not sure...
i hope it does continue...if it was still going on wouldnt the shop owners and people still have their costumes? are do they too only wear them at night?

I second that, Frats. My cape's in a trade limbo because of the bank. xd
I did, however, manage the rest of the set, plus two spare bags as investments for later. Which makes me happy.
