outside along the right side of the street.

Reith reaction at first was to kill the little ceature, however it poor talk of taking the job made her not attack the creature. Reith only reply to the womens responce was a nod, a sigh for both the appology and for the bounty. Reith waited until the women had left the bar before she stood, she replace the hood of her cloak over her head, coving her face and then walked outside. The women was not hard to sense, she seemed somehow...different then the others in the bar, though Reith cared not what for she hoped this might be a sigh that the women could handdle this bounty.

Reith walked along the street and stood next to the women in the bar, as if to strangers waiting for a bus. Reith kept her arms inside the sleeve of the other arm, she sensed the minds of those around her. The people passing were unaware of their pressence, thus none would even remember them in five minutes time and this ment it was save to speak. She spoke in only a tone just loud enough for the women to hear.

I need you to gather information for me. That is, if you are able. Inside the Jedi Temple, there are less then a dozen Jedi with any true strength. I want to know who the how many knights to the number of padawans there are.

Reith stopped for a moment to let the women understand the first part of the bounty, for the second part would not be so easy.

I could sense it when I came to the temple, one of the padawans inside the temple is..... not as "pure" as the others. Find them and kill them. For the information I wil pay 50,000 Credits, and for the death of the jedi I will pay 150,000 more. That isn if you think you can handle all that.

Reith did not believe and mere bounty hunter could kill any Jedi that had might be able to turn to the Dark Side. However even if not, they would be a good first step in taking him or her that way. And if she could kill the Jedi then their was no need for the Dar Jedi to gain someone that weak.

Leaning nonchalantly on a pole, she kept up outward appearances while drinking up every word the woman said. People in droves walked, ran, or rode by, not paying any attention to the two still women and the Kushiban appearing to wait for transport.

At the mention of actually killing a Jedi, even an initiate, she fought to keep from quirking her eyebrow.
"Actually KILLING one...." the woman said softly. "The 50,000 is just about what a republic pilot gets paid every year...not bad. And the extra 150,000 is an incredibly tempting thing. Realize now, that gaining this information and the death you seek will take awhile. It won't be easy, since normally they don't allow non-jedi in the temple. Mind you, I'm not saying I can't do it. I'm telling you now that this will take awhile. The information I believe I can have without much trouble, the death on the other hand...do you have a name for this mark?"

She could only wonder what this woman would want with the information, and even more so with the death. Another dark jedi seeking to bring the Jedi down once and for all? Or simply a jealous initiate wanting to eliminate rivals? It wasn't her place to ask, although her interest was DEFINITELY piqued by this job. Infiltrating the Jedi Temple wouldn't be easy, but a few plans were already formulating in her mind.

Reith turned her head slightly away from the women for a moment. Party to make it seem to anone who might be looking that this was nothing more then to strangers standing agenst a wall.

That in lies the problem. This must be done with the utmost haist. Entering the temple now will not be hard, the jedi now do not mind if non-jedi enter the temple. However the information I need will need to be very detailed, and who is the one tempted by the dark side. The information I must have as soon as possible, the death of the padawan is.....something that is second to the information. I will add 25,000 if you can get the information back to me by tomarrow ((Roleplay time, but still fast)). If you are not able to kill them padawan quickly, I need you to "shake him up" a bit.

Reith stood silent, though killing the padawan would help in her plans keeping him alive may prove more useful. Killing a jedi is nice, but turning them is even better.
PostPosted: Thu Jun 08, 2006 12:47 pm

"Hmm...shaking up may be all you can get, as finding the opportunity to kill a padawan would take time. Although, I'm certain I can get the information relatively quickly. Give me that day, and we'll meet at a different cantina......how about the one two blocks from here? Don't be surprised if it isn't me, but one of my associates. They'll tell you that Vorzana sent them and that they have the Kushiban right where they want them. Code, so we can be certain the associate is from me."

Seeing a couple of patrons leaving the cantina they were just in, Vorzana quickly turned to the woman again.

"I really must apologize again for little Ricket, he just gets this way sometimes, we're trying very hard to train him...well it was nice chatting, hope to see you again soon!"

And with that, Vorzana turned and melted expertly into the crowd of people that was the underside of Coruscant, Ricket waving a small furry paw over her shoulder.

Hefix was searching for Uphase Nisk. He suddenly saw man walk past him while getting inside the housing complex. It was him. Hefix quickly pulled out his pistol and quietly walked up to him. He put it to his head.

"Goodbye!," he said.

As Hefix said goodbye, a blaster was heard and Uphase Nisk's body dropped to the ground. Fortunately, it was in a secluded area. Hefix headed to his ship. He ran off to it to tell the man who called the bounty that it was complete.

Suddenly, Hefix ran to the hologram projector on his ship. He pressed a few buttons and a Twi'lek showed up.

"Is it complete?," asked teh Twi'lek.

"Yes. Uphase Nisk is dead. I got a lead and it led me right to him.," he said.

"Yes. Meet me in this alleyway for payment. Do you know where it is?," the Twi'lek said transmitting a picture on the hologram.

"Yeah. I've seen it. When do you want me there?," Hefix said.

"Now if possible," the Twi'lek said.

Hefix turned it off and left for the alleyway. It was strange how he had seen it before. It was in the same area he was just in. So he was suspicious something funny was going on.

He headed to the alleyway guarded by two humans. He walked in.

"Hello my good friend.," the Twi'lek said smirking.

All of the sudden, the Twi'lek gave a signal and yelled, "NOW!!!"

