Samuel couldn’t help getting a little carried away, it wasn’t his intention to take over like that but it seemed that he had. He teased him a little longer with his mouth and hands before feeling his eyes watching him. Samuel didn’t mind being watched but he worried that he might be getting carried away. As much as he would have liked to leave more marks he understood that it would be unwanted. Maybe, one day, Micha would allow him, but not today. Samuel wasn’t too upset about it, there were other ways of showing his affections. Together they continued to stroke one another as they kissed. He couldn’t help the moan that escaped him, nor the twitch that followed. As he held on Micha, he soon felt him thrust into his moving hand. Samuel was amused by the action, he thought it was cute how needy Micha was, and took it as his cue to pick up the slack. He kissed him again as he matched his pace to Micha’s own. He worried about making another mistake and causing another upset between them.

It was not his intention to get so caught up in his thoughts but it seemed that he had anyway. Samuel tried to stay focused as he touched and kissed Micha, even adjusting himself to keep pace. However he had not gone unnoticed. Samuel kissed Micha one more time before the male pulled back from him. Opening his eyes he found him staring down curiously. ”W-what’s wrong?” He asked. ”Why did you stop?” Stilling his hand, Samuel couldn’t help wondering if he had done something wrong or worse, perhaps that Micha was no longer interested. He carefully kept his face relaxed as he awaited an answer.

It wasn't for a lack of interest that gave him pause, but more a seed of uncertainty. He could understand why Micha would not want to be touched in one spot, but he felt unsure of others. Would he soon not want to touched in other spots as well? Try as he might to stay focused, he once again failed, and was soon staring back at the male. Samuel did his best to keep his face as neutral as possible, but it seemed that it wasn't enough. As he questioned the male, he paused in his movements. Upon hearing the man's response, he was not at surprised that Micha had seen something. He wondered what it was that gave him away this time. Every time he thought he wore the perfect mask, it was as though it were made of glass, and Micha could see everything. Realizing he had yet to respond, he shook his head. "I'm just trying to make sure I'm sticking to your rules." he replied. His voice was soft and gentle as he spoke, he didn't want to sound as though he was accusing the man of anything. He just wanted them to both have a good time was all, which was hard to do when his own stupid thoughts kept invading.

He wasn't sure if he liked or disliked that Micha was starting to be able to read him better. On the one hand, it was forcing him to be more honest, and not just with himself. But with Micha as well. When Samuel spoke, he was careful not to say anything that might offend. He watched Micha curiously and swore he saw a flash of something, though was unsure of what exactly. Fear, anger, confusion maybe. Whatever it was, was gone just as soon as it appeared. He wondered if those were the same cracks that Micha saw sometimes and that was how he was able to read him. Questions like that would have to wait for another time. For after he spoke he felt the males' other hand release him and he seemed curious by his words. Had he gotten it wrong? He thought...but perhaps not. Swallowing, Samuel removed his own hand from Micha and tentatively laid on his thigh. "Okay, maybe not-not rules," he corrected. "But like, permission...or something. I don't know. You didn't seem too keen on me touching certain areas. And I was trying to work out what else was okay." As he spoke, he could feel his cheeks warming with embarrassment, and worried that he might have been wrong all along.

Subtleness was never his friend. Too often Samuel found himself misunderstanding a situation or glossing over it entirely. He wasn't sure what that might say for him mentally. Ask his parents and they would probably say something along the lines of him simply not paying attention when that couldn't be farthest from the truth. He paid attention, perhaps even too much sometimes and that was why he was so lost in his own head. Often times he would overthink the things that were said or done and worried that he came out looking like a jackass. Releasing the male, he spoke calmly and gently, doing his best not to upset him. But it seemed as though he had done exactly that, words and all.
Samuel watched as Micha sighed, unsure of its' meaning. He didn't dare ask however as his hand was taken from Micha's thigh and pressed against his chest. He hated hurting Micha. Seeing him start to crack and to hear it in his voice, it was the worst feeling in the world. He hated being the source of that pain and knowing that he caused it. It was never on purpose, he just seemed to have a knack for doing it without even trying. Had Micha left, he couldn't say that he would blame him. But he also would have been devastated. He was determined to turn the situation around and make things better. They had had enough sadness for one day. As Micha guided his hand to his chest, he began with a simple massage. It wouldn't be the end of the world if he no longer matched.
