those are very nice. I think the key there is simplicity, it seems that he only uses about 3 different colors for each base. you outta try it smile Bet you could do it wink

He uses the same technique as you with slightly more simplified lines and a custom pallet for the skin tones to match the feel of what he's going for. Then the hair is done as one solid shade and then the lighter strands of hair are layered on top with a slight transparency and an angled brush. At least thats how I see it. I'm sure you can do it just as well with practice.

@Rad: Pants, as well as most clothes, are vastly overrated.
First snow on the mountains!! We had a lovely storm yesterday that brought clouds, rain, thunder, lightning, and 50 degree temperatures!
5 more weeks until I graduate!! blaugh
I wish my life was more entertaining, but when you're talking on the phone at 4 am with people who can't find the hotel but have been wandering around the Utah valley probably for over an hour, it really makes you wonder about becoming an assassin. Seriously, these morons that keep calling are way too dumb to be allowed to reproduce!! I gave them directions! I gave them directions directly from Mapquest, and they can't even follow that! And they have the balls to say I don't know what I'm doing?!? stressed #@%$!*#$ They gave me the freakin' address to enter in Mapquest in the first place! So after I took a deep breath, cursing, I told them to go back to the starting point and just go ask the nice people at the police station to lock them up for terminal incompetence. I wish. I told them to ask for directions and possibly an escort, since they're way too stupid to drive without supervision. burning_eyes Now I remember why I got out of the customer service industry last year. Many of the people I run into are so stupid it's a miracle they survived into adulthood.