Reith nodded to the women as she left. Reith was about to leave when she could feel a small ripple in the force. She fallowed it inside, to someone sitting at the bar. It was clear he was a bounty hunter, but he also had a small touch of the force as well. Reith with her hood still over her head, to cover her face headed over to the man still at the bar. Reith walked passed and bumped him ever so slightly to get his attention, Fallow me. Reith used to force to tell him mentaly.

Reith sat down at a table in the back of the cantina and awaited him to fallow. This bounty hunter had a touch of the force, he may be more useful for another part of her plan.

Back in the hangar aboard her ship, Vorzana sat at the table slurping some pasta non-chalantly as her entire crew exploded into various reactions to her calm retelling of their latest job. Only adding to the chaos was Ricket, jumping from person to person, chittering excitedly and rather loudly.

"The Jedi Temple? Well well, looks like I'm going to have to prepare the bacta tank...."

"Oh DO hush, Greg..."

"Yeesh, nice known' ya guys, looks like Vorzana's finally gone off the deep end and bitten off more than we can chew!"

"I'd be quiet if I were you, Dimir, I need you to be a frontman for me on this one..."

Overlapping Dimir's shout of surprise, Ji'Weth shifted and said, "So how are we gonna do this? I mean...it sounds really dangerous, Cap'n, but if you know what you're doing..."

"Oh cut the timid act, Ji'Weth, and give it to us straight. You're excited and you know it. And yes, I do know what I'm doing."

Taking another slurp of pasta in, Saara, sitting beside her, remarked, "You realize if you get us killed, I'm never forgiving you."

Vorzana grinned. "Oh don't you worry, my friend. No need to worry...."

She launched then into her plans. As she detailed them to her crew, looks of uncertainty melted into grins and excited nods. Yes...hopefully this would go well.

After an hour or so of searching, Bob managed to come across the Salesman of the Junk yard. Of course, he immediately struck up a conversation, " Junk Master! I beseech thee, I am in need of parts and wish to purchase, tell me thine price that I might consider and haggle!"

The Junk-man blinked of course, never having been talked to in such a manner. He replied in kind to the strange one known as Bob, gesturing in overly-dramatic motions with his speech, " and who might you be who knows the secret calling of Junk Masters? you do not look like one of the initiated....why, where is your beer belly? your scrap-crafted clothing? your droid crafted from naught but a toaster, hairdryer, and lint collection filter? you must prove yourself before I do business with thee...."

And to this Bob replied by motioning to his ship and saying," how about an escape pod modified to work as a fully functioning ship. created from the remains of a larger ship, and crafted with tools made from a blaster pistol, chewing gum, and a hair dryer? does this show my mastery of junk? "

Natalia smiled as she finished the repairs to the shielding and hooking up the surge protector. Like all of her work it was neat and easy to get to incase of further repairs. The few ships she had personally designed were always ten percent larger then others in the same class because she drew them up with the poor sucker who would have to repair them in mind. She remembered all to well having to deal with crawl spaces that would have made an Ewok feel claustrophobic during her apprenticeship and vowing never to make a ship with anything remotely like that in it.

By the time Natalia finishes the repairs, Bob and the Junk merchant have gotten into a junk dancing contest. Each of them constructing a very temporary small droid and using a remote control to make it 'dance'. Although the small droid-esque constructions only last for about 30 seconds, the two masters of Junkery manage to impress eachother. And so, after a few more minutes of haggling, Bob manages to walk away with the parts he found for a grand total of......1500 credits.

((actual worth of parts: around 8000, most of that for the semi-functional hyperdrive.))

Ninavask stepped into an espeacially dark area of the Crimson Corridor. He looked around. In th shadows and alleyways he could sense sufferign lifeforms. Most with dark intentions for him but to fearful to come out and atack. They had seen what he could do when he was jumped there a standard week earlier. He sighed slightly as he countinued. That is until he sensed a group of being who didn't seem to be suffering and had an Intention to fight Ninavask.
Ninavask looked up and saw them. There were at least 10 of them but in the shadows there could be more. He confirmed this with the force and stopped walking.
"Yes?"
He asked them. They seemed startled he could see them. One who aparently was the leader stepped forward.
"We are the raptors hand over your goods and you won't be hurt."
The young man said. They had a green mohawk on there head that if Ninavask didn't know how dangerous this situation was... he would have laughed. Ninavask shook his head in a no gesture and brushed past green hair. They snarled and yelled an order in carious languages ending with basic: "Get him!"
Ninavask smirked as he heard and sensed them running forward at him. He saw the glow of some of their Bothan stunners and Vibroblades. Ninavask again shoke his head as he dropped to the ground sensing a blaster being leveled. He kicked backwards sliding between the legs of a Devaronian. He quickly took them out by snapping them in the back of the head with his lightsaber hilt. He jumped over the alien landing between a Twi'lek and a Rodian. First he spun his saber hilt around snagging the Rodian and the right side of the neck. Then without looking grabbed the Twi'lek by the lekka and threw them into a man holding the vibro blade.
Ninavask sensed the beings were stunned at his speed but that did not impede them. Finally the first blaster bolt was shot at him and just before it was about to hit the snap and hiss of a lightsaber igniting was heard. A silver lightsaber blade cut off the bolt redirecting it into Greenhairs kneecap. Ninavask spun around slicing an vibro blade and bothan stunner in half. He then using the hilt hit both of the Humans that had pulled them on him.
Ninavask sensed the fear in the other gang members. And said.
"If you want to leave, run."
They obeyed and soon Ninavask couldn't sense any of the beings he had just fought. Except for Green hair whom was left behind.
