Mkay, so here's an idea - how about I make a map of the continent. I'll leave a few parts of it blank for exploration, but I'll label and describe the cities, as well as give a background to an overall storyline.
In essence, I'd play Dungeon Master for the roleplay, but there wouldn't be any need for rulebooks or anything. Dice rolls would be very useful for battles, searching, etc. Maybe I should come up with a few required dice roll scores or something.
Hell, I might as well just set it up DnD style. xd
Of course, all of this depends on whether or not you guys want a "game" out of it, or if you just want to write a story with each other. :'D I like the idea of a game, but it's up to the players~

Okay now I want to be in on this if it's like DnD. That sounds exciting.
Last night's gaming was annoying though. The guys Greg and I campaign with keep changing their minds on what campaign they want to do, and since I'm new to this game, relatively, I'm not quick to make new characters nor do I have many to chose from to use.
*is watching The Other Boleyn Girl with mom* This is a good movie. I always enjoy stuff about King Henry VIII. ^_^

I was re-reading the thread and remembering how much I enjoyed roleplaying with you. heart Now you're much too busy to RP, aren't you? D: Ditto and ditto. heart I hadn't had so much fun RP-ing since leaving Shards/Keltara. *is tempted* A few paragraphs here and there shouldn't encroach into my pixelling time too much... I figured it'd be like at typical roleplay with a few guiding standards to make things go a bit more smoothly. For example, a predetermined map, using Gaia's dice rolling feature for attacks, searching, etc, and a basic storyline of the land. :3 Does that sound a little bit better that previously thought? Or did you know what I meant? >w<

I personally enjoy that idea Alex :3 So long as there's more RPing involved than battle (i.e. the random "Oh you stumbled over a drunk in the street and he throws a bottle at you" lol). You know, simple things unless a bigger battle were needed I guess.
But yes! I will be a ferret anthro nicknamed Nova :3! *Has a back story already* X'D!

Or did you know what I meant? >w< >.> <.< For the Mechanics~ Only things you would need would be(in respect): Type of Weapon (Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning) Weapon Damage (The die roll) Hit Points (If nessicary) (HP based on your person's abilities) Armor Class (If nessicary) (Cloth, Leather, Chain, Plate, Hide, etc.) Beyond that, there is little to no need for anything else (Skills checks could be made just using a dice, with a high/low number deciding the outcome) For the Map~ There are a couple of places to go to get a map-making tool. I can look and get you something everyone can look at. For the roleplaying~ I would like to discuss that (As I wouldn't mind playing or DMing) >.> <.<

I'm just not sure how often I'll be able to play, which is why I'm more relaxed in freeform roleplaying, I guess. It's nice because its a lot cooler, especially with all of the heat here.
But the only downside is I think it makes me look even more androgynous then normal. XDD Not that it bothers me, I just find it amusing.
