Hmm. Well I guess that I will just have to take you along.
~Reaching forward and down, Truinthil took hold of the kids hand.~
Come on. It will be fun and I promise not to hurt you at all. In fact I should be able to get a good guard for you. Yeah.

Fenton: ._. grRrRrRrRrRrRrR *The creature would only growl more loudly. Oddly enough, T may recognize it as one of Aeris's old creatures. What one was doing in the citadel was anyone's guess. Never the less, it didn't like him. It was clearly warning T against coming any closer*

~For the time being Truinthil ignored the whomper, but had a few nasty spells ready for anything that might jump him. Whether they were initially meant for a small fuzz ball or not isnt clear.~

Fenton: KYAAH!! *Fenton let out a banshee's shriek and spear tackled the arm that held Micha. That little fuzzball had a bite worse than any lion. If T didn't back off after this little nibble then Fenton planned to devour the arm*

*Micha resisted some, he wanted to stay and finish what he was doing. The boy turns to look at Truinthil, his eyes as dead and grey as they ever were, and his expression the same as always*
Micha: . . .
*Fenton's growls did not go unnoticed. Micha was now sitting uncomfortably, and still resisting. Nana was almost at the library now, it was within sight and she was drawing near*

~Truinthil growled and within an instant there was an invisible cube of air surrounding the whomper.~
You should calm down little critter. Just because you are hungry doesnt mean you are going to eat. Now chill out.
~The invisible cube became small enough that the whomper would seem smooshed inside it.~
Now then. Kid, you are welcome to take any of these books with you if you want. Now come. There isnt much time.

*Micha was still resisting Truinthil, thought it was weak. The boy was in comparison to Truinthil, frail? At the very least he didn't appear to much in the ways of muscle, and his wings didn't move at all. In fact since his wings were sprouted they had not even moved once, not even a little. This was quite the interuption, Truinthil was causing. How was the boy to turn the pages of his book if one hand was restrained?*
Micha: . . . . . . .
*Nana was almost to the door now, she had jogged most of the way there, after Orias had left. Demons running loose in the citadel! Nana would definitly talk to Mastema bout this. Nana had never come in contact with a good demon, or one without ill intent before. His little "hello" didn't do much to change her mind either*

Fenton: *As it was being crushed, the creature only bit down harder. At this rate, a good chunk of Truinthil's arm was going to be taken off*
Zio: *Mastema had informed Zio that Truinthil was allowed in the citadel, but Zio knew the limits of Truinthil's freedom. The blood red screen appeared in front of Truinthil's face, between him and Micha* Truinthil, you are hereby told to release Lord Micha at once. If you fail to comply or show any signs of aggression I will have no choice but to consider the citadel under attack by you and that you have abandoned your alliance with lord Mastema.

~Snorting at the whomper, Truinthil moved the cube of air it was trapped in away from him roughly, not caring about the chunk of arm that was ripped from his body.~
Heh. Fiesty little beast.
~As the screen appeared though he grinned.~
Oh I do not mean to harm anyone. I just wanna figure this kid out. It seems that Mastema has little interest in him other than a possible future weapon. At least thats the way I see it. I wanna puzzle this kid out. He is an enigma to me, and likely to Mastema as well. He intrigues me and when something intrigues me I like to find out how it works. I mean to bring no harm to this kid and will take care of him very very well. If Mastema wants to take my effort at understanding one of his children as an attack then let him. And if he so wishes to follow me, I would certainly like to see him try to get into my own home.
~As he was speaking to this screen his arm had already regenerated the portion it had lost. His healing abilities had been fast before, but now they were simply ridiculous. Picking up the kid entirely, his arm around the kids waist<, he grinned as there was a huge surge of energy from his body. This surge was large enough that depending on the amount of dampening effect that Mastema's barrier had, his power would likely be felt outside of the Citadel for several miles. The fact that Truinthil was using this amount of energy showed that he didnt want to dawdle around for longer than needed and meant to get himself out of the barrier faster than he had ever done before. Before he left though, he grinned.~
Now then. I suspect that this bracelet, however ordinary it looks, is something to have concern over. Therefore I shall be rid of it.
~Pointing his finger at the bracelet, a thin stream of what appeared to be liquid light was emitted and came in contact with the bracelet. While being far hotter than the sun could ever be, Truinthil would contain it to only touching the bracelet so as not to harm the child. This light was designed to cut the bracelet then take hold of it.~

