cheerios18 what why your school fire? techniqally the only thign that "caught fire" was the "oven" in the cafeteria. but no...i still have a school (damnit...) but no we have a "proffessional deveopment" (a day off basically) tmoz.

If I wanted to abolish a clan who's creator seems to have left the guild, doesn't have a single member that I can find, and doesn't even seem to have a village any more, making all of it's jutsu public because there's really no reason they shouldn't be since using lightning is the only "Kekke Genkai", how might I do that?
The only reason I ask is because getting approval for anything seems to take a rather long time, and there's practically no usable lightning affinity jutsu out there.

all those jutsu would than have to be re-approved, and why not just learn the lightning jutsu we have, than make a cool one?
Also, thank you all for missing me! It was the coolest freaking trip ever!

I wonder how I might learn the lightning clone jutsu from Ame... that one Xen could learn right now, but then, I'm not from Ame, nor do I know anyone from Ame.. (the only reason I want a lightning jutsu is because it's a part of Xen's character.)
