I kinda think they did have to put such an emphasis on it? =D; I mean, they are described as making little 'boing' noises any time Ukraine moves. Or something of the sort. =w=
...
Is it worse than this? And by the way, they sometimes start jiggling ON THEIR OWN.

That was tediously annoying. D|;; Ukraine's boobs make a noise in the comic yes... but that was too much. Though I guess she is technically the only fanservice female in the series... But still...
asd;fklj How did "That guy" in the comic become "that f**" in the anime?! Poor Lithuania... XD;; I didn't really like Belarus' voice, but I guess it fits her personality at least...

*shrug* It's easier to make gag boobs appear more... gag boob-like? in an anime than a comic, I suppose. As well as, yeah, the only fanservice girl in all of Hetalia currently, more or less.