*Micha flailed up limply when picked up entirely by Truinthil, and pushes against Truinthil's arm. He didn't much like his current state, all he wanted to do was return to the chair, the table and his book. The bracelet was still pressed into Micha's skin, as it was pinned to him under his left glove. Micha continues to try and squirm away, when one of the links on the bracelet finally melts. The bracelet would remain on the boy until tugged out from under the glove. The rest of the serring metal slaps against the boy's arm, causing him to twitch some*
Micha: . . . !
*By now Nana was just reaching out to the door rings, to pull open one of the doors to the library. She was planning to portal Micha right back to his room, then go and retrieve Eecheb before the demon found him*

Zio: *The screen didn't even seem to respond. This was partly a suspense method should T await a response from the screen. As T made his declaration, the entire infrastructure of the barrier began to change. The paradoxal energy intensified to a 5x factor. Not only did this severely increase the entropy inside the barrier's frame, it almost made the substance a truly invincible thing. The cost was that energy could not be transferred from the core to the shield like this permanently.... and after that the connections would have to be magically or mechanically refined to make it work properly under normal circumstances. If T used up tremendous energy getting in, smoothly as he did, he was going to have to metaphorically suck his own soul dry to get out of it more than likely with something chasing him*
Fenton: *Upon being pulled away, the critter ravenously devoured the piece of flesh and looked back to Truinthil. He could see the pain in Micha's face and became enraged at Truinthil. Doing what he knew best, Fenton opened his mouth wide. He was going to devour the very air around him to get out*
*As the barrier was strengthened, Mastema stood up quickly from his place* Trilla, wait here until I come back... *With that Mastema was gone within a second or two of Truinthil's response to Zio. Even as he teleported, Mastema made his move against Truinthil. If all worked out as it should, Micha and Mastema were quite literally going to switch places. Zio was more than operational within the citadel, and teleportation was a triviality*

~Triunthil, feeling the barrier strengthen grins and disappears from the room. Thing was though that he truly hadnt, but had used sheer speed, which was shown when a wall literaly exploded away from the building. Truinthil was running at a speed that would rival something flying through space, weaving in and out of buildings, heading away from the tower, toward the barrier wall. As he did so, he pulled at the broken bracelet as if meaning to pull it and the crystal in Micha's arm, out. Also as he ran, he put up a barrier around himself, that while it might not shield well against something as large as another being being teleported into it, it would shield him from most magical and physical attacks. Had he known that Mastema was going to attempt to teleport into his arms, he would have geared his shield to ward off the man.~
~The air around the whomper would remain as if it werent being eatten by the creature. The weave that had been used to put the cube of air around it as knotted in such a way as to replenish itself if weakened. It would do so almost instantly, without Truinthil monitoring it. Truinthil though, realizing the whomper could still move, unknotted it while running, maintained the replenishing quality and made the air seem to harden until it was seemingly solid enough to feel like a steel cube instead of one made of air. Doing this would greatly reduce the whompers ability to move if not removing it entirely. Truinthil would then reknot the weave, just for fun. It would eventually wink out of existance, once he was outside the barrier, but for the moment the only way to get rid of it was if he released it, or the weave was untied.~

((Nana said she'd post next xp ))
*Truinthil would indeed get a bit of a surprise. At first it would seem that Micha had suddenly grown into a full height adult, since he and Mastema held a similar complexion. However, after the figure spun and slashed upward towards Truinthil's face with blade-like nails that exceeded 7 inches in length, he would quickly realize he was now right next to Mastema himself*

*Micha re-appears suddenly just above Mastema's throne, and just as suddenly plummets onto the seat. If the boy could look surprised he would have, but he keeps his same face as always. His eyes twitch slightly at the feeling of the serring metal from his bracelet still fused with his flesh. Truinthil had tried to pull it off, but only mamaged to make the boy bleed, after pulling one link from his skin. Trilla is surprised by Mastema's sudden disappearance, and before she can reply Micha takes his place*
Trilla: o.o Micha?
*Nana turns sharply hearing the distruction of one of her library walls, then opens one of the library doors and runs inside, fearing something had happened to Micha*
o.o !!
Micha!? Micha!?
*Nana stops when she sees the huge hole in one of the walls. Books, papers, and a variety of other things were sucked out of the building when Truinthil had made his exit. Nana looks around franticly for her son, running this way and that, and calling out his name. She just wanted to know he was safe. If she couldn't find him within a few seconds then she would call upon Zio*
o.o;; !!
Micha?!!

~Truinthil growled once he noticed that Mastema had replaced Micha. Stopping all but instantly, Truinthil bent backward at what should have been an impossible angle, the blade-like nails only grazing his chest. As he bent though, his right foot came up very fast, aimed for Mastema's chin, while his left remained firmly planted on the ground, though this should have been utterly impossible. Any with keen enough senses to notice though would literaly see waves of power flowing from Truinthil, sustaining his balance to what would seem to be perfection.~
