*Her eyes widen.* I just have one child, I don't know what I'd do with 7 rascals talking at once, I believe I'd be a loss for words.

Yes, they are a handful but since they are all the same age, they can entertain each other.. well.. when they aren't fighting.
Another thing you could consider is that she isn't in any pain now.
