It really is ridiculous, though. I pay for a service that hasn't worked properly since I moved into this apartment. Every time it rains, the internet goes down. Then I'll spend half an hour talking to a rep on the phone, convincing them that I haven't bungled something up on my own. Then they send out a tech the next day (if I'm lucky) only to have the tech scratch his head and have no idea what's wrong. Said tech will spend an hour or more trying to get it to work again. Then he'll be forced to call his supervisor and they'll send out a different tech to investigate the cable box outside.
It'll work again.
Until it rains again. =___=;;
Edit: And it took me three tries to get this to post because it keeps going down for a moment. Argh!

Sounds like my net. x.x It goes out when it rains because they repaired the phone box with an orange plastic bag over the top.

That does NOT sound like a decent solution. >_<; Now I wonder if they've done something like that for me.
And I'm stuck with this service because that's the company my complex has chosen. It's either this provider or I go to DSL, which is more expensive and I'd be without TV that way besides.

Oh, Comcast. My parents have that, I think. surprised No complaints from them, but then again, they only use the net to check their e-mail and play things like Bejewled or find recipes.

Ah, if her father could see them now~ Butt or back of her thigh, presumably, to steady her on his shoulder. He'll probably be in the habit of tossing her around like luggage until she tells him not to. >__>; She's so tiny, it's just easier this way!
